I called them Saturday morning, hoping to get an appointment for a pedicure for that day; and was called back about an hour later and they were able to accommodate me. During my pedicure appointment, I was given delicious spa water, a heated pillow, a sample of in-house made coffee creamer and a chocolate peanut butter rice krispy treat. My nail technician was Daphne, who knew exactly what to do with my neglected toes and rough feet! Her advice to me about how I could take care of my feet at home was helpful and appreciated. Bree was the official "greeter, cashier, and helpful person" in the front of the spa. Her customer service was absolutely stellar in my opinion. This spa is a hidden gem in Las Vegas! My initial set was acrylic and was done so poorly with no cuticle prep it just looked awful and since I was traveling to Vegas for a work event I just couldn't live with seeing my hands in that state. I read reviews on yelp and Nail Therapy was what I landed on. Hannah accommodated me same day and I'm so glad she did. She soaked off my previous set, prepped my nails with attention to detail and gave me a gorgeous set of gel x with chrome. Hannah was able to reshape my nails (they were a horrible tiny pointer shape that went past my nail wall) with gel x. This was my first gel x set and so far I'm absolutely loving it. If you're in Vegas I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be retuning when I'm here for work!

As soon I as I walked in I was greeted by a couple of their staff members. Super friendly. Not even a couple of minutes and someone was ready for me. She was very nice and went to work on my nails immediately. Even though she had a very strong accent we still had a pleasant conversation. As I sat there watching her use all sorts of tools on my fingers it's always fascinating to watch the artistic and technicality of nail technicians work. So intense. I feel bad that I didn't get her name but I'll definitely want to come back here again. My nails look good and I'm ready for my upcoming vacation!
