We pre reserved a table and arrived on time. The waiting for over five minutes for the hostess in an empty restaurant, to come to the check in stand was outlandish. Not only was that woman rude an entitled she assumed all the people waiting were together she took her time to search and select a table from an empty restaurant. I want to start by saying that I understand that this location just opened. However-the overall set up is not ideal. You walk in and the host stand doesn't face you so you walk up to their backs. Another amazing experience at the local outback! From the moment, we entered the restaurant, Isabella, the hostess greeted us and showed us to our table and our excellent waiter. we have often frequented this location, but no more. When we arrived, there were no tables in the bar area but there were some folks finishing up. The hostess told us we could wait in the bar and she would clean the table when available. When the diners left my husband asked the manager, Joe, if we could have the table cleaned since we'd been waiting for it. Our food didn't take long to come out and was very delicious and made to our liking. The spicy mango-rita had a flavor of dragon fruit water I could not taste the mango or alcohol. We went tonite party of five the server was very nice and attentive . Then a salad came with a finger from a glove in it so we sent it back . The server apologized but he should of sent the manger over to address the problem. The kitchen should of noticed this as it was so obvious right on top of the salad. A real family night out. Actually with all four kids on Chell's birthday. Didn't think it was going to work but our waitress was on point and handled us. Her wife is a lucky chick. Also a science teacher like I used to be. Everything that was wrong was made right without a blink. When you're dealing with 6 from 9 to 43; mad props. We haven't been out like that in years. The spicy Rita was tight but lacked salt. We had sooooooo much loaded Mac, my lord. Kids got double sides as thought it would be small. The French onion is never wrong. I was disappointed there was no chili though. The kids got refills and there was tons of bread and I didn't get to my loaded tater which they added steak to because of the chili. After my less than favorable review the management contacted me and offered to make my experience right so we went back and let me just say this management team really cares about their customers experience and want it to be what Outback has always been known for Quality and good service. The food was excellent this time, I had the prime rib and it was tender and flavorful my husband had a ribeye and it was the same, everything was fresh and hot from the appetizer to the entree. Well done team! Our server Lauren was sweet and attentive, she made everything right. Joe the manager was very accommodating and thanked us for coming back. The remodel is coming along and it is going to be a beautiful fresh new look. I think that was the fastest I have ever been in and out of a restaurant, for good reason. We were sat within a minute of coming in, and our server, Zach (might be Zack, not sure of the spelling) was already getting our drinks ordered. He was constantly checking on us throughout the meal, while also getting refills for drinks and the bread without asking. Gotta also give the kitchen staff props. The service here was great. Our server was attentive and would check on us during our visit. My daughter had requested steak for dinner and this was the easiest location for us to go it. There was not a wait so we were seated quickly. My daughter ordered her kids steak medium rare (her preference) and it came out medium well. She was starving so ended up eating it since it was a full 40 minutes for the food after we ordered. I had ordered the filet medium and it came out cooked medium, but was luke-warm and the butter would not melt on the baked potato side. Food was fine, standard for an Outback but the service and management team couldn't be any less interested in running an actual restaurant. We were a party of 6 and anything more than a 4 top seems to be their struggle. We did call ahead seating and when we got there they told us a 15 minute wait. (We were 10 minutes early) . It was busy but nothing out of the ordinary they were quoting everyone 15-20 minutes no matter the party size. We watched 12-15 parties of 2-4 get seated while we waited 35+ minutes to be seated. No apology, manager couldn't have cared less. Called our names to be seated and showed us a dirty table with the bus tray still on the floor. He looked at the table like he'd never been in a restaurant before. Buser finally came over and finished up the table but left the seats dirty. Manager stood their watching and couldn't have cared less. Server came over after a while and we gave him our entire order. Drinks and apps came but after 12 -15 minutes of no server we had to go back to the host stand (with apathetic manager) to ask for silverware plates and napkins. Steaks came but were missing several sides. Had to ask three times for them as well as ketchup and drink refills. No apologies from the server just seemed annoyed when we did ask him repeatedly for stuff up front during our initial order. We watched the two top next to us get sat at a dirty table and as we were leaving it seemed like the server in our section was replaced by someone else. We're not expecting fine dining standards when you choose a chain restaurant but I'd like to use a fork, knife and napkins. read more

Def filled me up. May 2019 Stopped in at Outback last night after the normal dinner hour. Shared a great meal of Steakhouse Salad, backed potato and b broccoli and cheese with my wife. Paired that with their Blonde Ale. It was all perfect. They were decently busy but no waiting when we arrived around 8:30 pm and the noise level was minimal. Hello, my mother went in last Thursday and spoke to the assistant manager about having a party of 20 on Saturday to see if they could accommodate us. He said yes let me get you down in the books now. So her and my uncle said okay put us down for January 11th at 6pm and he did. My grandmother asked do we need to call ahead to let you know we're coming Saturday? He said no you came in 3 days ahead and I have you down. We get there last night and someone erased our reservation and we got there at 5:30 to make sure our whole party of 20 was ready and they said no we should have called ahead and they told us we have to wait 2 hours for a table. The manager came out and said I'm sorry it will be a 2 hour wait we had another big party call ahead. My grandmother said the assistant manager said we didn't need to call ahead it was down in the books for us. Now it's my grandmother's 77th birthday party with 4 generations on a Saturday night. Went in at 1130 for lunch, very few people there. An employee was outside bringing cushions to the tables. He was the same gentleman who showed us to our table and also was our server. He was the best part of experience there. He was polite, professional and was literally running from table to table trying to get guests seated, take orders, and arrange furniture. It was very obvious the restaurant was low on staff. We ordered both chicken and steak. The steak came out in small squares, obviously precut and perhaps precooked. Both steak and chicken were chewy and we're difficult to even cut. Both meals had the same problem. We had no alcohol, just soda beverages. The price for the two of us was almost $60 before tip. Sometimes you get a bad meal, or bad cut of meat, but these meals were identical in how bad the food was. I am not a cook, but I know what good steak and chicken taste like, this was NOT it. I don't know if the meals were precooked and just heated up or what the issue was, but they were hardly edible. As more people filled the restaurant, the lone server was doing his best just to keep up. He received a very good tip, as the food quality was not his fault. Perhaps this is the new future, with increased prices and poor quality food. We were thoroughly disappointed with both our meals. For the amount of money we paid, we expected to at least have average food. Never saw a manager (or any other employee). The server was obviously starting to get overwhelmed so making a complaint about the food seemed pointless. It really felt like he was the only employee in the restaurant Highly doubtful we will be back to this location.
