I was recommended by another friend who used her services and from our first meet and greet, I knew she was a great fit. This was my 2nd home birth and I knew I wanted to try a new midwife with my 2nd pregnancy. Tiffany is attentive, real, extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Home birth is about choice, power, safety, spiritual, honoring the birther and child. Tiffany touched on all these and so much more. She delivered the facts, research and left the choices to the parents. From a young adult, I knew I wanted a home birth. After watching the "The Business of Being Born" it solidified my desire. Then covid happened and I was sold on home birth. Now, I can't imagine having gone through labor and birth with the restrictions of a hospital. The last experience pushed me to try something new this time. And I'm so incredibly grateful. Tiffany gave me all the information to questions I asked in a very non-biased way. She gives you lots of time at appointments and is so easy to talk to. She lent me books to read and helped me feel empowered that I could have exactly the birth I wanted. When I had prodromal labor after my due date she came to my home for a non stress test and predicted that the cord was around the neck and suggested getting monitored at the hospital just to be sure everything was ok and that baby could withstand birth at home. She didn't take any unnecessary risks. The birth was at home, calm and perfect - even better than I had hoped (and Tiffany was right - the cord was loosely around the neck). She connected me with Meredith at Nourish Nevada - the most amazing lactation group that has blessed my life after 4 failed breastfeeding experiences with my others. She recommended an amazing pelvic floor therapist that helped my birth be amazing and my recovery even better. I'm actually mourning that this is my last baby because I'm finally surrounded by this incredible team of women who know how to help you have the best experience with birth, have a strong body, feed your baby like a pro and feel so proud of yourself and what your body can do. I can't express how much I wish I had found Tiffany and my team sooner. But better late than never I suppose.

I was lucky enough to work with her during my first pregnancy of my daughter. I can't express how absolutely WONDERFUL Dr. Perry is. Pregnancy can be scary and overwhelming--and leaving you full of questions! Every visit with Dr. Perry she took her time, answered my questions and left me feeling so comfortable and aware of what was going on with my body and baby each step of the way. Dr. Perry's bedside manner is always warm and welcoming... she truly cares for each and every one of her patients during and after pregnancy! I will FOREVER consider myself and my daughter so extremely lucky to get to work with Dr. Perry. Pregnancy is an absolute gift.. and Dr. Perry was a HUGE piece of that gift to us! GO see her!

She was incredibly helpful and gentle, and it's clear she really knows her stuff. I was struggling with engorgement and some latching issues on one side, and she took the time to help me and my newborn figure out what worked best for us while making sure we were both comfortable. That visit was 2 weeks ago, and things have been going so well since. I'm so grateful for her guidance and know that the 2 hours I spent with Merideth will make a huge difference in my breastfeeding success. Highly recommend!

This is my second time around, and I could not have done it without the guidance of Emily and Kaitlin! My son was readmitted to the hospital for high bilirubin levels and required a lot of feeding to flush it out of his system. I started my breastfeeding journey needing to supplement feeds with formula and any extra milk I could pump. My milk came in right around the time we were readmitted to the hospital and I suffered from engorgement. The hospital nurses were not able to relieve my breasts of their engorgement, even with the hospital grade pumps that were provided. I felt very helpless at the hospital not being able to feed my son the milk that I knew my body was making. Emily was able to schedule with me the very next day. She showed me techniques for hand expressing and figured out settings on my pump to get it working the best with my body. She helped me with a feeding and pumping plan which quickly relieved me of my engorgement. I was feeling back to normal after 2-3 days of following her plan. My sessions with Emily and Kaitlin gave peace of mind knowing that I have been feeding my baby enough. We did weighted feeds at every appointment, which told us exactly how much milk my son was drinking from each breast. They also tracked how many oz a day my baby gained in weight. With each appointment, we were able to wean off the supplemental formula and pumping, knowing that my son was gaining weight healthily. Now at just over three weeks old, my son is fully breastfed, no longer supplementing with formula or extra pumped milk. It is an accomplishment that we could not have achieved without the guidance and expertise from the women at Nourish Nevada! Our pediatrician is very pleased with our son's growth. We will not be seeing the pediatrician again until my son's 2 month appointment, but I am confident that my son is being nourished and is growing well thanks to all the support we have received from Nourished Nevada.

They just want a room number and they'll let you in. They had ONE nurse assigned to an entire area. She went on lunch when my grandma nearly choked to death and the other staff simply said "I'm not qualified to help with that". She was bed ridden and could not move at all. They refused to clean her when she went to the bathroom and ignored her when she wrote help on paper over and over again. She was old but mentally clear and they constantly assumed she was senile, talking down to her like a child. Another patient down the hall was crying and screaming for help and no one came for almost 30 mins, even after we tried to chase down the nurse. The staff is rude and claims that they can't help with things even though it's literally their job. We ended up having to call an ambulance to take her to the hospital just to get her out of this place. Hospital found out that she got pneumonia from their neglect. She passed away a few days later. I regret sending her here.

She's very professional, friendly, and personable. I love how she interacts with my son and makes him feel comfortable during doctor visits. Her assistant, Sandra, is equally great! When I had my second son a few months ago she was the acting pediatrician at the hospital and was so helpful answering all of my questions regarding his health issues after birth. The office is located next to St. Mary's on Arlington. There's plenty of parking in the garage. Pro tip- if you find a spot on the 2nd floor, snag it! It makes it easy to enter the building using the walkway.
