The owner was super nice and extremely knowledgeable. With their help I was able to get exactly what I needed. They have very healthy animals and process them humanely as they are a Halal establishment. I later learned that due to the Halal approach, the meat is organic and antibiotic free which is really important for quality flavor. Overall this is a really quality business.
