This use to be our go to spot for food and sports. The last 2 weekends we have come here we have had terrible service. Server came to our table 15 mins after we sat down. After that point we had to flag down a server to place an order. Servers would stop at the tables beside us and not even stop to see if we needed anything. I understand servers are not designated to certain areas, but this is crazy. Servers started coming by only after we asked for the check. Would not recommend! read more

Hmmmm...not sure what the deal is here with the bad ratings. We spend many a Saturday/Sunday afternoons here for some beers and to watch baseball or football. They have all of the packages and are kind enough to put signs underneath each flat screen displaying what game will be on each television. Good pub grub, polite bartenders and servers. They have spent a lot of money updating the inside (three years ago, I would have filed this under dive bar without question), and while the bathrooms are still gnarly despite the new awful teal tile, the outside deck has been expanded and is lovely. This is a Miller Lite/Cheese steak place, and it doesn't pretend to be anything else. It is always packed during Happy Hour and late night, so make sure you time your arrival correctly. Also, one of the tenders told us their brunch is amazing - all you can eat for like $5.99 or something ridiculous? Will definitely check that out. OH. And there is no rhyme or reason to the parking lot - kind of just go with whatever pattern has been created that evening. read more

This place is a dump. It's located in an old dirty home that has been converted into another typical hole in the wall dive bar. It looks like it never evolved beyond the 70's from the decor inside. The inside of a urinal is probably cleaner and better smelling than their bathroom. I stopped in for a quick bite to eat with a coworker on his recommendation, and it was anything but quick. It took the waitress about twenty minutes to place our food order, and refills on drinks were often forgotten. I think the bartenders also double as the waitresses which is why a snail could have served us faster. I got a Tuna Melt, as I wasn't that hungry from everything I had seen, and it was mediocre. This was the only bright spot of the trip. The management should bulldoze this dump and start over. read more

I went here even thought its always so overcrowded thinking I could just sit out on the deck. I am extremely sensitive to cigarette smoke so I was happy to see all the no smoking on the premises signs everywhere. But just after getting my food several people came out on the deck to smoke, including staff (which stood further away but smoke tends to travel anyway). The one guy literally stood in front of the no smoking sign. I thought the staff might ask them to step off the deck at least.... but no chance! So I was surrounded in smoke trying to eat, I poked my head inside to see how crowded and loud it would have been to move in but it was ridiculous with no seating available. I ended up just leaving and don't plan on going back. I think it's more suited for the type of person that is drunk and doesn't mind people running into them and standing while eating. read more

I like going to Otts. In fact, it's probably my favorite watering hole in the area. I like the cheap bar food. The wings are awesome and aren't breaded. I don't understand why bars in the area bread wings, but that's a topic for a different conversation. The facilities are clean and the outdoor seating is a very nice place to relax. The three stars is for the staff. They basically ignore you as they walk around, and I've been here at least 20+ times. They also have all the big tvs hooked up to the same feed (or so I've been told) every Sunday, so they won't change a channel on Sunday - even if the Eagles aren't playing and NO ONE else is watching that TV! I've stopped heading over that direction, but don't let me stop you from getting cheap food and beer. Great place to watch sports, but only if its already on. Forget asking for help. read more

This is a "Local" place people come by , close to home, not for me. You will definitely see people from around, ones you don't wanna see, too. It's been around for ions, was next liquor store, tavern, withing the last 10-15 yrs added a deck, so spring up to the fall..hang outside. The food??! Hmm..its typical bar food, nothing to write home about, not great, not worse, but just not appealing. Good if you don't feeling like crossing bridge, drinking going too far..but the service, little rude at times. I only go if some friends invite me to stop by, I wouldn't pick this place -EVER!!!! read more

This is the WORST restaurant/bar i've ever been to. The service is AWFUL. I asked for a lemonade 45 minutes ago and NEVER received it. The waitress was rude & had a nasty attitude. She hasn't been back to check on my table or take my order for food at all. I'm disgusted with this service. read more

Ambience is fine - however I've been in and out of this place for 20 years and the service has always been bad - and they are miserable. Food is very good bar food and the drinks are always good so it will draw a crowd. read more

Working right around the corner from here I find that the convenience and local feel is a comfort after a long day of work. Knowing I can come here for a Yuengling and a fantastic meal (haven't found anything I didn't like) makes life easy. The wait staff is friendly and attentive even while they are busy. read more

Love this place to eat at. However the parking lot is a disaster. Need to paint lines. A total free for all. Had to park on the grass. We finally found a parking spot and the entire restaurant was filled. We only knew that because we walked around. There was no waitress so no one was keeping track of the tables. Very disorganized and very disappointing. read more

Average bar food. Wings aren't bad...they are not battered which I like usual wings are. Seems like a place where locals go.

