The website had a free pass for visitors. The inside had two floors and had tons of equipment. Being a gym rat for most of my adult life and an amateur bodybuilding competitor, believe me when I say this place has plenty of equipment. I did not have time to see everything but very clean! Friendly folks even at a busy time of day as well. I spoke to several members and the monthly rates are very affordable If you're in town or new to the area, try this for your workout. I have been training at Key Pilates consistently for 7 weeks (2x a week) and I don't know how I lived this long without it. It has definitely helped improve the way that I move, walk, and run. With each class, I feel my core and glutes getting stronger, and my body becoming more flexible. I could go on and on. The atmosphere is welcoming. The vibe is fun. Lauren and Tony are so supportive and super knowledgeable. The work is challenging and beyond rewarding. I really don't know what else you could ask for in a Pilates studio.

Laura and Tom (Managers and owners) run an amazing gym and still address most of the members by their first names. The staff which includes Coleen and Alicia are super friendly and extremely helpful. Anytime Fitness offers really good group classes and Ken is a great trainer who is willing to walk you thru various exercises regardless of your workout level. One of the most impressive things about this gym is the fact that is beyond meticulously cleaned and sanitized. Even prior to Covid the cleanliness at the gym was impeccable and it almost appears that management and staff have taken it up a notch. They have a a good amount of classes. They have plenty of trainers. My last location told me they didn't have time for me, so I like that there are several trainers available. And something else I really love about this location is that it is CLEAN!!! Not only do they do a great job in making sure all of the equipment is where it is supposed to be, they have people cleaning the floors, equipment, etc all of the time. You get what you pay for, if you want to go to the gym whenever you want, attend free classes, workout with a trainer ($), friendly staff, and have a clean place to workout, this is your gym.

All the while I also wanted Kip to help me feel more confident about my body. Kip customized a workout plan for me that was safe but showed quick results. He also was very understanding of my travel schedule for work. He pushed me hard and kept me motivated (which is hard to do with me). I enjoyed the way Kip would keep some pattern to my workouts so I could see my results, but I also liked how he kept things changing from time to time to keep it fresh. He has a lot of knowledge, experience and wisdom to help you achieve a body you never thought you could achieve and you likely won't on your own. I'm happy to report that I completed 3 triathlons that year and achieved a greater sense of personal confidence in my body where I cared more about feeling strong and fit then the number on my scale. I also happened to get engaged that year (my husband proposed right after I came home from a workout with Kip! :)) Needless to say, I wanted Kip to help me look and feel as good as I could for my beach wedding and he succeeded! I achieved 18% body fat, lean muscle tone and confidence. The only reason I stopped training with Kip is because I moved to California. If I was still in the area, I'd be using his services right now to help me recover from pregnancy!! But these points are not as important as the vibe at this location - people need ot feel positive about exercising and this was accomplished at this site better than any other I have visited (including my home location).

I feel very confident saying that there is not a single OTF owner anywhere else in the world as engaged or passionate as Scott. He takes class regularly, is always at the door to greet members (and knows me by name already), and holds mini games and contests to keep things fun. When OTF has promotions or special days, Scott takes it to the next level, and it makes it really fun to come work out here. The front desk staff is amazing - super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always positive. Coaches are great, and of course, it's always a great workout. I really feel like Scott has created an incredible gym culture, and I think everyone should come give it a try! Some advice, if you're going to give your credit card to a company that practices like this, is to make sure you block them with your credit card company after your membership is up. ( the following is a reply to the reply from one life) Hi Kelly, I think it might be wise to get some facts straight before you reply. Your regional manager never "explained" anything. After looking through the internal notes of the account, the general manager thought I should be refunded. But he could not authorize such a large refund and had to kick it up the chain to the regional manager. After many attempts, the regional manager essentially ignored the flagged requests from the general manager. So please, do your due diligence and look through the internal notes on the account. I don't judge a company by the mistakes they make, but how they fix them.

They also seemed responsive to their member surveys and it seemed like my suggestions for improvement were actually taken into account based on the changes I observed. I typically went during the mornings and found that I rarely had to wait for equipment, which is always a plus. Better experience here than most gyms I have been to.
