I received an email with a 50% off your first month offer with zero disclaimers or details such as what type of membership offer applies to. When I clicked the link, offer didnt work so I called the gym. Person over the phone said they can apply the offer in person. When I went to class, front desk told me offer only applies to the unlimited membership. I informed her the email and the person I spoke to didnt tell me that. She asked if I would like to join the class while she checks with the manager. After class she confirmed it only applies to unlimited membership. I told her if the email or person over the phone told me then I would have planned this better bc I will be out of town for the next 2 weeks. Ultimately I did not sign up.
