They're conveniently located just off exit 2 on i-87, with plenty of parking, and very convenient hours. The communication was excellent, as was their knowledge of styles and clothing. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. I only had shirts laundered there, and I think it was about $2.50 a shirt. A problem that I had on more than one occasion was that if I had a loose button, they would somehow get lost in the process and they would sew a new one on. Not that I don't appreciate it, but they wouldn't tell me. (This assumes that they didn't have the original button, because if they did, they could just put that one back on). Once I would go and put on the shirt, I would notice that my buttons didn't match. Not a reason to avoid, just a situation I noticed more than once.
