RUDE. I live in a…read moresmall apartment that has carpet and needed to get it cleaned. I looked to groupon for a deal and found this company. I scheduled the appointment a few weeks away and they came and cleaned my carpet. When the techs were walking out the door I asked them if they needed to see my groupon or anything and they said "oh, um yeah". I showed them the voucher on my phone and they wrote down the voucher number and I redeemed it right in front of them. Later that day I get a phone call at work asking if I have that voucher number. I told them I was at work and I couldn't talk and that their tech wrote it down. Well, apparently he lost it the rep said. I was going out with my parents after work and couldn't call them back. Such is life. He calls me back 9AM Saturday morning and I look on Groupon's website to try to pull up the voucher and it turns out I can't because it was already redeemed. He starts saying "well, we only get half of that money from groupon so..." and it was there that I cut him off. I told him it really wasn't any of my concern how they got paid and I already gave them the voucher number. I felt like he was going to try to charge me full price for a service I already paid for. He then said that the last time this happened the person was able to pull up the groupon. YOU MEAN THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE THAN ONCE?!?!?! Short story - they were unprofessional, rude and my carpets still had a stain on them after they were done. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. This was their chance to audition for a regular customer and they failed.
