    Bloomin' Onion
    Michael D.

Had a nice meal here tonight with my family. My bone in new york strip steak was tasty. The bloomin' onion appetizer was delicious. The french onion soup was just ok. My kids each had a burger and seemed happy. My parents had a 15oz ribeye steak that was mostly fat and management quickly got them a new one. They also ordered a baked potato that was slim on the toppings (but not a big deal). Other then that, our waitress was fantastic, attentive and kind. It was an enjoyable meal overall.

Our drinks and food arrived fast. Our server Jessica was nice. The hostess and maybe the manager made it a point to say goodbye as we left. We're going

I haven't eaten here in years but was craving a Bloomin' Onion and saw it was National Onion Day so I decided it was the perfect time. I used the waitlist on their website to add my name because I didn't know how busy they would be. But we were sat as soon as we arrived. When I looked around there were plenty of tables open so it wasn't necessary. I would still use the waitlist if you go on a weekend or have a larger party. Our server was friendly and attentive. The service was quick. We ordered drinks first, I ordered the Boomarita which is a flight of four Margaritas... Original, Mango, Blackberry and Watermelon. They were okay, they tasted mostly of sour mix. I couldn't tell the difference between the Original and Mango. And the Blackberry tasted more like a Pomegranate-Cranberry mixer. I would probably stick to beer next time. While waiting on drinks to arrive, our server dropped off Bread. It's the best! It comes out warm, it's sweet to taste. Add a dab of salty butter for the perfect bite. Then our Bloomin' Onion arrived. It's not too greasy and the Bloom Sauce has a little spice to it. I ordered a House Salad (with Ranch) as an extra side with my entree because it's one of my favorite menu items. The salad comes out in an ice cold bowl. It was fresh, no wilted greens. It's topped with grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, cheese and croutons. I'd recommend a salad if you get the Onion because it's a nice way to refresh your palate. For my entree I ordered Victoria's Filet Mignon. It was cooked perfectly (Medium Rare). You can always ask for some A1 sauce on the side. With any of the steak entrees you choose a potato and a side. For potatoes, you have an option of Mashed, Aussie Fries, Baked or a Sweet Potato. I picked the Homestyle Mashed Potatoes, they were good, on the stiff side. I opted for a premium side, the Steakhouse Mac & Cheese, which is $2 extra. That was good as well. I didn't have room for dessert but I've always liked the "Chocolate Thunder from Down Under". Which is a brownie with vanilla ice cream. I'd suggest saving some room for that, or at least split an order with someone else at your table. It's definitely sharable. I'm looking forward to going back as they have new menu items like Bloomin' Fried Chicken.

The most polite, dedicated professional member of the team from the valet to our waiter and bus people. As a magazine photographer, Bucks County, I was taken by all of the beautiful photographic artwork from local historic scenes buildings and landscapes from around upper and lower Bucks. We had attended a financial planning seminar dinner on this particular occasion, and we're just blown away again by every detail of the experience. And outstanding menu from filet mignon to bone in chop to salmon the most interesting appetizers I believe it was a mozzarella wrapped in prosciutto as well as calamari with various peppers. We had the bone in chop cooked, medium rare. It was a thing of beauty on the plate. It was cooked to perfection same with the mashed potato side, and I'm a big fan of asparagus and they want my heart over with perfectly cooked and plated asparagus. Daniel, our main server in the room we were in was outstanding from his personality, his charm, his level professionalism, his appreciation. We will certainly be back for another dining experience!!!!

Ambiance is Capital Grille a high end steak house. We sat at the bar and noted that others must have got the message as almost every bar seat was occupied. We got the last two seats. It was around 435pm on a Wednesday. The menu was quite nice with just about anything you might want. We ordered a couple of the Happy Hour martinis and then selected the sliced NY strip and the mini Caesar bitesI ordered the 10oz filet off the main menu. Our barkeeps were the usual - they know us and are professional and simpatico. My martini was perfectly prepared (as it usually is), but at a favorable price. We loved the Caesar bites, so light and tasty. Our steak dishes were also perfect. Value was excellent we escaped for -$140 including tip. Usually when we have a meal here it is double that at least We will return for Happy Hour again. Highly recommend a stop if you are not familiar with the place. Mark & Nancy.

