First, the prices changed drastically, and ever since then, the quality has been consistently below par. We spend quite a bit here, but it has become a regular disappointment. If it happened once in a while, I could understand, but it's every single time. Out of a bag, we regularly end up losing 3 to 4 coconuts. The last time was the worst, 8 out of 12 were bad. They explained everything and walked me to the cooler. I was so excited that I bought the Polish sausage, pepper bacon, and some breakfast sausage. So how was their product? The pepper bacon is so good that you will know you have never really had bacon before! The Polish sausage is the best I've ever had. The only disappointment was the breakfast sausage, and I just didn't really like it. Will I return? As soon as I finish my order:-)

The meat was smoky, tender, and packed with flavor without needing to hide behind sauce. Attentive - The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel like they genuinely appreciated our business. Great service from start to finish. Addictive - Every bite made me want another. The food was so good that I was already thinking about my next visit before we even left. Amazing - From the quality of the food to the atmosphere and service, everything exceeded expectations. This was one of the best barbecue experiences I've had. Pinkerton's absolutely lived up to the hype. Fantastic food, outstanding service, and an all-around memorable experience. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Texas. Highly recommend!
