Very upsetting experience for my wife today. Tried to have an ancient cat, euthanized. The poor…read morecat is suffering with biting seizures/dementia, atrophied hindquarters, little bladder control, and obvious pain behavior and frequent yowling. The animal seized last weekend, and bit our daughter, leaving a deep wound. After we decided, and went through the emotional part of this process, their vet refused to euthanize. Instead, we were given a handout on keeping the cat comfortable. In all my years, I have never experienced, or heard of such a refusal. I guess the vet knows better, than the family who has lived nearly 18 years, with the cat. Needless to say we will no longer be bringing any of our pets to this clinic. I really dislike leaving a bad review, but to imagine another pet owner having to go through something like this is just appalling.

My dog practically dances with excitement when we pull up--she loves going in for his grooming! They always do an excellent job, and I trust them completely. My Persian cats are regulars too, and they always come home looking gorgeous, happy, and calm. I call them the "dog and cat whisperers" because they have a special gift for making every animal feel comfortable and even enjoy the grooming experience. Truly the best!
