The course was 9 holes, was not too busy for a Saturday afternoon, and is beginner-friendly. The rest of the park is very nice as well! There are multiple paths that make there way around the park, some looping and some being out and back. There are also connecting paths to take you across the road to other parks and areas of Hillsboro. Overall, this park is a very nice, family friendly, park with many things to offer and beautiful walking scenery no matter the season.

If you like to take time away from anything that gives you mental distress, this park is the best. I usually come here by bus because I don't drive on Farmington and the park is very accessible. It's also a good place to take the kids because Hazeldale Park is has a playground too. Warning: If you don't live in the area please plan accordingly if you have a dog. This zone is all fenced in and placed on a large hillside. It's easy to tire out your pup having them run up and down the hillside. There are lots of places for owners to sit, some shaded. Poop bags are also available along with a water station. There is a designated small dog area and a mixed dog area as well that are both open all year. Outside the dog park there is a walking trail to walk your leashed dog on as well! There are probably 50 parking spots or so available, and it's not usually too busy here.
