I just had a really great and affordable lunch here. I was very pleased at how quickly the staff prepared my order after I ordered from the self kiosk machine. The cashier was also ready to take my order, but I wanted to take my time to look through the menu fully before ordering. I ended up deciding to get the regular sized bowl, with my protein of choice being chicken teriyaki. Even though I did dine in, they still prep your order with a lid over your bowl and place it in a plastic bag. I was pretty hungry, so I ate through my bowl with a side of veggies in it. I chose cabbage and carrots and took out the onions. A delight to my $14 bowl experience was including their special Yum Yum sauce. I enjoyed dipping into it with my food! I give this place 3.5/ 5 the place is ok. It has few tables but the space is limited. Salmon Teriyaki was 3.5/ 5. It was seasoned well but the portion was ummm ok. Small servings even the veggies and rice. It barely filled me up. I would recommend this to small eaters. If you are a heavy eater, this is not for you. The place is clean and good parking spaces. Place is tasty and gets your order out quick. Nice for a healthy lunch or a little unhealthy if that how you want it. I typically go with a regular steak bowl with all broccoli and white rice. Every now and then I'll get it with fried rice. Either way it's delicious and perfect portion. Also the crab rangoons slap so don't skip out. Plenty of seating inside and parking outside. The beef was good the orange chicken was very crunchy, the chicken katsu was nice, but the chick teriyaki is the best. Both the dark meat and white meat options were very fresh and tender. Flavors run from teriyaki, spicy, and mad spicy. They even have orange chicken. Protein options include steak, chicken (white and dark), tofu, orange chicken, and salmon. Base options includes white rice or brown rice and then for an extra charge- fried rice or noodles You can get a veggie mix or broccoli only. For dessert, they have cookies and this super soft brown butter sea salt rice crispy treat. YUM. The portion sizes run from junior, regular, or large. Regular is a good amount of food. There was one order we paid extra for EXTRA Meat but it looked exactly the same as the other order that didn't add extra meat. Maybe they forgot, yet we still got charged. I came here for the first time to try out a chicken teriyaki bowl. There were pros and cons from my experience. The pros: the restaurant was very clean and the employee who helped me was very nice and helpful. There are a handful of tables to sit at but it seemed like most people took their food to go. I wanted to enjoy it hot so I ate there. I like that they have different sizes to pick from and different bases as options. The cons: the chicken was a little chewy and didn't have a ton of flavor. I didn't love the teriyaki sauce but the vegetables were good and I liked the variety. The white rice was cooked well and I was happy with that part. All in all I'm not sure I would come back as I did not love the food, but the establishment was very clean and the employee who helped me was very sweet! read more

The first time I ordered for lunch, I got the regular size, but I quickly realized it was too much for me, so for the second time, I got the junior size. Their teriyaki sauce is perfect, and their Crab Rangoon (with a sweet sauce), is the best I've had in many years. It's presented like an empanada, so it's larger than a typical Crab Rangoon. Are here for the first time and it didn't disappoint. I ordered 2 large spicy chicken teriyaki w/brown rice & veggie plus reg chicken teriyaki with all veggie. The portion was a very good size. I actually couldn't finish the large. Chicken was fresh & juicy. Rice & veggie also good. I just wish it was more spicy...I just added some siracha and it was perfect. I came here with a friend who has a gluten sensitivity. We were both extremely impressed by the amount of GF options. Also very happy that they offer junior sized portions for those of us with smaller appetites. We each got the spicy teriyaki bowl and were really happy. It's tasty and fresh and hit the spot after a workout. I'm really looking forward to coming back and trying out their other options. The food was good. I ordered the chicken teriyaki plate and a friend ordered the chicken and steak plate. Some of the chicken was overcooked, but the steak was nice and tenders. The portion for the $25 dollar plate should have been more. They give you a large plate, but they don't fill it. It's about 3/4 full. The $15 plate, same thing, they give you this big plate, but don't fill it. I think they should fill it so it doesn't look so bad or get a smaller plate size for the $15 plate. For $15 and $25 dollar plates and using a large plate you would expect more. It's a little pricey, but all good. I guess they have to keep up with inflation. They don't have knives and they don't cut the steak or chicken all the way through, so you either have to eat large pieces or try shredding them apart with two forks, which is ridiculous! The service was good. The girl behind the counter was kind and courteous. The restaurant appeared to be clean, but then again, I went when it