Everyone we met was pleasant and gave us good guidance on the options that were available. They then helped us to find the right sizes, some having to be pulled from the back. In addition, the walls of shelves were all fully stocked and well organized, making it pretty easy and efficient to either find what we are looking for on the floor, or to realize that we had to ask one of the employees to make a run to the stock room. The changing rooms were both plentiful and clean, and another employee managed the flow of clients in and out very well. I have to say - other than Apple Stores, this is one of the best run retail shops I've been to in a LONG time. It actually might be on par with an Apple Store in terms of logical layout, attentive, knowledgable and caring employees who take pride in their work, and leaving me with a feeling that we were appreciated and got a fair deal while leaving. There is plenty of parking available at this site. I went here today to see if I could score a Girl Power tee. As it so happened, the man himself Alvin was in store and had one extra tee on-hand! I grabbed it and was one happy camper. I'll be sporting this at this year's Comic Con in San Diego. Most of the current tees and other gear are available at the Boutique. Unfortunately the sale they had online for an extra 40% off was not applicable in store so we ended up doing a return of all the shirts I had and bought 3 of one type of shirt online and did a pick up in store. It was pretty instant. As soon as I entered the order, one of the store associates was about to fulfill our order when we just told him that it was in our hands. So we didn't wait at all as it wasn't a busy day. He packed up our shirts and then just verified my order with my ID and we were off. S E R V I C E Returns was seemless and easy. Ordering online and pick up was also very quick. Again it's also because it wasn't super busy when we did our order so it was instantaneous. Natasha walked me through every step of the tuxedo rental process, patiently explaining my options and helping me choose a look that fit well and made me feel confident. She has a great eye for style and genuinely cared that I looked my best. But her outstanding service didn't stop there. I also needed something to wear for a beachside pre-wedding party and had planned to shop somewhere else. Natasha suggested I take a look at a few options first. She helped me put together the perfect outfit a stylish linen jacket paired with comfortable jeans and it looked fantastic. This location has a lot of merchandise, organized and friendly staffs . They have 2-3 cashiers but the line moved slow because of many customers and the popularity . Now it is closer to Mother's Day and they have some pretty cotton tote bags for $15 and some perfume for $35 . A section with many Kate spade purses are on sale for 75 % off . I like to come early on the weekday morning so that I don't have to wait for a fitting room . All the merchandises are restore nicely in the morning. Enjoy my shopping at this Norstrom rack. It is very convenient for me to pick up my on line item here and do not need to drive to Palo Alto or west San Jose.