Hometown bar. Have been coming here for years.. because of convenience but not for service. Literally just spent $40 on cigars from the Ott's liquor store, to celebrate just getting engaged with my future father in law. I left a cigar on an ash tray to come in to have a beer and told one of the servers (who pleaded it wouldn't get thrown out). Came out and the ashtray and cigars were gone. Any establishment with ANY SORT OF customer service would have acknowledged the mistake. However, the four Otts bartenders working behind the bar, shrugged and rolled their eyes. Come here if you enjoy bartenders with nonchalant attitudes who sit on some sort of high horse because they sling mediocre drinks in a dirty local bar. read more

Loved this place! DJ Scotty B Love and The Darkness mixin' and the bouncer CR3 are THE BEST! Try the wings then prepare to have your mind BLOWN by their burgers. Not much wrong with this place other than when Scott Bisceglie shows up then clear out! read more

Typical bar atmosphere. I like their food as well. The outdoor deck area is really nice. I mainly dislike going to Otts because of their women's bathroom. (Weird I know). The stalls are so tiny and it's uncomfortable, especially in the humidity of the summer. read more

Every Time I come to Otts it's a great time. The food is always fresh and always delicious- no matter what you order! They also have a Sunday morning brunch that is self serve. The servers and bartenders are hard working and friendly. The drinks are always great as well. Whether you're sitting inside or outside it is nice. We come at least once or twice and week and always come for Sunday morning brunch! read more

The management and customer service is unreasonable and all seem to have an aggressive demeanor. I called to dispute charges that were made on my account AFTER I left the bar because when I asked the close out the staff neglected to let me know that two tabs had been opened on my card and only closed me out of one. Throughout the night various drinks were put on the second tab and I received the charges for them. When speaking to the management I was told "to ask my friends that I ordered all the drinks for my money" even though I was not present at the bar when the charges were being made. The manager was aggressive and unfriendly when dealing with the scenario and winded up screaming at me over the phone claimed he needed to get back out to the bar rather than deal with this. read more

We live right up the road from the location in Delran. Haven't been there in awhile, only because the food is so bad. And I'm not a picky eater. GREAT place for a beer, but only for a beer. Love the atmosphere outside. I wish they had decent food. I drive past the place all the time and the place always has a good crowd. I went here twice, and both times the waitress screwed up the bill! The not so intelligent waitress/bartender completely over charged on the credit card and then they were not friendly about helping to remedy the situation. Their food is nothing to write home about. This place is terrible plain and simple. I worked there as a dishwasher in high school and if you only knew how nasty the kitchen is you would be sick. I mean what bar still washes silverware and plates by hand? No dishwasher? Most of the cooks are in high school and have very little cooking experience let alone care if the drop your food on the floor. Bottom line don't eat any of the food there. For whatever reason locals still go there maybe cause at one point it was the only bar in delran, but there are many better places to go in the area. read more

I've been to a few dive bars, but this place was by far the worst. We waited forever for our food, & when it came it wasn't even good. I also didn't like the fact that it seemed like the floor would give out. It was like plywood over bricks... Who runs a business like that?? Get a real floor/foundation before you hurt someone! I grew up living around the corner from Ott's and have only been there a couple times. I have seen it expand over the years. The last time I was there, was after my aunt's funeral a couple months ago. My cousin made reservations for a bunch of us and we had a reserved space on the sheltered patio. The food was great and the service was too. Of course I wasn't too surprised to run into some of the locals that I knew who frequent the place. I loved most of all how they expanded this place and made it look real nice. read more

Finally after several subpar experiences at this "fine establishment" I've decided to write the following review. On a consistent basis, the wait staff is unpleasant/rude, and that is putting it mildly. Need a beer? Bring your own, you'd get it quicker (have waited 30min+ on three different occasions). Why go back? Please note that this review is being written based on 3-4 experiences that have taken place over three years! So once a year I kinda just gave them the benefit of the doubt. I'll give them one thing though, THEY'RE CONSISTENT! How's the food you ask? Nothing to rave about, UNLESS you're into having shrimp arrive to your plate prior to having been deveined! If that's what you're into, head over to this local watering-hole! One could only assume that the other menu items aren't being handled with nearly enough care. By reading this review one may ask, "Gosh, how needy is this guy?!" Funny you should ask! The funny thing is that I'm not needy at all. Just a local blue-collar guy looking for a cold beer and some half decent (I'm no foodie) food. It'd also be nice to have a semi-pleasant (I get that some people have rough days) waitress, or to be waited on, PERIOD. read more
