I just left this Suzy's place and ridiculous orders, they gave me shitty chicken legs that's awful and tasteless. I did not order shit like this and was really craving for chicken suya. Can someone explain what just happened? This is not my first ordering here!!!!

Ok! Yes and yes!! This Suya spot was the best! It's located in a small shopping center and more of an order/pick up and to go spot! The service was great! Staff was helpful if you really don't know what you want. We got beef Suya and it came with fresh sliced purple onions on top!! This was Sooooo Good!! And Super SPICY. Once you start eating it's like you can't stop! Definitely recommend this spot. It's about a 25 minutes from Dallas!

This is my favorite suya place in the DFW area rn, their food quality is very consistent and it's seasoned so well. I love the Afro fusion of certain foods like the suya tacos, it really gives you the best of both worlds. Their service is also impeccable because the owner gave us, along with everyone else, beef suya samples while we waited, which just shows great customer service. The place is also relaxed, there's couches to sit on and good music playing.

This is a very very solid spot. Id say best suya Ive had in Dallas at this point! I also love the fact they have a nice variety of Suya and give samplers out to try! The spot is really built for takeout but they have a small lobby area with a bit of seating for people to enjoy small afrobeat while you wait. Notable items for me on the menu were beef suya easily, chicken wings Suya and the Kilishi (Suya beef jerky). Their spice mix is so packed with heat and flavor, man I love it. Only downside of the place in my opinion is that the min order is on the pricer end for Suya but at least the portion sizes are very healthy

I've been wanting to try this establishment for a long time, yet ever time I went when they were closed. Today I was fortunate to get there when they opened at 2pm. I was unsure what to order and decided on the chicken suya. I was blown away by the amount, quality and the flavor! The food came quick and the staff was kind. If you go check out the murals on the walls.

5 stars because the service here is truly impeccable. The owner gave us samples to try and champagne while we waited. I got almost everything on the menu and I am not exaggerating lol. My favorite items will have to be the kilishi, chicken suya & their chapman. Just for the service, I'll definitely be back :)

A bit on the pricey side but the overall experience was great. I literally visited this place while visiting Dallas after seeing this place on Instagram. It's in a great neighborhood with nice vibes and ambience. The ram suya took about 25minutes to come out, which they did let us know when we were ordering that it will take that long. Shawarma was tasty but on the flaming hot side. The only downfall is you cannot preorder via phone. You have to order online or in person. Service wasn't bad as you would expect at typical Naija restaurant/establishments. I will need to come back here and try a few more things on the menu to give 5 stars. For now, it's a solid 4 stars from me.

Best Suya in Texas. I've been looking for Suya for soooo long since moving away from Nigeria over 26 years ago. Also glad it's halal.

It directs to an article about this restaurant on D Magazine website. Not sure why the owner has not noticed and corrected that yet. If there is no website then Google should not show it at all. It is just confusing to customers. Second, their restaurant menu is not up to date. Majority of the items under "Les Grillades," "A La Braise," and "Sauces" were not available. We were told by the server that they used to make it in the past but not anymore. If not anymore, again, why the menu is not up to date? Why wasting customer's time? There is a picture of a full grilled chicken with coleslaw on Google. When asked for it, we were told it is a "Pepper Chicken" that is only available during the day time and we also have to order in advance. We didn't see this item on the menu and not sure how customers will know about this item and when to order. Pure carelessness from the owner! For the food, we ordered "Meat Pie," "Benachin," and "Afra/Dibi" chicken. Meat pie was good but little expensive in my opinion. Afra/Dibi chicken was good as well and also came up with a decent portion. What I didn't like about it is that it only came with a bunch of onions and nothing else. No sides at all which I thought was little bizarre specially for the price they are charging. I did not like Benachin! Small portion, expensive, and tasted just okay. It was just a boiled meat with some rice and vegetable curry. Vegetable curry was good but rest of the dish was just okay. I don't recommend this dish. Their customer service was iffy. We were not checked upon in a timely manner. There was a short hair African American lady and her customer service was good. There was another African American lady and she definitely needs training on her customer service and attitude. She would barely come to the table and hardly answer any questions or try to help. Rest of the time I saw her behind the counter spending time on her phone! This restaurant only has bottled water and they charge for it. I may or may not come back to this restaurant in the future.

We also got the jollof rice and it was amazing. Also plantains were cooked perfectly caramelized deliciously. I got the goat meat side and there was only bones no meat so that seemed like a very bad deal to spend $34 for rice and two water bottles. Even if the rice was very delicious. I would definitely give Egusi soup again and the rice again, but I wouldn't get any of the meats. Everything was about 100 bucks, for 3 entrees and one meat pie. (kinda expensive, if you ask me). for myself, i had the fufu and egusi dish, and it was my first time ever trying Nigerian food. I really wanted to try it since i saw multiple videos online with people trying it and it look so interesting and delicious. honestly, it was quite an experience. You take a small piece of the fufu and shape it into a ball and dip it into the egusi soup. trust me, your hands will get very dirty after eating it. The reason i'm giving this place a 3 stars is that the portions were on the smaller side and the meat that came in the egusi soup was really tough to chew through. Flavor was good, but it was a bit on the spicy side...Also, the meat pie was kinda dry and lacking flavor. i still want to find a legit restaurant that serves fufu and egusi, but i don't know if i'll come back. Only reason i picked this place is that its the closest one to my office in coppell.
