Great Ramen! Noodles are cooked perfectly al dente. The black garlic broth was delicious! Also the gyoza was tasty. Plenty of parking.

Lunch in Honolulu, Hawaii... Located at Kapalama Center, Oshima Ramen took the place of Rai Rai Ramen. Service was polite and efficient! The environment was clean and air conditioned well. My napkins were going to blow away if I didn't hold them down! I ordered the Gyoza Mini Set which included a bowl of rice, four gyoza, and a choice of Ramen. My selection was the miso ramen which had great flavor - so I could have some broth with my rice! The gyoza was delicious! It really didn't need any dipping sauce, but I mixed some vinegar with shoyu for fun! The noodles were nice and chewy! I received a Loyalty stamp card to encourage myself to return! Note: the wave wall mural is cool!

Oshima Ramen is located in the Kapalama Shopping Center. I had this restaurant in the back of my mind for a while. Many customers try to avoid this area because of the construction for the rail. We entered the shopping center from the back entrance on Kaumualii St to avoid the construction on Dillingham Blvd. We were greeted upon entering with a pleasant hello. menus and water came shortly after. My wife ordered Fried rice with a side order of goyza. I had the Mapo Tofu Ramen. We were the only customers in the restaurant. After our orders were taken, our food came to use piece meal. First thre fried rice, than the Goyza and finally my Ramen The fried rice was average for a ramen shop. The goyza was on the garlicky side. The Mapo Tofu was tasty with a mild spice level. Although the noodles were a little chewy, I did enjoy the dish. Support local. Enjoy

I walked in. I got a menu and water and then they just forgot about me. Didn't take my order or anything. Two other people walked in behind me. They got water took their order. Just completely didn't even think about me. I walked right out shit service. Lose customer.

Today I got to try the Hot & Spicy Seafood Ramen during the Happy Hour so I also received 4 free Gyoza. Moreover, the service was very friendly and helpful.

Sorry we took so long! We've ordered and eaten at all the places around Oshima's. Didn't even realize it was there until one day we were craving ramen. This is now our go-to place for ramen. The prices are fair, the portions are great and the food tastes wonderful. Don't know what to get? Just start with their Oshima Ramen. Maybe spice it up too. Add some gyoza and katsu on the side. Yummos!

Oshima Tonkotsu Ramen Gyoza (4) and some chili oil. Rich and tasty.

There use to be another local style ramen shop here. I use to go there for a favorite item but since it's gone, I didn't want to go back. Good thing I changed my mind. Thanks to the other great Yelp reviews, I gave it a try. It was so good I tried to finish the soup. Do try it. I recommend.

We happened on this new ramen shop in the Dillingham area, they are next to Ahi and Vegetable. The restaurant is very clean and modern looking. Service was pretty fast. I ordered the gyoza set and my companion ordered the Miso ramen.

We took grandma out for lunch after her doctor's appointment and she was craving ramen. I appreciated being able to browse the menu through the QR code and order online. Our food came out quickly and it was delicious! Grandma got the combo meal which was perfect since she got to have some ramen and curry. I got the spicy beef ramen and it was the perfect level of spice. My boyfriend got the ramen and curry combo. He said that the rice was a little mushy but other than that, the ramen was good.

My hubby saw this place on yelp and shout out to Auntie Nadine C who went here and yelp this place. So we had to go and try them. Besides all the other yelpers who went before us shout out to you too. I wanted the mini gyoza set but I saw what it came with and said to my self it's to much if though the set consists of ramen, rice, and gyoza. I just ordered the fried rice and side gyoza. Even that was plentiful. The fried rice was to me a little salty maybe because of the sesame seed oil taste or the oyster sauce don't know. But I ate half of it and brought the rest for dinner tonight. The gyoza was good like all over who sells it on their menu. The place is nicely air conditioned and very clean. Support them if you need to eat ramen in kalihi/dillingham area.

