Finally a restaurant with really quality Italian food! I've been to Venice twice and eaten at lots of its resturaunts, and they unfortunately disappoint - I've had better Italian food in the states. Until this one, wow! I ordered the special which was baby octopus cooked in spaghetti and the flavors of this dish were so delicate and delicious, savory and balanced. Then I had a plate of roast vegetables and a delicious apple pie. I will probably eat here whenever I return to Venice (for the Biennale) since I know I found a good place

Service was excellent! Staff was incredibly attentive and the front of house manager was incredibly friendly. They recognized that only a few people in our group spoke Italian and gave us English menus. The staff speaks enough English to get what you need. Food was excellent! The spaghetti with clams in red sauce is to die for! All of their pasta is homemade & delicious. They have ample gluten free options and the waiter throughly explained their cooking process for the gluten free options and ensured us that they take all the precautions to make sure there is no cross contamination. Absolutely loved this place!

Delicious homemade ravioli and tagliatelle pastas. Bread was homemade and fresh. Service was fast and friendly.

Arrived in Venice and stopped here for lunch--couldn't be happier with the choice. The food was…read moreabsolutely delicious, service was friendly, and the atmosphere wasn't overly crowded. We ordered the gnocchi and pappardelle pasta dishes, followed by panna cotta (highly recommend!) and cheesecake for dessert. We originally considered the bruschetta, but our thoughtful server advised us that the portions were large and filling--great advice, as dessert ended up being the perfect finishing touch. Wonderful ambiance and an excellent spot to dine. P.S. Be sure to double-check your bill; we were accidentally given the neighboring table's check. Honest mistake, but always good practice anywhere you go.

You can tell the staff really cares about making your experience special. We had the pappardelle with Italian sausage ragu and the homemade gnocchi with duck ragu -- both dishes were incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. As a lovely surprise, we were served a complimentary lemon sorbet at the end of our meal, which was the perfect refreshing finish. Highly recommend if you're looking for authentic food and genuine hospitality in Venice!

The atmosphere and decor is very elegant. The servers are dressed very nice and are super attentive. We had three to help us although we were the last 4 in the restaurant. We were hungry but not hangry so we only ordered a small salad to share and a pasta dish. Wines and water for drinks. What we got however was much more! We got a cool truffle egg mousse in the actual eggshell that was somehow laser cut perfectly for you to just eat out of the eggshell. It was light, tasty, had some green herbs on it with a little spoon to get in there. The salad was split right in front of us. Salads here, or any vegetables for that matter, seem very scant here. Not sure why or how they get their fiber but I suppose they do bc the Venetians are thin! We both ordered the dinner specials. Catenacci which is ironically the name of our fertility doctor. They were rings of pasta filled with either meat or seafood or veggies. I ordered the seafood one and it had gold specs on it! They offer a variety of breads: black cuttlefish bread, whole wheat, tomato basil, etc. yum!! Didn't get dessert as they started at 15 euro each and you couldn't tell what they were: beer and truffle, globe something. Again though they surprised us with a free little plate of bite sized desserts for tasting. Overall a tasty elegant meal. Not a 5 only because it was pricey and not fall off my chair to come right back for the food amazing.
