I've been to the ChopShop many times before but only the paradise valley location as I live in the area. decided to stop in after joining a friend for a morning workout and breakfast did not disappoint! my friend had a rice bowl with veggies and chicken and I had the sweet potato wrap. everything was cooked well and the flavors came together so well! my only recommendation would be additional shading for the outdoor tables. even @ 8:15 in the morning it was hot hot hot out with little shade other than a few tables with umbrellas read more

this is my second time ordering chopshop from Postmates, I decided to give them a second chance because I love that they have black rice and their bread is super amazing.. unfortunately, both times I have ordered over easy eggs and both times I have received SUPER burnt, crispy eggs, hard yolks and super runny whites. We are from out of town and this is my favorite place to eat at. Finding paleo options is hard and this place has so many things to eat. The Protein bowls are phenomenal. The chop salads are great too. The prices are very reasonable. The juices are super good. Download the app and order on the app. You just walk in and pick it up 5 minutes later. Disappointing, I ordered the Kale Caesar salad to go, when I arrived home to open my salad it just appeared to be a bunch of Kale shoved into a bowl. The lemon Dijon dressing and chicken tasted good. Does not meet the standards the other locations have set. Asked the cashier if I could take a few items out of my order and he said yes. Received my food and it still had all the items I asked to be removed. My boyfriend's protein bowl had hard brown rice and was crunchy. The carrots were extremely hard. He said it felt like he was eating captain crunch. One of the girls went to clean the bathroom and left her cleaning supplies on the table which included toilet paper. Yikes. Not to mention the trash overflowing and the staff seemed miserable. Hopefully it improves because I have had good experiences at the other locations. read more

I really fell in love since being on a strict diet. I order teriyaki bowl on the app and I have it made with no sauce and no rice-just vegetables and chicken. Sometimes I add shrimp. It's enough food to share and it's super yummy. They have plenty of other good items and you can make it as healthy as you want. read more

Today I got the BBQ Chicken Chop (one of my favorites) and it was delicious. It doesn't look like there's enough chicken for the whole bowl, but it really is the perfect amount. The place was very clean, they seem to have a very broad menu, order the tuna fish sandwich it was absolutely delicious, but I felt the portion was rather light, next time I'll have to order it with extra tuna, I want their portions to be the same as Sprouts, or Jason's Deli when it comes to the tuna sandwich it was only about a half inch thick, And it's almost a $10 sandwich, hopefully we'll take note read more

went with my friend a few weeks ago and the lady behind the counter was kind of snippy and looked ticked off. they were out of forks as well, and it seems like every time i come to this location they are out of forks. i waited in line again to ask for a fork and a few team members looked directly at me and then turn to busy themselves with something else instead of helping me even though i already ordered. the food was great just not the best experience with the staff. read more

Worst customer service. Also be careful when you order through app as they automatically add a tip that you have to uncheck or you will be charged. I enjoy the atmosphere for studying and reading. The food is generally good as well. However, my to-go orders have been missing dressing for salads multiple times. I work two blocks from the Original ChopShop in downtown Chandler & have been going there for nearly 4 years. The wait is always long, even when they're not super busy, but the food & drink is consistently excellent. I've had the same experience at their Old Town Scottsdale location. I live a 1/2 mile from this Emerald location just off I-10 near Ikea. It's fairly new & a beautiful location, but I was really disappointed when I ordered a salad for pickup last week. It was the American - one of my favorites. It was very fresh and tasted good, but they were very stingy with the toppings and they had neglected to include the avocado that I'd paid $2 for. The restaurant was packed and buzzing, but I'm not sure I'll give them another try. Three stars for fresh and pretty, but I was not satisfied with the product or cost. read more
