This company is horrific. I have had great experiences over the decades with other medical device…read morecompanies where I used to live after surgeries, knee braces and AFOs. I needed 2 new ankle/foot orthotics (AFO), a replacement for my left foot and a new one for my right foot. My first app. was on 1/6/26 and Frank told me there were excellent newer AFO models, one of which were ordered. Frank told me it should take 3 or 4 weeks usually. After 7 weeks of hearing nothing, I called in and was told they were there. So I came in on 2/25 and when Frank opened the box, instead of 2 black AFOS that were ordered, one was light beige and soiled to the point where Frank was aghast. That wasn't the biggest problem as these AFOs would not properly fit into any shoe without destroying the shoe, I took pictures which are attached... Frank then told me that the model I had been wearing on my left foot, an Allard BlueRocker 2, would be best and it would only take a few days or so to arrive. Well, today is 3/31 and I have never heard from this company. So I called in and was told, oh yes they are here. Who know how long it would have taken if I hadn't called in, really both times. I asked why wasn't I contacted? I was told there have been changes to the front office, which didn't surprise me as it was the most unprofessional waiting room, listening to the techs and owner air dirty laundry for about a half an hour... I will not use this company ever again, and I asked the office of my Neurosurgeon, who originally sent the prescription to OrthoPro, to send a new prescription to Hanger. BTW, I usually don't write reviews on anything, but this company is so bad I felt like I needed to write about my experience.

It began with some simple arthritis in the knees and has progressed to scoliosis (with a loss in height of seven inches) and "windswept knees" (both knees drift to the left). In that time I've gone from a simple knee brace to complex full leg braces that will help straighten my legs. David and his team have always been professional, empathetic, and supportive. I'm 75 and believe I can do anything. David has a "can do" spirit and is always thinking outside of the box. We make a good team. As I age and face new challenges, I know that David and his team are always there facing each change with me. It's because of their help that I can remain mobile and independent. I give OrthPro ten stars, two thumbs up, and a hearty hug. Thank you so very much.

Jenn was wonderful and immediately helped put me at ease. I especially appreciate when a nurse gets my IV on the first try--it may seem like a small thing, but it certainly doesn't go unnoticed! It's always such a strange feeling to go under anesthesia and then wake up with everything already finished. Bette was incredibly calming, kind, and attentive during my recovery, which made the experience much more comfortable. I also want to thank Dr. Kaiser for his care and concern in making sure all of my issues were addressed. My gratitude extends to the anesthesiologist and every nurse in the operating room for their professionalism, compassion, and excellent care throughout the entire process. I'm truly thankful for everyone who helped make a stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Hopefully, this will be my last surgery for a very long time!

Been coming to this dispensary for years. Employees are always cool…read more I will say the deals lately have been not that great, it use to be, you spend $100 and now you gotta spend $120 to get a deal. A lot of overpriced items. You also gotta wait a whole month to redeem a deal. Nowadays you can get an oz for $80-$90 in other dispensaries. Oz here are $99 or up. Also The way they have things set up, they make you spend more money than you need to. Hope the people who put pricing/deals step it up because I'm getting way better deal in the dispensaries around them.( for the same products). Also i find It weird that they never have full ounces. Just 14grams. Personally i view thc as medicine, and it helps me eat in this depressing world. My last experience I attempted to buy 3 half ounces. I was Trying to get the 2 for $99. And use my vip discount for the 3rd one. And i also Had earn last month(June) $30 off in July if i spend $120. I was Not able to stack so i just Bought 1 14g with my vip and called it a day. In conclusion the $30 off that i earned Last month went to waste and they only give 5 days until it expires. See attachments on how much money and time i put Into in this place. Do the math too if you want as well.(& that's without taxes)

I didn't have a single girlfriend here, no family nearby, no one who really understood what I was going through. I was scared, and I felt so alone. BLB changed that. Milk Makers' Circle gave me a room full of moms who understood the exhaustion and the joy of breastfeeding. Music classes became the highlight of my toddler's week and mine too. Sarah's Comfort Measures class helped my husband and me feel ready instead of terrified for birth. Erin's prenatal massages helped me feel taken care of. Webster chiropractic care with Hannah helped turn my breech baby, and my doula walked beside me through the whole journey of bringing my son earth side at home. You will find a village here, one class and one appointment at a time. If you're a mama in Reno feeling even a little bit lost, please know this place exists. It changed everything for me.
