Never going back! If I could give negative stars I most certainly would. Went last weekend against our better judgement and boy we're we disappointed. Took 10 minutes for our server to even get to the table. Blooming onion app comes out burnt with no extra plates or bread. Not even a minute later the food comes along with bread. Management not to found anywhere on the floor. This restaurant is a complete disaster! A table behind us was sat as we were finishing our meal and it literally took 15-20 minutes for the server to get to them for drinks. Wouldn't recommend eating here to anyone even if they did give the place a facelift the service and food still lacking. My husband and I stopped in here for a late lunch on a Saturday. We were seated right away, but the overall service was a little slow. I ordered the Alice Springs Chicken with Coconut Shrimp combo. The chicken was good, but the shrimp had all 4 been left in the fryer too long to the point where the burnt taste was too strong for me so I didn't make it past the first one. They definitely qualified for a do-over and should've never even been served. I got the Steakhouse Mac n' Cheese for my side and it had also been left under the broiler too long, to the point where the cheese topping was so dried out, it had to be cut with a knife to be eaten properly. I could see it probably had potential to be really good if it hadn't been over broiled, but I'd be nervous to order it again in case it's a regular practice to over broil it. It just seems like if you're going to charge an extra $1.99 for what's billed as a premium side, you'd make extra sure you cooked it correctly. I'd eat here again, but I'd stay away from fried food and premium sides. read more

It sucked. Service was bad, the employees didn't care, the food was not great and it's just overall a hot mess. It's over crowded. Our waitress was nice but she was inexperienced. She was reaching over us, she spilled water a couple of times, and she would ask us to pass stuff down the table. My dad didn't even get his food, the manager had to personally go to the back and get his food. She didn't charge us for his food and gave us a $20 gift card and was very compassionate about the situation. Then as we got in the car only to see that they charged us over $50 for food we didn't even get. Then someone realized their mistake and took it off. We arrived within an hour and a half of closing. Instead of rushing us through, our waitress took extra time to find our daughter gluten-free options. She went above and beyond to try to accommodate our daughter. In addition, she was very friendly and made sure that our drinks were always filled. The manager finally came to us and smelled terribly of smoke .ordered a blooming onion for a appetizer and it was not brought out until I asked for it when I got my steak. I'd like to start this off by saying I've never left a review, but we showed up around 6:30 and waited for our food for over an hour, we asked the server when our food was coming and she said it was on the grill and coming out in 2 minutes, another 30 minutes passed and our food came out cold, everything besides the kids chicken tenders. We even had to get a manager to refill our drinks. This was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. There's a Texas Roadhouse right next to the Outback and I advise you go there. read more

I love this restaurant, the staff is nice and the waiters are so cute! The menu has a variety to choose from and it is always tastey! My drawback is the price vs. portion size. The prices are really high but the portions are small. This is a good place for dates, special events, or occasions however, I would not eat here otherwise because of the prices. read more

Very disappointed and pissed! I just took my little family there. She was about to give us a booth but the table was still dirty in the bar area. The lady in the front told to wait in the front until she got someone to clean it. As we sat there for 10 mins, she was about to seat us. My wife's shrimp were way overcooked to the point that they almost had the consistency of plastic. Won't be back. The only reason I came here in the first place was I received a 25$ gift card.
