Flipping flapjacks! This breakfast spot is spot on! Not only is the service eggcellent, but the food eggceeded my eggspectations! The pancakes were fluffy and delicious with bursting with blueberries! The bacon was good, different that most places, more meaty. I'm a picky egg girl, but they made mine to perfection! My hubby got the biscuits and gravy, with the added Chuck Style, with ham, bacon and cheeseburger! A carbilicious concoction! The coffee menu had some great Java choices, and one of us got a latte. I had a hot tea and was pleased they offered Earl Grey, not just the basic Lipton. One of my go-to's when it comes to sit-down breakfast. Phoenix Area has an unusually competitive breakfast/brunch coffee shop/diner scene and Bisbee's is a top contender in said scene. Service is friendly and attentive, all the wait staff move with a sense of urgency. Decor is utilitarian, there's no real booths but they do have a lot of counter seating. Of note, they have an espresso machine, so you can get fancy espresso-based coffees. They have all the breakfast classics, a lot of omelettes, an awesome corned beef hash, awesome biscuits and a peculiar Rolled oatmeal. It's a step up from Denny's or IHOP. The location is clean, though the decor/ambiance is nothing special. The staff were very friendly, very prompt and very helpful. The food portions are very generous.. i had the biscuits and gravy. It was a massive serving, the biscuits were huge and they were generous with the gravy. The flavors were a but bland for me. I've always wanted to try this place because it's under the Pilates studio I love! Plus the one in Tucson is good and great service. We came here for breakfast! They somehow forgot about our food and people who arrived After us were given their food. Multiple parties.. so annoyed, why not be honest and tell us instead of saying "we're still working on your food" the server brought us a chocolate chip muffin , literally 4 tables of couples got their food before us. All simple dishes. 2 of the people even ordered the exact same plate as me.. made no sense. We probably won't come back to this location for a while... The drinks are good. I was looking for a breakfast place the other day and found in Bisbee breakfast club close to where I was, I'd actually gone here once before so this was my second visit. I ordered the aunt Linda, which is two eggs, a protein, hashbrowns or homemade fries, and toast. I got the ham steak and thought all of it was pretty good. Bisbee BC never disappoints! The service is still very much so on point even on a slow weekday. When I arrived, I was immediately attended by a server to take my drink order. 5 minutes later, she came back to take the food order. The food came out after 15 minutes. I was very impressed by the size of the omelette my husband ordered (pictured). If that was the size of it substituted with egg whites and no cheese, I can't imagine how their normal egg with cheese one would look like then!! Also, this is the first time I tried their green chili pork. I love spicy food, so I like how they marinate the pork with a kick but without making it too salty. My scrambled egg was a bit bland, but it balanced well with the pork and the crispy, well seasoned hash brown. The whole experience was so smooth! We were in and out within an hour. Great all American, stick-to-your-ribs food. Had the Bandit Scramble which was scrambled eggs with chopped smoked brisket, green onions, & jack cheddar cheese, plus a biscuit with gravy on the side. The services are generous in size. The menu says "Big Biscuit" and that is an accurate description. It is definitely big, plus very fluffy just like all biscuits should be. The gravy was 'okay' as I do not like black pepper. If I wanted black pepper on my gravy, I'd prefer to put it on myself. Beside, what is black pepper? I never understood it. But no major complaints. It tasted as if there was NO seasoning on anything. We also got the " Crazy Burrito" only thing crazy about it was how terrible it was! Again tasted bland. She brought me water and gave me a moment to decide what I wanted without hovering. I got the popeye scramble with a side of potatoes and a biscuit. I also got a hot caramel and white chocolate latte. The scramble was really good. The potatoes had way too much rosemary and the texture was off. Like maybe they needed to be cooked a bit more. The biscuit appeared to be made in-house and I was excited but when I tasted it, it seemed like it came straight from a microwave. The latte was good until I got to the bottom. There was a sweet, thick, and grainy substance sitting at the bottom that made my throat itch. The place is spacious and clean. On my way to church at 7:45am I stopped in to get a side of home fries and side of bacon so I could have some energy for the kids I watch in the childcare ministry. Well I ordered the bacon specifically asking for it to not be crispy. I did a carry-out order so it wasn't until I opened the box up after leaving that I saw the bacon was crispy. I was disappointed about the bacon but it was edible. The home fries were more on the burnt side. None of the food tasted as though it was freshly cooked, but more like it was cooked earlier sitting on the grill and then served quickly so I didn't have to wait. I would have preferred to wait on a fresh order of bacon not crispy and fresh home fries. I did have a great service experience with the gentleman who took my order. He greeted me when I walked in and immediately took my order. He repeated it back to me and was very kind. It was early and not very many people dining in so it was pretty quiet inside. read more

Bisbee offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options from omelets and hot cakes to sandwiches and salads. They also serve espresso drinks! I ordered an oat milk latte with cinnamon and honey as well as the Eggs Zorba. The Eggs Zorba came with eggs, spinach, mushrooms, onions, olives, tomatoes, and feta cheese. I was given the option of hashbrowns, homefries and toast or biscuit as a side. I chose hashbrowns and a biscuit. This was a hearty meal! I finished the delicious eggs and could only eat a little bit of the hashbrowns and biscuit. Great biscuit, too. Our server was wonderful. She was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. My latte was good. My fruit cup was fine. My husband did not like what he ordered. He thought his biscuits and gravy was too sweet and there was not enough sausage. My sourdough bread tasted packaged. The spread was very yellow and perhaps oleo rather than butter. The restaurant has lots of seating, and the ambiance is nice. The service was good. As much as I wanted to love this Bisbee Breakfast Club, I was very disappointed with major portions of my brunch. I ordered a "simple" Ham and Cheese Omelet, Hash Browns, a side of Bacon, and a "Nitro Cold Brew" coffee. The waitress (who did a good job) informed me that their "Nitro" machine wasn't working and asked if I wanted a regular "Cold Brew" without the Nitro. I said yes and she asked if I wanted a "shot" of flavoring in it, and again I said yes as we ordered the rest of our breakfast. The drinks came out first and the "Cold Brew" was, well, very watery, weak, and barely (if at all) a hit of the flavoring I ordered. OK. Next came our meals. Everything looked tasty and plentiful on the plates. As I dug into my Omelet and took a couple of bites I recognized that there was very little if any taste of ham. Upon inspection, the "additional cost ham" was barely visible and added nothing to the taste of the omelet. (The Hash Browns and Bacon were good, FWIW). I ate it anyway because we were hungry. When the check came, I saw that they charged me full price for the "Nitro Cold Brew" even though there was no "Nitro" involved, and there was an (unspecified) $0.75 markup for the "hint" of flavoring that they added to the cold brew. Seems like they shouldn't have charged me full price for the "Nitro", and should have told me that there was an additional charge for the "hint" of flavoring that they added. Overall - the food that we got was good, hot, and plentiful, but I will certainly be going elsewhere for my next Ham & Cheese Omelet and "Nitro" Cold Brew. read more

My son ordered the steak and eggs medium rare, but it was served well-done, and the eggs tasted old. My sister had to send her meal back because the hash was burnt.
