I always go here for chinese food and get their chicken lo mein but I dislike that they tend to change their noodle or flavoring a bit.I liked the thicker noodle they once had but it's still a decent noodle size just a bit thinner.Last time they had made the lo mein with more spice which threw me off as I didn't want spice :(.I can say that their egg rolls always hit though 10/10. read more

Placed a 6-7 entree order plus appetizers. The order was made pretty quick, by the time I arrived. I expected something to be missing just because of the quickness and large order but it was all good. Accurate and pretty tasty. The lady at the window even upsold me some candy. I would go back or send some one for pick up. It didn't look like they had much room inside. Probably the only down fall. First let me tell you that the lady with the tattoos around her neck is very RUDE! the food is not good. Why?, No seasoning and absolutely no flavor. I had to add a lot of soy sauce and my home made saracha. That was another issue, they didn't give you any saracha even though they have a sign on the window that reads, you get saracha per meal. We had the Mongolian Beef and spicy chicken. Again no spicy chicken no flavor. Rice is horrible. Don't come and eat here, not worth your money. There are many good Asian foods around pasadena, try something different. read more

I've been going to this location for years since 2012 and loved this location until recently. Ever since last year the quality of food has gone down hill sadly and doesn't taste as great as it used to be but the reason I'm writing this review and the last straw was this most recent time. I went to get food and paid for my usual order. Came home and saw I was missing my plate. I called to see if they still had it and they said they did and that I will come and get it personally. When I arrived however the lady that took my order said "my father" came and picked up my order. That's impossible since my father has been dead for nearly a decade. After saying that the lady insisted that my father picked it up and that if I wanted my order that SHE FORGOT I had to pay again. I parked in front and knocked on the door asking for my order and she kept being rude saying I should get my ass back in line and had to get the manager who is nice and knows me and my family for years to solve the issue. However even after that the lady who took my order kept giving me terrible looks and being rude and she even shouted between me and the manager's conversation saying, "Don't make your family pick up your food!" Crazy lady... My father has passed away and was too stubborn and foolish to admit she gave my food to someone else and kept being rude. I hope the manager fires this lady immediately as that is no way to treat a customer or handle the situation. Now I no longer wish to visit this location which I've been frequenting for years without the risk of this terrible employee messing up my food or causing another situation. Embarrassing! read more

Drive through Chinese, what's not to like? The food will be ridiculously hot when you get it, open the bag/ entree to let it steam so your fried bits stay crunchy. My daughter, a famously picky eater, will consume all the broccoli out of the broccoli and beef. read more

It was alright, nothing special.. If your love egg drop soup, I advise you not to get it from here. It came out looking so amazing with a hearty handful of chives placed on top, but once I put a spoonful in my mouth all I could taste was onion. And not small, green onion, I mean chopped up ONIONS. Big pieces, small pieces..
