The dish typically comes with a churrasco steak but we subbed for the chicken, and it was seasoned well, yet dry. I'd come back to try it with the steak next time. The Black Coffee Smash Burger was a pleasant surprise with how sauced it was with the pickles, onions and cheese. The bun was toasted toasted too! I would come back to try more of the breakfast items along with some coffee.

Once we got to the protein layer, we quickly found out it was raw protein powder. Just a layer of protein powder in the middle of the "bowl" is insane and takes up quite a bit of the space so you're getting less of everything else for something that could easily have just been mixed in from the beginning. After getting to the protein powder layer, it quickly ruins the rest of the layers as the powder doesn't mix well and clumps up everything and makes it gritty and close to inedible. And all in all, the "bowl" came out to around $23 before tip. Whilst normally I'm understanding of places having bad days, open to trying other things even after having a poor experience once and some menu items just not being for me, I would personally never want to return.

There are lots of outlets so you can plug in and people are generally pretty respectful, wearing headphones while they work so the background noise isn't too much for a call. If you haven't tried Foxtail yet, I recommend starting with their vanilla Carmel cold brew. It's a fan favorite -- and for good reason. I'm looking forward to trying more from the Farmhosue menu -- especially the salads!
