What I considered great deals before, become mediocre deals without that extra 25% off. Regular stock is priced less than retail, but more than what I see in TJs and Marshalls. There is also less of it. I bought a Nina Leonard polka dot dress for $25; their original price was $50 (but I suspect it never sold for that.) Dresses by the same manufacturer are at Kohl's for about what I paid. Deal or no deal?! I'll give Nordstrom Rack another look, but my expectations won't be high.

I would rate the service hit or miss. Like others have mentioned - sometimes I am delighted and other times I am disappointed, but because I love the quality and selection of merchandise so I will always come back! A salesperson who is not attentive or barely polite is a disincentive to buyers who can spend their money any place they choose. So to the Mgr of Sundance - do some coaching with your associates and select staff wisely. It's the difference between shoppers spending a couple of hundred dollars vs a couple of thousand.

The sales person brought out two other pairs of Kork Ease shoes in another style, but of course they were not what I wanted. This store is always hit or miss, some of the associates are nice, others not so much. The BAIT And switch tactics are not what I expected from Sundance, and I have no idea why they would do this. Have no desire to go back anytime soon if they take advantage of loyal customers.

Since they're in an affluent area, they carry mostly mid to high-tier brands. So don't come in here looking for H&M quality prices. Expect high quality, unique brands in the $200-$1000 range. Most of the brands carried by T. are fashion forward and use amazing materials. T. specializes in obscure European brands that you might not find in the US. For instance, they carry Avant Toi and Forte Forte. If you like denim, they carry a variety of denim designers such as Frame, Citizens of Humanity, Rag and Bone, Transit, and many others. For jewelry, they carry local designers such as Velina and L.A. Stein. If you want to support local brands, this is a good place to go. They also carry Botaniko Skin products, which is kinda local. I think they're located in Alabama. They carry men's stuff too. Right now, their men's section isn't as big as the women's. But hopefully they'll grow further.
