They're skimpy with their toppings (sauce and cheese) and for a 15-in skimpy cheese pizza, it was 14.95. The white clam sauce linguine was horrible. Garlic was raw, there were maybe 8 clams maybe. The sauce was tasteless and WATERY. Linguine was overcooked and there wasn't much of it. $20.95 We live practically around the corner and wanted to like it. We've lived here for 10 years and we are Italians from NY. This was the 3rd time we ordered in 10 years. I always make fun of the Olive Garden, but now that we have one nearby, the next time I have a willy and am too tired to cook, I'll be ordering from Olive Garden or I'll just cook it myself. read more

This was pretty good. I was just disappointed. I ordered spaghetti and asked for 2 sausage (how I judge good spaghetti) instead I got 2 meatballs I'm just not a fan. The mussels were good. When I'm in Brighton, I love eating here! I remember coming here as a kid and the food is still exactly the same. There will never be a better calzone than what you'll find here. Super disappointed and will never be back. When you advertise margarita pizza with fresh basil, fresh mozzarella. Then you pick the pizza up and there is no fresh basil. I love this small mom & pop restaurant! It has a small town atmosphere with good food. Nothing pretentious, just good food, in a simple restaurant. The calzones, and also the homemade spaghetti noodles are my favorite. The staff is always very pleasant, nice, and down to earth. Best suited for groups of 2-4 people, probably more difficult to get a large party seated. It's a small restaurant. Love it!! read more

Pizza is quite good, but every now and then I like a good spaghetti and meatballs...this place is NOT the place for spaghetti!!! They do not know what spaghetti is and if that is the only thing you order there, you will never come back. Plus for being as horrendous as it is, it's also expensive. Problems with their spaghetti: 1) they use linguine -- usually the mark of bad spaghetti anyway 2) the sauce is extremely watery and is basically watered down tomato paste with very little or no spices added...VERY bland 3) unidentifiable meat that is extremely flavorless...not even sure it's meat and the Italian sausage is so bad I'd be insulted if I were an Italian The worst spaghetti on the planet by far. If you want real spaghetti that tastes good enough to eat again and again, try Old Chicago's Baked Spaghetti. Lots of good flavor there. I've had theirs DOZENS of times...very yummy. read more

Like, the meatball (which was really just ground beef slapped on some bread) was pink. I'm extremely disappointed at the quality now versus a year ago. Ive ordered Togo in the past and although it's pricey for what you get, it was acceptable. this time I could not believe the price for what I ordered. I ordered two orders o spaghetti and two house salads. When I picked it up it was in two tiny bags. The noodles and sauce was combined in a styrofoam cup and the house salads were in tiny styrofoam clam boxes. It was $45 for two tiny meals. It was awful. This place has gone downhill fast. Ordered to-go (as I have many times before) and went to pick up my order 35 mins later. I patiently waited in the lobby another 10 minutes before I was acknowledged by a waitress while she sat folks dining in (that came in after me, cleaned tables, carried food from the kitchen to tables, etc). Clearly disturbed by my presence, she asked me what I needed and I told her I was picking up a to-go order, then let me wait another 15 minutes, during which she asked me if I still wanted the breadsticks I ordered because they would take another 5 minutes (which I had already paid for through my online order). First time there and was very disappointed. Got the all meat pizza and it's probably the worst pizza I have ever had. The crust was chewy and tough ordered it with extra sauce and there was NO sauce!!! on the pizza. It's not a pizza without the sauce. Terrible flavor. -Family owned and operated for generations. -Best pizza crust I've had in all of Colorado. -Calzones are stuffed to the gills with delicious meats and cheeses. -The pasta is thick and soft; the tomato gravy is blissfully simple, and the meatballs are big and delicious. It's some of the most honest, simple, and delicious Italian food I've ever had and people in this town would rather go to Pizza Hut, which is in the same parking lot. If food isn't heavily advertised on tv, isn't coated in grease and fat and salt, and costs more than $8.00 people in Brighton and the surrounding area hate eating it. The pizza is pretty darn good but, to be perfectly honest, the calzones are so delicious that I seldom eat anything else. Don't get me wrong, both the pizza and the pasta are phenomenal, it's just that I have not yet found another pizzeria where the calzones are as good as the ones made by these folks. Way too expensive for bland food. An appetizer of garlic bread (add cheese for 0.50) was $4+... it was only 2 pieces of bread. We had a table of 4, I'd have imagined the waitress should have let us know it was only 2 pieces. And for that price we would have canceled the order. We all ordered a pasta dish. 2 half orders for the kids and 2 full orders for my husband and I. The kids could have eaten a full order easily the portions were so small. In addition, there was absolutely zero flavor to any of the dishes. The Alfredo sauce was watery and didn't taste like anything. And the tortellini wasn't cooked. The red sauce and meat balls had no flavor (my meatballs weren't cooked through). And our bill was $60. We will not be going back to try the pizzas or calzones. Sorry. read more
