Being one of the few places open for breakfast in Waco on Sunday morning at 8am, this was an easy choice for us because of the delicious sounding menu. We had a large party of 7 and were seated very quickly; right before the rush. Our server was extremely attentive. The entire restaurant, including the restrooms, was very clean. I ordered avocado toast that had at least a whole avocado on it. It was lemony, herb-y, bright and fresh. The toast was crisp and not soggy. I loved that it came with two over easy eggs. We were visiting Baylor and needed a Sunday morning breakfast place. This place was worth the short drive. Located in a strip mall, but was wonderful. Great service and great food. 10/10 would recommend! Service was great, food was delicious, atmosphere was nothing special but clean and overall good, great cheap prices for amount of food you get! We went on a Saturday morning around 10am and waited less than 5 minutes even though the restaurant was full. The waffle was delicious and perfect texture with the cinnamon butter, the scrambled eggs and bacon were the perfect side to the waffle (included in the very reasonable price). I also liked that they provided a large amount of hot syrup, not just a tiny luke-warm side of syrup. My husband really liked the Texas steak skillet and he got his with over easy eggs. This is a great place for breakfast. We had a recommendation of another place, but, unfortunately, they are not open Sunday or Monday. When we arrived it looked promising and a little disappointing (a lot of people waiting). In the end, we didn't end up waiting very long and the food was worth the wait. I had the corn beef hash and eggs - the dish was great and my eggs were cooked perfectly (I'm always amazed how many people don't know what or how to cook a basted egg). Watched a bag that had been sitting at the front counter get taken back to the kitchen. Called 30 minutes later, still not ready. Received lukewarm food at 12:18p. Pretty disappointing. If someone messed up and the food was brought up front originally and no one saw it, it would have been nice to get a fresh order made. At this point my gf and I are an hour invested into this and running late. I get that mistakes happen, but don't give your customers food that looks like it's been sitting for 40 minutes. read more

My parents like going here and I have no idea why. This is absolutely the most overpriced and gross food I have eaten in a long time. But first let's talk about the horrible service and the little girls there who look and act like they are hating life. The food...gross. Bland tasteless and just gross. The pretentious attitude and serving sucks. They clearly think they are something special here. Also the over serving of beverages. What a waste. Don't go.
