I've been to Foxtail many times but today I tried the Farmhouse side for the first time. Five stars for an awesome experience -- friendly service, great vibe/ambiance, and delicious coffee and breakfast scramble. I had planned to meet my colleague here for coffee and decided to pop in early to take my first meeting of the day (virtual) and grab some breakfast. The Farmhouse is a great spot to bring your laptop to knockout some work while you enjoy breakfast or lunch. There are lots of outlets so you can plug in and people are generally pretty respectful, wearing headphones while they work so the background noise isn't too much for a call. If you haven't tried Foxtail yet, I recommend starting with their vanilla Carmel cold brew. It's a fan favorite -- and for good reason. I'm looking forward to trying more from the Farmhosue menu -- especially the salads! read more

The atmosphere is cute, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. We ordered The Smokey--a bagel with smoked salmon, egg, cheese, and caramelized onions. The salmon tasted so fishy that I couldn't eat it, and the caramelized onions were almost nonexistent. I asked for some cream cheese, hoping it would help mask the fishy taste, and the server tried to charge me extra for it. I explained that I didn't think I should have to pay for cream cheese simply to make an otherwise inedible sandwich more palatable. Overall, the cute ambience wasn't enough to make up for the quality of the food or how the situation was handled. read more

My husband and I wanted some coffee, so we decided to stop by and grab something. I had been to a Foxtail coffee once before, but it was my husband's first time. I got a lavender fog and a chocolate croissant and my husband got a coconut mocha cold brew and a ham and Swiss baguette. The location was clean, decorated well, and the service was quick. The coconut mocha was very strong and not at all sweet, but after adding six packets of sugar it had some sweetness. My lavender fog was perfect! It had just enough sweetness from the honey, a nice floral taste from the lavender, and was the perfect mix of robust black tea and smooth milk. The ham and cheese sandwich was fresh, savory, and hot. The chocolate croissant was good, but had an almost floral taste. I would definitely get the ham and cheese sandwich and the lavender fog again. Rating from F to A+++, I give it an B+. read more

Really torn between 3 and 4 stars here so I rounded up. The space is really trendy and comfy and lots of people were working. Was a little Sunday funday so I got a Prosecco and the Cobb salad which was delicious. My dining companion going the smash burger and a ravenous Pig beer with a side of fries. The food took a little while but was super hot and fresh when it came out. The smash burger was good but rich AF. The curly fries were tasty- think of Arby's fries but better. Now for my qualm- the prices. A burger and fries, beer, Prosecco and half a Cobb salad was $50. My $9 Prosecco is was 3 ounces at best. I'll return but likely for coffee only. Firat time visit! Never been to a foxtail coffee before. I've been exploring my coffee palate. The man behind the counter was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained how each of the espresso drinks differ in terms of espresso, water, milk, and sugar. We ordered the cordadito, with equal amounts of espresso and milk with some sugar. I was not a fan. It tasted like syrup. I would go back and try something else because the atmosphere was AMAZING! And the staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. I hope my next experience tastes better read more

A large sister location to Foxtail Coffee, they have a huge space and similar vibe / decor. This location is all that the coffee shop offers, plus more! They do sandwiches and snacks here as well. Of course, they offer free wi-fi so you can hang out and enjoy while also doing some work or browsing FaceBook. They have lots of seating, including high top tables, comfy arm chairs with small tables, and benches outside with faux grass areas. It feels cozy and warm. My only downer here is that staff isn't as friendly / welcoming as the coffee location I'm use to locally. I've waited for ten minutes at the register before and not been acknowledged after being seen by at least two employees behind the counter. I get it's busy - but a simple 'hi, I'll be right with you' goes a long way. Overall: A Rustic and warm vibe with the same great coffee as it's sister location, but also with a more extensive food / snack menu! read more

I'm a fan. As someone who works remotely and is a student, Foxtail Farmhouse is perfect. I have a nice place to go work and enjoy a coffee that isn't Starbucks. I typically grab a seat up at the coffee bar because there are multiple outlets and hooks to hang my bag. If you are seated at the bar, you can start a tab which so convenient for those longer study session. The staff does a great job of being attentive without hovering. They are extremely kind and if you are lucky you might snag a free donut from them when it's closing time. I almost always get the matcha latte. It is an excellent flavor and I would definitely recommend. They have a lot of variety and some experimental coffee drinks to try. If you aren't adventurous with your coffee tastes, I would stick to the main menu. I would definitely recommend coming here to get work done or to just catch up with friends. read more

