Instead of slandering this establishment I just want to leave a word of caution to those interested in having any work done here. I took my jeep to have a lift kit and new wheels and tires installed, The day I drop my truck off I left it with them early in the morning when the shop opened which they stressed not to be late for, I then arrive at the shop 15 minutes before closing hoping that they might be done early since no one had called me all day. I did not get my vehicle until 45 minutes after the shop had closed, I wasn't upset I understand places get busy and I was just excited to get my truck back. The next day after the work was done I'm driving on the highway and after about 5 miles one of my wheels completely comes off cause they did not torque the lugs. My life as well as others on the road were in danger because of the shops negligence. And to make matters worse when I called the shop to explain the situation they did everything they could to avoid excepting fault for their screwup. But worst of all was the fact the manager and owner would not even speak to me and not give me so much as an apology. Had they owned up to this blunder and accepted fault things would be different. Just a complete lack of customer service and human decency. read more

I had a sound system installed at this shop and after the install, i had some issues with the sound system. I contacted the manager JOHN and he was helpful and willing to resolve the issue. However, after returning back to the shop on three (3) different occasions for the same reason, i finally gave up and requested to resolve this matter with some type of partial refund. I was informed that no refunds or returns will be given. So after spending $1100 dollars on a system that contined to have issues, i had to go to a different shop, so that the whole system be rewired. Furthermore, what makes matters worst, i requested on two different occasions to speak with the shop owner HECTOR. The owner didn't even have the decency to call and speak with me, so that we address this issue. So for this reason, this place gets a 1 star rating. read more

I hate doing reviews, but believe feedback is the biggest way to avoid future mistakes and enlighten business owners to see what they do not want to see. I have been to this location four times and yesterday was my last time unfortunately. There is this big tan man that has zero customer service, and likes to price gouge. What is crazy is I am not the only one who feel like he does this. On my third visit there was customer asking why the price of the service was going up all of sudden at the checkout; and the man gives some weird rationale behind it, no discount, no care, for a returning customer. I remember seeing this man tell his wife outside he is no longer coming here because of the carelessness of that man . The owner is decent person he usually there everyday and rides black infinity. He quotes firm and fair prices. People I paid nearly a hundred dollars to put Audi logo from ebay. The man does not greet, act like he does not remember a returning customers, does not care about your car to recommend any types of specials. On the upside the mechanics and specialist: I feel are superb I value the team work to get things figured out and done. Everytime you are going to pay with a card he tells one price and your card is charged for another price, and then the man will tell he is not sure how much the work will until it is done. (In that case do not pay and leave people) . If you decide to go here and you see this man you can tell what type of heart this guy has and sadly it is a really bad one. No type of care in the world from this dude I know it is OBT but have standards or go sit in the back office buddy. read more

I got a leveling kit and alignment deal here last year. My truck (2017 F-150) started really rocking and rolling and bumping really hard. I decided to upgrade to Bilstien shocks at ford to take care of a recall as well. The shop told me whoever installed these rushed the job, jammed the level spacers in there and reinstalled the strut incorrectly. Additionally, they never did the alignment that I paid for. Avoid this dishonest, cheap establishment. Seems like great deals but as usual, too good to be true. read more

Paid good money for four tires they went bald less than 9,000 miles on them. Orlando tire would not replace them and tried to sell me same brand over again. I highly recommend doing business with another company, there prices are also more than most tire stores. Don't plan on showing up when they open either they never show up on time. read more

I purchased 4 brand new tires from Orlando Tire and Wheel and just found out they sold me tires that were 5 years old. The tires are cracking and ride very rough. I told the manager Hector to replace tires and he refused to replaced unless I paid for more tires. He also told me they always sell tires that 5 years old. This is totally wrong to mislead customers and sell them unsafe tires. If you bought tires from these guys you may want to see how old they are. I am taking them to court to resolve issue. read more

I took my 2018 f150 to get a level kit install...the truck was pulling to the left really bad.went there twice...they check it...over inflate the left tire to try to fix it but this trick did not work.their alligment machine is broken ...is full of struff like it have not been used in a while.they charge full price for a jod that they know they cant do.took my truck to another place and paid $95 for an alligment....it was way off.never againg i will go there. read more

I ordered a set of Michelin pilot super sport tires 245-45-18 for my Stang. The guy there said he would have them the next day although I wasn't heading there till the following week. I traveled 3 hours to get there because the finance company I work with uses them. They never asked me for a deposit and I called and said I was traveling 3 hours to get there please make sure all is right . They reassured me to come on in. When I got there, my tires were there and they started putting them on immediately ! No hassle and perfect work. The guys putting the tires on are truly experts. Perfect balance. They don't try pushing anything on me. The man that changed the tires did advise a wheel alignment ( which they don't do so it wasn't for any gain on their part) Also the price they charged me was actually cheaper then the same tire on EBay or tire rack and these had a fresh 2016 DOT! You can't trust these guys. They are all about get your money and doesn't care about customer relations.

Instead of a lengthy rant here are the reasons you should run away from this place and get service from a respectable establishment instead: 1. While installing a leveling kit on my brand new Jeep, they left the sway bar brackets disconnected. One of them was just hanging there and the other was just barely touching the sway bar. 2. After taking my car back to get fixed the manager's response was "mistakes happen". No they don't, not with cars. My safety was in danger and he says "mistakes happen"... 3. It gets worse. He then tells me he "didn't even have to give me service"...what? You install my lift incorrectly and then tell me I'm lucky that you agreed to fix YOUR mistake? 4. My leveling kit had all the parts in it but somehow they didn't all get installed. They claim there were parts missing but they didn't realize it. I didn't think I would have to take pictures of my kit for evidence later on. 5. In conclusion, this place lacks integrity and you should go somewhere else unless you want to end up on the road with a half ass job done with your life in danger. It's not worth the headache. John the lead guy from NY is absolutely ballsey and arrogant. I came in asking for a certain type of wheel for my wifes new car and at first, he said he could get it, but lacked the confidence. later after emailing him several times he told me just to come in 'again' so we could figure it out. He expressed how upset he was because he found out i was shopping around but i couldn't understand why he would not understand that. Your suppose to shop around. Yet , he grew upset and told me that THEY WERE THE BEST . After my third visit, he told me the wheel i wanted was discontinued. Ten minutes later, he told me to be honest, he didnt want to service me because i was too expressive and feared getting a bad review. I told him all i wanted was a professional to get me the wheel and tires. He went to the back and in seconds came out and told me they no longer made the wheel and he'd rather sell me something in his inventory so he would make money. I couldn't believe this dude was trying to get me to buy something in his inventory rather than help me suit what i wanted. After several exchanges, he continued to insist that he called the manufacturer and the wheel was discontinued. After reaching out to another shop outside of Orlando, the wheels i wanted were there in in one week, installed professionally and WOW!!!!! do they look good. Im not saying that John and his team aren't good, but I am saying, they are far form the best and be careful, they are about their revenue before your wishes.... read more

Had a tire blowout on our RV and when settled into our campsite, found this business on the web, not too far from Disney and easy to find. They got the tires I needed and put them on in a matter of 30 minutes. Friendly, polite, and professional. If I needed other service...it looked like they could do that too. Needed one tire for my car ,called 3 places in orlando, gave info to the first 2 places,never got a call back,the third said he didn't have Toyo tires even though he was listed as a dealer. At Orlando Tire and Wheel I spoke with Oscar and although he did not have the tire I needed in his shop,he was able to get one for me in one day. I was given a 930 appt ,and my car was ready by 10:10. The service was excellent,and the staff was friendly. This place is about 40 minutes away and I will travel there every time I need those services. read more