My 100th Yelp Review is way overdue, but am happy it is a momentous one…read more As this was a dinner of a lifetime. It was the second weekend in December and we arrived on a cold night to Eddie V's. With the chill in the air, it was a pleasant surprise to see valet parking available for patrons. We pulled up, the young man was so quick and friendly & we headed inside. We had a 7:30pm reservation and could see the restaurant was packed. Lots of holiday cheer around the bar area for sure. Our coats were checked. We waited quite some time in the corridor, however after about 10 minutes a staff member appeared with a tray offering of champagne, for all who were waiting. This was an exceptional consideration. After about 10 more minutes we were seated. In the back room of the restaurant, back corner, along side their Christmas tree. The ambiance was only made more perfect by the birthday card and confetti they had adorned the table with. We started with cocktails. My signature Sapphire Martini with Blue Cheese Olives. Spot on. Perfect dirty, only a vermouth kiss and big ole hand stuffed olives. My husband ordered an Old Fashioned. It was with a specific rye on menu that was not available at the time. The server had them substitute Whistle Pig 12 (complimentary without upcharge). This again was so considerate. Our server was so attentive, generous, complimentary, careful and helpful. We loved having him. Our Food- The bread was warm, crusty and chewy. Along with the creamy, fatty butter flaked with salt and chives. We ordered our appetizers- Oysters, Calamari and Dumplings We loved having the opportunity to try multiple varieties of oysters. They all tasted clean and distinct. My husband loves horseradish, so it was fantastic to see a side offering of just that, with the cocktail sauce and mignonette. And the lemon was in a bag!!!! The Calamari was a joy. Asian flair, crisp veggies, the calamari sang in texture and light fry. And cashews!! Squid and cashews. Inspiring. We also tried the Wagyu Dumplings. Plump, savory pillows. The beef was tender and flavorful. The wasabi cream gave a zing. Our meal had the best start. For entrees, my husband ordered the Lamb Chops. I ordered the Sea Scallops. Sides we had - the Lobster Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus. (We had leftovers, lolol) The plating for this Lamb was so strategic. It sat atop its Chimichurri Butter Sauce just the bottoms dabbling in it. So at your desire- to dip at whatever length the lamb, into the sauce, or eat the lamb alone. This dish was incredible and genius. My Scallops were seared spot on. Golden crust but a mild, clean, sweet inside. Cooked exactly. The pepitas gave a nice crunch and the squash puree gave a seasonal spin. But the scallops stood on their own and it was perfect. The Asparagus had bite, was not woodsy and not over seasoned. Just a well cooked vegetable. The Lobster Mashed Potatoes was butter heaven. Creamy, the huge chunks of lobster were swimming, and no potato peels, so smooth & decadent. We were stuffed so nixed dessert, however- a birthday dessert arrived. What a show! Flambé hooray!!! A firey plate with bananas, a coffee chip ice cream and chocolate cookie cake. We ate it happily, (hating ourselves later, for being so stuffed). This dessert was so sweet in gesture and taste. An ideal ending. This was sincerely the most care we have ever felt dining out. We felt like (and ate like!) a King and Queen. The thoughtfulness that went into our night gave miracle service. Model class, truly magical, and unprecedented. Thank you Eddie V's for a birthday experience so incredible in food, small touches and care that I will treasure and feel special for forever.

The restaurant was completely packed, and by the time we left, there was a crowd gathered out front waiting--definitely a popular spot. Inside, the two-person tables were set quite close together, making the space feel a bit tight, and the noise level was quite high throughout the restaurant. Service was a highlight. Our server, Nadine, was warm, friendly, and attentive. She answered our questions with ease and always had a welcoming smile, and the bussing team kept our water glasses filled without us ever having to ask. We started with the complimentary warm bread and butter, which is always a nice touch. We were also each served a fried oyster called amuse, which was a pleasant surprise. I had the crab cake appetizer, followed by the Big Glory Bay king salmon with a side of crab fried rice with mushrooms. My husband ordered the Wagyu dumplings and the Norwegian salmon. I enjoyed my dishes--everything was well-prepared and flavorful. However, my husband wasn't particularly impressed; he found his dishes to be average and not especially memorable, which made the overall experience feel a bit uneven. While the restaurant delivers on ambiance and solid service, the food didn't quite rise to the level you might expect for the price point. Overall, it feels like an elevated mall restaurant--pleasant, but slightly overpriced for what you get.
