I had been bragging all about how wonderful the samples were to my friends and family. I didn't realize that they were no more! When did this happen?? Why did this happen?! I continued through the store kinda giving my family a quick tour of my favorite items. I glanced over to the meat department area. And there was the young lady Aracelia. Aracelia quickly greeted us and thanked me for coming in again. I love the fact that she acknowledged me and remembered our previous interactions. She was the "go to"sample associate. Turns out she is now working in a different part of the store.. I bought some good sausages she recommended, at a great price!! We all left the store so happy!! Excellent customer service , Thank you again Aracelia. See you again soon. I have recommended this location to all my friends and family. This review is only regarding the service since I left their taqueria without any food…read more I waited in the only obvious line with the ropes to order. The person at the counter helped a person ahead of me, then disappeared when I was also clearly waiting. Then a worker showed up and she called out to a cashier from the back. Then the cashier proceeded to help the coworker and ignore me! The first worker who had disappeared, reappeared and ignored me. She immediately started helping someone behind me in line! This means she now ignored me twice! I tried to order a chile relleno burrito and the cashier told me that 1) she couldn't help me, because I needed help from the first, disappearing worker. 2.) They wouldn't make a chile relleno burrito because she wasn't allowed to. So then I asked the guy making burritos; if she charged me for ingredients if he could make one? This guy pretended not to speak English. I speak Spanish, so I tried again. There was nothing but disrespect and incompetence. This crew was truly disappointing. I was starving and left with no food! Who in their right mind helps their coworker buy food and ignores a paying customer who was waiting first? This was my first time coming to this store.

They really need to offer plates to single diners at night instead of trying to make us purchase more food than we need, which is particularly disappointing when food quality isn't there. Uncle Wangs is my go-to restaurant when I am in Pittsburgh! Most of their food is top-notch and they have good service. They should also really consider turning down the volume of the to-go order bell. I will return to this restaurant at lunchtime to order something other than what I made the mistake of ordering the last time. They have lovely service, which makes up for the cook last time.
