The website had a free pass for visitors. The inside had two floors and had tons of equipment. Being a gym rat for most of my adult life and an amateur bodybuilding competitor, believe me when I say this place has plenty of equipment. I did not have time to see everything but very clean! Friendly folks even at a busy time of day as well. I spoke to several members and the monthly rates are very affordable If you're in town or new to the area, try this for your workout. Some advice, if you're going to give your credit card to a company that practices like this, is to make sure you block them with your credit card company after your membership is up. ( the following is a reply to the reply from one life) Hi Kelly, I think it might be wise to get some facts straight before you reply. Your regional manager never "explained" anything. After looking through the internal notes of the account, the general manager thought I should be refunded. But he could not authorize such a large refund and had to kick it up the chain to the regional manager. After many attempts, the regional manager essentially ignored the flagged requests from the general manager. So please, do your due diligence and look through the internal notes on the account. I don't judge a company by the mistakes they make, but how they fix them.

He takes class regularly, is always at the door to greet members (and knows me by name already), and holds mini games and contests to keep things fun. When OTF has promotions or special days, Scott takes it to the next level, and it makes it really fun to come work out here. The front desk staff is amazing - super friendly, very knowledgeable, and always positive. Coaches are great, and of course, it's always a great workout. I have the original contracts, and the documents confirming our cancellation request. Almost a year later, Gold's Gym is still trying to bill my credit card. Do not join Gold's Gym unless you want a crowded gym where you can hardly move and/or want to deal with their shady billing practices!!!