opened. The ambiance was ok. Typical fast food place. But the TV was extremely loud. I thought it was loud when I walked in, but I think someone turned it up afterwards because it became louder and almost hard to talk and hear. I love this place! I just went there again and had amazing customer service from the cashier Mia! I broke my hip and have a hurt arm and hobbled in there with my walker and she ran and opened the door for me. She was so kind and I really appreciated it so much. Plus my food was so good. The orange chicken is so much better than the other place where most people get it. Super crunchy perfect glaze , piping hot and she said it's made to order! So it just came out of the wok. and my chicken teriyaki bowl was perfect! I like that they have dark meat chicken (they also have white meat )and it was just grilled de perfection. My first time at this location, I use to go to the one in San Fernando and I remembered Teriyaki Madness always being good when I did go, and their popularity of spicy chicken bowls. So I definitely had to try the newest location by my house, which was very nice and rapid service with my food on point and fresh! I decided to get the jr bowl of the spicy chicken w/ brown rice and no veggies. It was very good and the chicken was so moist and the spice was not overwhelming and the rice was not dry and very tasty! The jr size was just enough for me, though they have larger sizes and other types of protein to make out of a bowl or sides. William was very nice and put me on game on the menu since it has been awhile! So instead of regular chicken teriyaki he recommended the spicy which I was use to. He was very professional and easy going with a very good positive attitude! Thank you William! Overall, I will be back I would like to try their egg rolls and noodles they have with a bowl. I recommend this spot, it never disappoints! A lil pricy for Chicken bowls but worth it because of the quality! It's super clean inside and they have a combo special that is worth it! I have been wanting to try this place since it opened up a few months ago. I finally tried it and it was promising. I ordered the noodles with spicy chicken. The chicken was succulent and the noodles were soft. Everything was made fresh to order so the food was very hot. The staff was cool and recommended other items like the chicken roll. The chicken roll with the sauce was scrumptious. The prices are a little elevated, however, you get nice size portions and quality meat, seafood, and tofu so it's worth it. I saw the cooks wash their hands and put on fresh gloves before making our order which was a big plus for me. The place was clean and loaded with plenty of condiments. It's cute inside with modern furnishings. Easy parking is located in front of the business. Great place if you like bowls. They have a nice variety to choose from. I ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki with the yakisoba noodles, and I ordered a large. For the price point, I believe that this place gives you a good amount of food and gives you some quality food. The spicy chicken actually has a good amount of spice and kick to it. The noodles were very flavorful, and I added some teriyaki sauce on top to enhance the flavor. The service was really good, they gave me their recommendations and that's how I ended up with what I ordered. I also heard them answer other customers questions, so they seem knowledgeable as well... I ordered a Two Protein Bowl. This only comes in a Large size. It's huge! So for me, I was able to have two meals. I chose the Spicy Chicken & Teriyaki Salmon. Both were good & came with a good amount. I opted for all veggies instead of rice. You can choose what you like as far as your bowl base. Choose between: White, Brown or Fried Rice, Yakisoba noodles or all Veggies. (Yakisoba is a Japanese stir fried noodle) You can even order Yakisoba Style. Which is your Noodz, protein & veggies all wok-tossed together. Love that the food is fresh, fast & made to order. And portions are great too! I definitely will come back to Teriyaki Madness whenever I'm in the Valley... Been waiting for this place to open as it's in a strip mall I've been too many times with Popeyes, Everytable and Jack in the Box. Finally opened and was able to get it for dinner. I got the large Katsu bowl. Was delicious. Make sure to ask for an extra sauce if you get a large. The Katsu was done well and I enjoyed the veggies. It's a bit pricey and comes with a ton of rice but was delicious and very filling. Can't complain. read more

I really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt more than twice. But, in comparison to the one in Simi Valley, this place sucks. Its food quality has always been terrible, and when I pay for the extra protein, I am greeted with the opposite. An absolute scamming location. Paying $4 for extra protein in a large bowl, and only a third of it is protein, and the rice is the majority of the bowl, with hardly ever any vegetable balance, is truly disappointing. And this has happened ever. single. time I have an ordered out of a total of 3 times there. Don't waste your money, or time. The crab rangoons are also always over cooked with hardly any filling.
