The doctors here and the physical therapists are good. But the customer service and admin staff are terrible. I have been trying to get an appointment for two weeks, first by a doctor, then with two phone calls, then with two online appointment requests. Despite these efforts as well as the promises of a call back, I haven't heard a word back from anyone. I don't know what is wrong with the admin staff there. They are either being duplicitous or are incompetent. In addition, they have a phone system that doesn't allow callers to leave their number for call back. Instead callers must wait on hold for what might be very long times, in my case, 20 and 35 minutes. Ridiculous. Please OSS fix your system and get some competent, caring staff. read more

I came to OSS for a broken knee cap and have been seeing Dr. Korchek. He is very nice, funny, answers all my questions, and gets me in and out. OSS shares a waiting room with urgent care which has been very hit or miss, and they also have PT upstairs. read more

This place is amazing. I was having terrible back pain and they were able to get me in the same day. Dr. Bastian is so caring and has really helped me manage my back pain. I was initially afraid to see a surgeon because I thought they would only give me the option of surgery or tell me I have to stop riding my horse. This was not the case. Dr. Bastian is helping me with options outside of surgery and is helping me prepare for my horseback riding tour in Africa using cutting edge treatments. I've had a great experience with Dr. Bastian since day one. He's provided excellent care, been very easy to reach, and his staff have been super helpful. After my injury, I was being given wait times from other doctors of anywhere from a week to a month; Dr. Bastian squeezed me in 2 days later, on a Saturday. Since then, he and his office have continued to take great care of me. Medically, he's been attentive, listened well, and gotten me on the road to a quick recovery. Had an initial consultation with Sevang A. Bastian, M.D. in regards to an elbow/tricep injury. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Filled out the standard first-time paperwork, and was seen fairly quickly. Dr. Bastian was very friendly, open, honest and helpful. He interviewed me to find out more about my issue, manually reviewed my problem area, and also utilized an ultrasound. After, they took X-rays immediately after, and we reviewed. He then referred me to get an MRI and some minor physical therapy in hopes of avoiding potential surgery. Overall, I am very happy with our initial conversation and recommendations. read more

My initial appointment was very good. I was quickly greeted by Dr. Feng In the waiting room. He was professional and courteous while examing me. I showed him my MRI. He asked my pain level then suggested injections where my pain was at the highest. The women at the desk were to make the arrangements then call me. The followup call has never come. I did call once. I was shot with a rubber bullet in the hand & I was healing improperly for over 3 weeks. Before seeing Dr. Bastian I was filled with anxiety and uncertainty surrounding the health of my hand.