Remember that line from the old movie, Field of Dreams, "if you build it, they will come". Can't help but feel like it applies to Foxtail Farmhouse. Yes it's an option, but should you go? HMM. Well lots of patrons in here, but sadly lacking in connection and warmth to their customers. The tomato and bacon quiche was pretty good, and I love that marinaded olives are a small plate option in the menu. The three person crew behind the counter could care less that we were sitting along the bar, so we walked up to the front counter to order (after being told we could also order at the bar seats). They semi ignored our party, talked about themselves, never asked what we needed, wanted, or how they could serve us. Yes, it was conversation but it wasn't really customer service. The guy up front taking orders was laying on his elbow at the front counter as he took my order, he really needed a nap. Why do I write all this? It's a pretty looking place and busy since it's connected to their coffee hub. Do they care about what I came in for? Nope. The service was way too self absorbed. Love the coffee, but this is not a warm, welcoming place at all. Felt like there was too much inflated ego to actually refill our water, make sure we had silverware, or just ask if we needed anything. Meh! read more

Been wanting to come here ever since I've bookmarked Foxtail Coffee and I am super happy we found time in the morning to do so! Foxtail truly made our morning :) Just to note: Foxtail Coffee and Foxtail Farmhouse are connected, but I'll leave a separate review on Foxtail Coffee detailing on the actual coffee. My boyfriend and I grabbed a coconut cold brew and matcha latte from Foxtail Coffee and walked over to Foxtail Farmhouse to check out the food. If you think Foxtail Coffee is nice, go next door and you will fall in love. Aesthetics was stunning, with the dark tiles and gold fixtures, gorgeous siphons lined up at the bar, and the big red espresso machine draws your attention to the center of the room of the bar, right beneath the large coffee bean dispensers of the Gravity Bar. If there's quality in the aesthetics, we were hopeful in the quality of the coffee and the food also. We got the Turkey + Cheese sandwich (I love brie cheese!) that came with a side of house onion jam. Pre-prepared and toasted with care, this is no ordinary sandwich. The jam complimented the sandwich so well and added depth to the flavor. It was a great breakfast to go with our coffees! Also had the UFO, which is a large (like the size of my face) vegan cinnamon roll. It was also toasted up a bit and it was phenomenal! Also a great pair with our coffees. After breakfast, we dropped by a brewery that was next door (also great). My boyfriend craved for the churro donut, sooooo we came back for more! Snagged churro donut bites and the actual churro donut, vegan as well. Staff has been great and they're very attentive. We talked to a number of baristas and they were all fun to talk to. Five stars for a relaxed establishment, in which you can have a nice cup of Joe, and socialize like a bar setting, minus the loud noise or drunks stumbling around. Yes, they do serve wine, but the vibe here is relaxing. I love the bar set up with the view of coffee beans and wine bottles. They are connected to the original farmhouse and you can also sit outside and enjoy the weather, or sit with your dog. I came with a buddy and had couple chai tea lattes, which were very good! There are options for food, which is more than pastries. Some of their pastries are Vegan! There is also small bites to snack on and share. I love the vibe of this place! I love this place! Living in WA state, I've seen my share of coffee houses. This is one of the best! Such amazing decor and concepts that I always try to go here whenever I'm in town. The Farmhouse is a nice addition to the already amazing coffee shop. It's so great to just sit at the bartop and have casual conversation with the baristas. The quality of coffee is so good, and honestly, this is a great place for Instagram lol. The deconstructed latte has made an appearance on my personal Instagram. This is such a cute coffee shop. The only reason I dropped a star was that I wish there was more low chair seating! I'm not a huge fan of high tops and was stalking a comfy low chair seat haha. Foxtail is very popular and for good reason! First, it is dog friendly! I loved that I was able to bring my pup and do some work, enjoy a coffee and have my furry pal next to me. Second they take their coffee game seriously, the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful in making the best drink choice! Third, milk alternatives! As someone trying to stay away from dairy I appreciate almond, soy and oat milk being available. I will 100% be back often, the vibe is so relaxing and the decor is so rustic and cool. My husband and I stopped by Foxtail Farmhouse for breakfast. I love the atmosphere inside the restaurant and the level of service that we received. We sat outside because it was a beautiful morning even though the tables outside were not wiped clean or overly comfortable. We ordered a Foxtail Breakfast Sandwich ($5.00) and a Spinach Gruyere Quiche. ($6.00) Both of these items are exceptionally tasty even though they appeared to be premade. I loved the fresh tasting spinach in the quiche and my husband thought that the crust was amazing. The breakfast sandwich is made with an English Muffin and was served with the lightest and fluffiest egg. It is finished off with cheddar cheese and Canadian bacon. read more

We used the back address, and they are right next to each other, wall to wall. Pros: I ordered their lavender latte and it was delicious. We also ordered some food, the croissant sandwich and the Loraine quiche were both delicious. The service was really quick and really nice. Plenty of seating options for a coffee shop. Cons: the music was a tad bit loud I noticed, I saw a couple of people working and it could potentially be bothersome if you were looking to work and make business calls etc. it could just be louder than normal, because it was a weekend. read more

