    Beware Do not choose this company. We have been stuck with…read moretheir services for awhile now. We have given them chance after chance to do right and they refuse. They will not knock on your door to announce themselves or to ask if you would like them to treat the inside of your home. They will pull up, rush around the outside of your home and run to their vehicle as quickly as possible to avoid you. This causes a major problem because once the yard is treated, the pests will invade your house. We have had to call them multiple times to comeback and treat the inside after we have fought off bugs in the mean time. I am a housewife and am home every day of the week, I know when someone has knocked. Beware, this is a non reputable company and they will lie to you about knocking. If they lie about knocking what else will they lie about... service being performed, chemicals used, background of staff/ techs they hired to come into your home? Lie about something small, you'll lie about something big.

    Service is decent, and price is not bad; however, trying to cancel is a nightmare. They will not…read moresimply cancel service, but instead transfer you from department to department avoiding the actual cancellation request. This is a high-pressure harassment technique that they have perfected, and I'd advise all to stay away from White Knight. Don't say I didn't warn you!! Oh, and when they tell you that you must speak to a "consumer advocate", that means a person that specializes in not allowing you to cancel - even if you have moved and no longer live at the address that is being serviced as is my situation!! They called from an 800 number and left a message - 1 attempt and 1 message, and then sent an email saying that they have tried "repetitively" to contact me about my desire to cancel and until they do, my account remains "paused". Again, this is not a company that operates in good faith. Be aware. These tactics are well-known and considered unethical by most consumers.

They did an excellent job! Pam had come alone previously and tried to do this job by herself but really needed an additional hand moving the washer and dryer. Armando had also come previously to help set traps and seal weep holes . Both of these technicians and the other team member , Ian, did an exceptional job helping get rid of the rats! We are very happy with the service we received from all of them !! Highly recommend them and Biotech!!

He found the source of the entry, got on a ladder and took a picture. His solution: wait til I don't hear it anymore and call them back and they can seal it up. Seriously? Paid 59$ for this - for nothing. I called wildescapes. Matthew said "I'm gonna come put a one-way trap up there, seal all but the trap and I'm gonna do it right now" The squirrel was gone by the afternoon. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. She said they could send a more experience technician. Then why did you send that one to begin with? Don't waste your money- call Matthew.

On May 6th, I contacted them about weeds and yellowing in my Zoysia grass, which I suspected was the beginning stages of Take All Patch. I received no service and no follow-up by May 26th, and by that point approximately 30% of my yard had died. On May 26th, I received a bill for $227.38 with notes stating they could not service my backyard because the gate was locked. My backyard has never been locked, so I called to question the charges. I also noticed the bill included services I had not agreed to, including Chinch Bug treatment and Aqualizer. After questioning the charges, I was eventually informed that I had been billed for services performed on another customer's property. My account and credit card were charged for work done at a different address. The company credited back $109.40, but the remaining $117.98 was for services they claimed were performed at my property -- even though the original issue was that their technician had completed someone else's service under my account. When I asked how this could happen, the explanation was that it was "human error" because the technician did not verify the address. I was told they would provide coaching on address verification. That response was extremely concerning. If I had not reviewed the notes and questioned the charges, I could have unknowingly paid for another customer's lawn service. The manager did eventually come out and apply a fungicide treatment after reviewing the property, but this happened only after repeated calls and after significant damage had already occurred. The lack of communication, inaccurate billing, incorrect service records, and lack of ownership throughout this process is unacceptable. Since this company was bought out several years ago, I have noticed a significant decline in service quality and accountability. After 15+ years, I have canceled my service and would not recommend this company to others. Customers should carefully review their invoices and service notes because mistakes like this can go unnoticed.

We have lots of trees and it was a loosing battle. Spott uses their very intense garlic spray and hurray...no more mosquitos! We find the occasional strays especially if it's humid but they are so rare it doesn't even compare. We also have many animals including chickens and have never had a problem. Thanks Spott! Carla L.

For the past two days, I have had my evenings interrupted by these cute little eastern European kids that I doubt are old enough to be working. Yesterday a young lady came calling at a reasonable hour and left after I made it clear that I neither shop for, nor buy anything at my front door, be it pest control or religion. Tonight, Lucas rang my door bell after 8:30, scarcely spoke English and just stood their stammering after I expressed dismay at being disturbed at such an obscene hour, and summarily dismissed him. I gave him a chance to leave with his dignity, but he insisted on stammering away, even as I closed the door. Then, to top it all off, he left his calling card on my window sill. Seriously, what kind of company employs young Russian kids and sends them out in the heat doing door to door sales at this hour? I mean is Spott holding their families hostage until they knock down a certain number of contracts? I cannot speak to how their service is, and frankly I don't care. Any company that demonstrates such a marked lack of judgement in it's business practices will not be getting my business, and has inadvertently retained the services of my personal PR firm. Andy Martinez serviced our home today and did an outstanding job. He was thorough, kind, professional, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. He also sent photos of everything that was treated and kept us informed throughout the service, which we really appreciated. We also want to recognize Eric Retana, who has always provided excellent service for us. Eric was originally scheduled to come out but was unable to make it, so he recommended Andy. Eric had trained Andy, and it showed. Andy carried himself with the same professionalism, care, and attention to detail that we have always appreciated from Eric. Both Eric and Andy deserve recognition. They represent Aptive very well and are exactly the kind of technicians who build customer trust. Any customer-driven business would do well to train its service representatives in this same manner. The customer service is horrible, communication is nonexistent, and they do whatever they want without regard for the customer. They enter your property without permission, schedule appointments without your confirmation or knowledge, and seem to believe that sending an automated email or text is sufficient notice which it absolutely is not. Technicians show up and spray areas they assume they have access to, then mark services as "completed" when they clearly are not. They also try to stack multiple services into short timeframes without informing you beforehand. The entire system and structure is completely unreasonable and not customer friendly at all. When issues are raised, they are not resolved instead, the company focuses on preventing you from canceling, adding services you didn't approve, and avoiding accountability. They lock you into a contract they don't even follow themselves. I strongly do not recommend doing business with this company. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and lack of respect for your time and property.
