Sat in the bar at a booth. Matthew was our server/bar tender. Got bread and buttered shared the following for two.... Caesar salad Wings - yummy! Outback burger w fries All was really good! Fries were piping hot (which I was really happy about). Burger was deeelish! Got American cheese :-) Matthew was taking care of the bar and bar area and he was nice.

    Toowoomba Salmon
    Malou T.

Ordered the Toowomba shrimp and salmon and was a little disappointed because the mushroom room sauce was poured all over the dish. The taste was very peppery and a little salty but the volume applied to the dish was overpowering. In future I will request that the sauce be served on the side. But the 3 pieces of shrimp and good size grilled salmon was excellent. Service was very attentive and really good. The restaurant was typical of the outback style and the restroom was very clean and up to date. Overall I took 2 stars away because of the sauce situation. I want to warn people to order the sauce on the side if they were ordering this dish.

Our server Alex was great. Food was cooked to perfection and served on time. Ambience was casual and relaxing. We enjoyed our food, watch some sports, and just had a great evening. This spot is always SPOT ON. We will definitely be back.

I want to update my review on how wonderful Christine was. The food is still good. I still love the black bread and potato soup. They have some nice steak deals too.

Outback burgers with fries and a dragonfruit drink

Our outback burgers were delicious and cooked perfectly medium. Fries delicious as was the dragonfruit drink special. Casual ambiance and seated quickly on a Saturday afternoon. Service was great and Matthew was friendly and made excellent recommendations.

    French Onion Soup Bloom Petals

The place was busy but not full. The blooming onion is so good a must every time. Server was friendly, service was fast. The drinks were delicious they weren't too sweet, they were refreshing. It's a good spot for a dinner date, it's quiet and cozy. Definitely a place to go often.

Ordered an outback burger. Misleading photo with cheese on menu, so I ordered it medium, came home - rare, oily. No cheese. Went online saw it was a $2.99 add for cheese. So 70/30 or 80/20 on the ground beef. Should be 90/10 for the price. So much grease from the high oil meat that my bun was soggy. Description said Pickles and tomato topped - It was on the bottom of the burger not topped AND not seasoned at all. I had to cook it for 3-4 minutes to get it to medium. Not to mention how cold the burger was. Toaster oven additional time was three minutes to try and toast the bun. Blooming onion. Worst one I've had. So salty! Dredge was salty the blooming sauce was salty. Sadly, gross. I added sour cream to lift the salt content on both. And the sauce in the middle not capped well so slight spillage and the bottom of the onion was soggy or oily too. No specials? No. Overall experience was okay. I over tipped for the end result to be this disappointing. I can't be back since the average price for one thing is $30. That price point isn't worth the quality and experience.

    Baby Back Ribs
    Tiffany M.

Love coming to Outback. The service is good and so is the food. This time i came tried the baby back ribs and they were delicious as well. My favorite thing from here is their baked potato. As for ambiance, not the best option if you are looking for a place to dine that feels private or intimate because it is pretty open and brightly lit but a great choice for family dining and dinner with friends.

Service was great! But wagyu steak was chewy. Low quality wagyu. Loved the onion soup and their free brown bread.

We ordered a jack and coke,(it barely tasted like whiskey btw )a beer and the Texas onion as appetizer. Onion was a bit on the greasy side and had way more batter than onion itself. We probably ate less than half of it. For entrees we had the filet with lobster tail and the rib eye with sweet potato. Side salad was crunchy and full of flavor. My rib eye was good, not great,I honestly expected more from this place considering the fact that it always seems busy. The meat had too much seasoning, lobster and filet were ok. We'll probably be back to get some daily drinks specials but not to eat.

Entering the restaurant, you are surrounded by an elegant decor, white table cloth tables with well selected plate settings. While they provide complimentary bread, I was tempted to try something different: the milk bread with lavender honey butter at $6. One bite and it was the wrong choice for me. Too sweet, both the bread, the butter, with no contrasts. I had to return it and they kindly took it off the bill. Instead, the complimentary sourdough bread with the two accompanying butters was a major hit. Both the butters, the Champagne Brie and the Onion Cabernet, one was better than the other, and truly unique. For lunch, it was my desire to try the 2-course Prix Fixe menu. Of the two starter choices, it was Brie Mushroom soup for me. A well balanced thick soup, nice brown color and with a tasteful silky body. Out of the 3 main choices, I opted for the Petit Cabernet. It comes as a 6 oz hand-cut filet mignon, topped with danish blue cheese butter (garlic butter for me, instead) over cabernet demi-glace, sautéed spinach and a campari tomato (yes, just one). The dish arrived at the table nice and hot and superbly arranged as a dynamic presentation (see my pictures). You could smell the steak grill, and appreciate the charring. The spinach was fresh and the tomato succulent, not mushy and plump with an heirloom flavor. To put it mildly, I was truly blown away. In my experience at steak houses, it is rare for a restaurant to check out on all the boxes, with flying colors. I asked tor the steak to be medium rare and every bite was exactly that, no dry areas. Each slice of meat was juicy and when mixed with the cabernet demi-glaze, it took me to another place. Then the knife, well sharpened, cutting through like butter. Also, the optimum balance and complimentary seasoning between the accompanying sides of spinach and tomato. All this cannot impress without stellar service. And that is what it was. My server was Steven G. He and the manager Manny, kept checking on me numerous times. Every time I disappeared to the rest room, my napkin was changed to a new one and laid out in perfect position. What else can I say. I did compliment them both on the exceptional care, service and food. And walked out after having one of the best steak meals I have had, for a very long time.
