However, I have many concerns with this practice 1) there is a revolving door of doctors 2) each doctor we've seen has had wildly differing opinions on treatment plans 2) they have really over corrected each time we've come in, to the point of needing to book in-between emergency appointments because they created a nearly horizontal flare and then overlap. 4) There is zero accountability if you have an issue. Doctors are totally booked and just say they weren't the one who did the last adjustment. I would highly recommend a practice with one or two doctors over this model. Lastly, I believe in breaks for workers, but being closed for an hour and a half for lunch each day is wild - just do one hour or have shifts.

The worst experience for me and my daughter. What a waste of time. If I can give Dr. Kastin 0, I would not hesitate. He tried to briefly explain the reason for the set up of the office instead of a dental chair by saying something like he's only there once a month -- but still makes no sense that he's going to do work or even provide a consultation to a patient sitting in a small office chair. This would not have been so bad if he had given more than 2 minutes of his time and he wasn't so ARROGANT and RUDE. One last thing -- I noticed when I was leaving they provide various gifts in return for promising to write a review. They didn't ask me to do one probably because I didn't look too pleased with the service.

This is also my very first cavity in all 24 years of my life and I trusted my dentist through the whole process. I had my one teeth filled and was experiencing pain and sensitivity but I waited about two weeks to see maybe if it's just my teeth trying to adjust. I made an appointment to go back and get it refilled and a second tooth next to the initial one had been drilled and filled without me knowing beforehand. I was never asked or told before the drilling that another teeth would have been touched in the process. I waited another two weeks after that, still pain and sensitivity. I cannot chew on anything on that side of my mouth. I cannot drink anything that is not room temperature without it triggering a sharp pain in my teeth. I went back again and a temporary filling was put it. Same ordeal, pain and sensitivity. Waited another two weeks and did a scan and was told I still had a bit of cavity that wasn't taken care of the very first time and was assured that this time for sure would be the last time I had to deal with this pain. So some more drilling was done and the temporary filling was put back in. AGAIN pain and sensitivity. I went back one last time and was told that maybe I was just allergic to the filling and a different filling was put in. Not only did it not help, I constantly feel like I have to grind my teeth now. This new filling also came with a lingering discomfort that has been causing me a headache. I will not be coming back here and I for sure do not recommend this place at all. Initially after the first filling was done, I had asked if I could please switch a dentist and I was denied that. This is obviously intentional negligence to not put into consideration what a patient is asking you. This experience is really traumatizing especially for what was told a small filling that took me 5 visits going back and forth. Please always ask for a second opinion about your cavities because this could literally be you. I really wish I have never had my teeth filled or step foot in this place. I can never rest or eat the same again and have to deal with this pain everyday. Please go somewhere else or avoid this place.

Everyone remembers your name and follows up with any questions or concerns that you may have. They also text and call you the day before your appointment! After my initial consultation, Evangelia gave me 3 options for ortho corrections: metal, ceramic, and Invisalign. Then I got 2 different types of payment options: payment in full and office financing with 0% interest. There are some discount incentives if you pay in full. I ended up going with Invisalign and the 0% office financing. To make things even better, I had a bunch of questions about my dental insurance that I didn't fully understand. Evangelia sorted out all the details so I was able to get an accurate quote. Fast forward 15-16 months, I am in the process of deciding when I should cancel my dental insurance and I was able to get assistance running the math! As for my teeth, they look amazing. Originally every orthodontist was telling me that I needed to undergo surgery to shave out the ends of some of my teeth but Dr. Lee said I didn't need to it. I also had a bunch of questions that Dr. Lee was able to square away for me throughout the 15-16 months. And any questions that I randomly had throughout the process was readily answered with a quick phone or email. Last note but they also do an amazing job with all the COVID precautions! With absolutely no proof they arrested my dad and let him go after a few hours considering the fact that there was legitimacy. I'm so surprised to see that this place has 5 stars. Lea has been the first to ask me if I'd like to floss and brush after she removed my wire. I really really appreciated this. I've experienced other techs who don't ask and rush you through the process. Lastly, she offered me a hook for placing my rubberbands in and some wax refills. This was a 10/10 experience. Let me preface that at the end of your Invisiline treatment you are only given one set of permanent plastic retainers. Whereas my family and friends that went to other places for treatment were given at least two sets of retainers. Did you know that if you lose or damage these retainers it's $400. Yes, they need to be replaced every few years so imagine the cost. Also, why was a charged $400 when a past reviewer stated she only paid $100 to replace her top row? Shouldn't my set be $200 if that's the case? This office completely ripped me off. Or the front desk picks and chooses what price to give to patients. I went to the office because I thought I lost my retainer while on vacation, yes this was completely on me for that. The front desk lady told me $400 for top and bottom row replacement and to make a mold in which they would make the plastic retainer in house so that I would get it fast. It was almost 6pm so they told me that they would have it the next day. Later that evening my partner found my retainer. So I immediately called the office the following morning when the office opened to ask whether or not the retainer has been made if not to please not make them obviously since I found my retainer! The lady on the phone says no that they haven't been made yet as of now and that she would let the office know not to make them and to see if they can process a refund. She told me they would give me a follow up call in a few days. I get a call two days later, the worker tells me they made my retainer and to pick it up. So this money hungry office knew that I found the retainer but proceeded to make a shifted retainer for me anyway. Which I just wasted $400 on, if they weren't able to give me a refund at least give me an alternative treatment or something for that cost but I was not given an alternative or anything. They just went along and made the retainer knowing I don't need it. Horrible office, uncaring and money hungry employees only who just want their commission and over charge. Should be illegal. Go someplace else for Invisiline.
