Ogi is a personable and masterful communicator - the quintessential professional who has a photographic memory of every rug in his inventory. If you want something, he'll find a way to work with you. If you have questions, he'll patiently explain it to you. He streamlined the entire rug buying process while making me feel valued by proactively following up with my inquiries via text. I was initially looking for a Sultanabad for just the living room but with Ogi saving me 4 trips by kindly bearing bridge traffic and toll and driving to my house with endless rug options, I ended up buying another Kazak for the dining room at a very reasonable price. Once we connected, we were upfront about our budget, but she repeatedly steered us toward higher priced options and was not transparent about individual product costs. She encouraged us to apply for store credit through Wells Fargo, and I was approved for significantly more than the cost of the flooring we were considering (probably a red flag warning that they will attempt to take you for more than you want to spend). Later that week, she came to our home for a site assessment. While friendly during the visit, she remained vague about installation costs. As she left, she promised to email a detailed quote within a day or two. After a full week with no word, I had to follow up. She responded several hours later with an estimate. The product pricing stayed within what we discussed, but the labor portion was estimated, but listed as "variable," with no fixed amount or not-to-exceed" number. Additionally, she couldn't even guarantee the final cost or confirm they could complete the job. As a contractor myself (in IT), I'm accustomed to providing customers with clear, capped pricing and a promise we will complete the work before they commit, especially on installation work. Its not as if I was hiding anything from her. She had full access to the home for her assessment. If she lacked expertise to properly evaluate the job, they should have sent a more qualified person. This lack of clarity made it impossible to move forward with confidence. After sending the quote, she never followed up and I haven't spoken to her since. Overall, Francine came across as inattentive, inexperienced and unreliable. We ended up purchasing our flooring elsewhere, and based on this experience, I would recommend doing the same.

Chalk it up to the multiple choices, finishes or manufactures, I just brought home 3 more to sample. My indecision however is being guided by a very familiar staff who know there flooring. I have been greeted and helped by Hernan, Jessie and Jeff. I know with their guidance I will make the best choice soon! From the start, communication with Rug Masters was excellent. I received a very competitive price quote, responses were prompt, and the turnaround time worked well for us. Jay arrived on June 2nd, right on schedule, to pick up the wool rug. After inspecting it, he discovered moth damage, which increased the cost for cleaning and restoration of the 9' x 12' rug from $480 to $600. Even with the additional repairs, his quote was still the best among the companies I contacted, and it included both pickup and delivery. The rug was returned to us on June 27th, and we were extremely impressed and satisfied with the results. The colors were vibrant, the mold spots and spores were completely gone, and the moth-damaged areas had been expertly repaired. The rug looked immaculate and beautifully restored. We are very pleased with both the quality of the work and the customer service. We would not hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them!

One I knew wasn't it. The infused pomegranate was $60 and the parfume was $120+ so I selected the artichoke looking or pomegranate little sculpture. They have the most unique cards and items that subtly gave myself a whimsy yes: get it or a chuckle. I needed to get them. Doc was correct and knows me like a book. She said Go in, you like that kind of stuff. Yes indeedy!!! I really enjoyed it in there and so glad I went in.

This store is a "must go to" when my husband and I are in the Napa area. We have worked with TJ over the years, and he has been wonderful! He has such a great sense of humor and always makes the shopping experience fun. Everything is packaged to travel well; we look forward to seeing him each time we are stopping in. We purchased the most exquisite Turkish lamp that is always a topic of conversation when we have family and friends over. We have also bought several ceramic cups, bowls, and platters from them. Their products are stunningly beautiful, and each piece is a one of a kind. We have enjoyed slowly building up our collection and showcasing these wonderful works of art when we entertain or when we have a special dinner just the two of us at home. read more