We stopped by for an evening meal recently and was really impressed with the taste, quality and volume of the dishes. I recommend the Mabo Ramen and Mabo Crispy Noodles (they do charge extra for deep frying the noodles, but it's worth it!) I'll be honest, I've eaten here many times before and it was ok, so I was initially skeptical about trying it after I read it's the same owners, but the cook or something is different. Improved! The food and service was very good and I'll be coming back again!

Shoyu Charsiu Ramen

Their Shoyu Charsiu Ramen was actually delicious. The meat was tender and flavorful. Their aren't many places near my workplace that has good ramen. This place is good. I would definitely go here again.

I thought I'd found a new ramen spot. It's the former Rai Rai Ramen, renamed, with the same owners. Lots of parking. The restaurant was clean and bright. The server was nice, although I had some difficulty understanding her a few times. The vegetable curry rice and miso ramen were not bad. The chicken katsu curry though wasn't my favorite. The front of the restaurant is a bit warm. The back section near the restroom is much colder. The music playing was cool - Gen Z nostalgia.

My daughter and I like to order the Shiro Wagaya Ramen and my husband loves the Garlic Wagaya (Kuro) ramen. We also like to order the corn tempura as an appetizer. The restaurant itself is not so big but fits quite a good amount of people. The workers are very friendly and accommodating. You can also order your food through a QR code and pay online when you're done. There are also restrooms onsite. Parking is still small and can fill up when it's busy (you also aren't allowed to park in the Church parking lot) If you haven't eaten here before, I would suggest looking on their website at the waitlist to see how many people are on there prior to going there as they can get really busy. You can also put your name on the waitlist online so you don't have to do it on site. They have a really good text messaging system letting you know when your table is almost ready.

Great for authentic ramen and tsukamen with a small, the intimate ramen shop appeal. I enjoyed the sweet and savory flavor of the agedashi tofu but was a little underwhelmed with the ahi belly. I was excepting a slightly fattier cut of fish and wasn't anticipating onion on the skewer and felt it didn't pair well with the fish (personally). I'll definitely be back!

On this particular visit, it was a Wednesday night, 9:35 when we walked in just before their closing time. We had just come from enjoying a night of good vibes, good drinks and good vinyl tunes at EP Bar. Upon entering we were greeted kindly and offered any seat in the dining room. Place was extremely clean and comfortable. Service came around with water and gave us a minute to look over the menus. He returned shortly and orders were placed. 15 to 20 minutes tops, the food came out. What we Order? - Crispy Duck Taco. 5/5 stars. Outstanding. We paid $12 for two gyozas which I'm fairly certain are sending us on our way to food poisoning. I cannot even describe the taste, but it was fishy and extremely bad way. Again, maybe it's not my taste. I can totally understand that but seriously we ordered a brisket sandwich as well as a Bento box on top of the appetizers none of which were particularly satisfying flavor bowl or tasty in anyway in fact quite a bit of it tasted by old. That's just the food. The service was just fine. Now we were waited on in a timely manner, and the waitress was quite friendly. The place seemed funky in a cool way but its aesthetic was sorted rounded out by a certain level of dust and filth that was across the entire restaurant on our visit. Don't even bother using the restroom which was coated and I am not even sure what. Seriously, I've not been moved to make a review of many places in my travels. This was one I felt I should give a heads up on because my experience differed so greatly from the popular opinion on yelp.

The most impressive part of the night was the reaction from my two daughters. They are typically very picky eaters, but they completely devoured the Tokyo Chicken ramen. My wife and I were just as impressed with our Spicy Tonkatsu and regular Tonkatsu bowls. The broth was remarkably rich and packed with complex flavors, while the chashu was a savory burst in every single bite. I live right near Little Tokyo in Los Angeles and have very high standards for what makes a good bowl of ramen, so I was honestly blown away by the quality here. The kids were so into the food that we even decided to grab an order of chicken karaage to go. The service was exceptionally attentive and the staff went out of their way to ensure our family had everything we needed. The ambiance was also fantastic and added to the overall experience. Regarding parking, it can be tough in Waikiki, but we found a convenient public garage right next to the hotel where the restaurant is located.