2018 Review 29/100 Just when I thought Foxtail couldn't get any better, they prove me wrong. Foxtail Farmhouse takes it to a whole new level. Farmhouse is right next door to Foxtail Coffee Co.'s Winter Park location. The decor is an extension of what they have in the coffee shop. A very rustic charm - I'm so in love with it. There is a bar area that runs the length of the shop and a counter for quick ordering. Farmhouse serves coffee, of course, but not just regular coffee (though you can get that here). You'll find more experimental items on the menu such as deconstructed lattes and coffee beverages served in a waffle cone. They also have a craft cocktail menu with some unique offerings. During my visit, I tried the matcha prosecco. So unique and so good! My friend had the sparkling lavender lemonade and she enjoyed it as well. They also have a selection of pastries (donuts, muffins, etc.) and some pre-made noms. I tried the chickpea wrap and it was quite good for a quick bite. They also have some light bites available for order - paninis and salads and some cheese and charcuterie options, plus desserts. Depending on the day/time you come, expect a crowd. Luckily, there is a good amount of seating between the inside area and outside patio. And the staff is great about moving people through quickly so you shouldn't have to wait too long even if there is a crowd. Kudos to Foxtail for stepping up an already impressive game. read more

We were unable to attend the grand opening on the 10th, so we decided to stop in tonight for a drink. This space is almost a mirror image of Foxtail coffee shop right next door. Made me think of Coraline, the Farmhouse is the side with the button eyes. You get to live a little more dangerously with their cocktail and wine selection. I ordered their sparkling lavender lemonade which was simply delightful! At only $8 you get a large Mason jar filled with refreshing lemonade made only for adults. Be careful though, this stuff can be addicting. Not only is it delicious, but it also looks pretty served garnished with a dried lavender sprig and a dried lemon slice. They have small bites, paninis, meat and cheese plates, pre made refriderated snacks and desserts. We couldn't stay too long, so we will be sure to return very soon to sample more of their offerings! read more

My favorite coffee ever and the farmhouse has some creative creations. Like a latte in a waffle cone or a destructed latte. They even have some food here. Update: I personally prefer the foxtail farmhouse to the actual foxtail just coffee area next door. I find that the customer service is superior and the coffee yay I order over here is better. Now I'm basing this opinion on one time. I got a Carmel latte at the regular foxtail and couldn't finish it because it was like drinking milk with a bit of coffee. Then I ordered a Carmel latte at the foxtail farmhouse and it was my favorite iced latte! The Carmel flavor was very pronounced and that great foxtail coffee flavor was there, not covered up by the milk. All in all, foxtail is good overall but I tend to favor the farmhouse side. read more

They have unique drinks made with espresso that give coffee lovers another way to get their fix. We enjoyed the Cascara soda which was a unique way to have coffee in a soda. Another drink we tried was the espresso shakerato which was espresso and simple syrup shaken with ice and poured into a martini glass. Just delicious. I love everything about Foxtail and what they are doing. When they expanded to the Farmhouse I was excited because that meant extra seating, but they also added experimental drinks as well as food items. I usually stick with a latte, cappuccino, cafe con leche, or matcha which are always spot on. My boyfriend usually goes with a siphon, americano, or pour over. The baristas are very knowledgeable and passionate about their coffee. When the weather is nice there is a courtyard with benches and umbrellas to enjoy your coffee outside. I don't know about other locations, but this one is dog friendly which is a bonus for us dog owners, and plus you get to see the cutest pups. Ive been here a few times to say the least, so glad they expanded and added the coffee bar/farmhouse side because it was more then we expected. Ive had their chai tea latte, deconstructed latte and just about any latte you can think of and I've always been amazed at how great they taste. Im not a big coffee drinker so can't brag about getting the right amount of caffeine of knowing if the coffee beans were brewed to prefection but I can say that almost anyone can find one item on the menu theyll like and if you don't the baristas well help you find something. I love their point/reward system, occasional email discounts, and check in offers. This is definitely my go to coffee spot in Orlando. I love the atmosphere, the cleanliness, the staff, and the uniqueness of the drinks. The barista's are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and outgoing. I've had multiple good conversations with the workers there. We had to request ice for the water that was left at room temp on the counter near the register. We received two of our sandwiches, but had to wait several minutes on the third sandwich in our order. This is one of my favorite coffeehouses in the Orlando area for many reasons. The atmosphere, the coffee, the people, and the location are all perfect. I love the split between the coffeehouse side and the Farmhouse side. The bar is beautiful and it's easy to work from this location. I'd also mention that they have more than just coffee. Pastries, sandwiches, snacks, and more are all options. I see why they won best coffeehouse. They deserve it! read more
