Everytime we order from here something gets confused. The food itself is delicious as always though. Husband specifically asked if the ranch was in the bags and he was told yes. I waited in the car but I knew I should've checked the containers before leaving. We got home just to realize that not only was there no ranch for the French fries but they replaced the one and only thing I wanted with potato salad. It was fine but we literally go for the mashed potatoes. Such a disappointment. I'll do better and double check from now on.

Tri tip a ton of fat and under cooked rib. I had to air fry the rest of the ribs.

Did they hire a bunch of homeless people to work here cause they definitely don't know how to cook ribs? Very horrible experience this place ribs under cooked. Look at pic. Tri tip had a ton of fat on it!

The Tri-Tip Sandwich here is just really good! You can't go wrong! Plus it comes with the Au Jus sauce & BBQ sauce! I love alternating them haha this visit I went with the Fried Onion strings! YES! Every time I come here the place is packed! I heard the Beef Ribs are really good, I wanted to try them but they were sold out so maybe next time! Rosie's Kitchen... a Chatsworth Gem!

Should probably update my review as I've been here a ton of times since my last review and everything has been great. Rib special is solid, fried great, love the beans, pulled pork sandwich good stuff. Love the bbq sauce, friendly service, lots of parking, ample seating inside. Can't complain. Solid food option in chatsworth

Yum. What great food, sides and sauces here. Definitely will be back! Very casual setting and nothing fancy. Which shows they are dedicated to the menu.

Ordered the tri tip sandwich with fries and they were delicious. Definitely coming back here to see what else this place has to offer.

The sauce was really good too but didn't really stick to the wings. Ordered the picnic platter which lets you choose a couple things to try. We went with brick chicken, Memphis BB back ribs, and brisket. Plate also comes with your choice of two sides. Ribs were tender and brisket was a little dry. So I understand it's busy and exhausting but I feel like many things fell through. Our reservation was for 630 and did not get seated till past 7. We had a toddler in the group and it was pretty crucial to get an early time so the child wouldn't get too tired and wired. For whatever reason they sat us and that too at two separate tables which is not so bad. At least we were next to each other. The menu did not seem so clear so one in our party realized there was peanut in the sauce for the wings. It may be on the menu but there are restaurants who prioritize asking about allergies regardless when they take the order. So wish they had. That in itself makes customers feel good and confident about being there. I'm sure being a day of celebration made it hard but hoping for better experience in the future

The caesar salad was super tasty. We grabbed our own utensils from the counter and you can also get sauce toppings, napkins, and extra plates. I really was impressed by the organization here. Our booth was cozy and after we finished our salads they did not take the plates away. Another young lady delivered a couple of meals and when I asked her to clear some plates she looked at me like I was crazy and rudely snatched up one plate before walking away. Natalie only checked on us once during the meal. Once we were done we had to flag her down and remind her to bring our checks separated. I then requested bread. She apologized for not bringing it sooner. We wanted dessert but since our server was so slow my husband went to the bar to order. He was back within minutes with our dessert. I highly doubt our regular server could have done that so quickly. Food was good but service was bad. Restaurant fluctuated from being 1/3 to 1/2 full, it never appeared busy yet our table was forgotten frequently.

They prepare food fresh on the spot for you in the back corner. Note it is strictly to-go, no dine in options. The gentlemen in the store were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to answer our questions about how they prepare their fresh meats on the grill. Many, many thanks for the grilling demo! The marinated meats available all displayed in the case and they pull straight from there, it's fresh and made to order. We decided on a plate of chicken breast and a plate of beef lule (ground beef kabob). After placing our order, we had some time to browse the groceries and imported goods in the store. You'll find a wide variety of Middle Eastern and European goods. We picked out some imported Italian and Russian snacks as well as some lavash bread to eat with hummus at home. At home, we feasted! Indoor tables and booths and takeout. No outdoor seating. Tables can be tight and cramped for the huge plates and the many side dishes typical to Korean comfort food. Billing 1 stars: I was disappointed that on the check they recommend the tip amount based on the total after tax, which is not correct. Tipping is customarily calculated based on the total before tax. Some restaurants have attempted doing this recently which I find misleading and I will be calling them out on it. I have posted a picture of the check. Now, this may have been done by the terminal vendor and not the restaurant management but nevertheless I would recommend that the restaurant addresses this to avoid having confused and unhappy customers. Service 3 stars: Again, unpretentious and basic but efficient. Food 5 stars: Korean comfort food, using the recipes from "the real" Grandma Kim. I have been coming to Grandma Kim's for many many years now. I was sad to see that during and after COVID their food quality had dropped noticeably. I am glad to report that THEY ARE BACK! It tasted like it was marinated in ketchup and not fermented. Despite requesting it, my ice water came without ice, water or a glass. I would be a little bit more understanding if the waitress was running around, but literally after taking my order she went to another table and sat down. Waitress then brought me the wrong order!!! How is that even possible when there was only one other table. Thinking it was my spicy pork I put my chopstick in (which I had already used for the banchan) when she actually returned to my table and took it from me and said that was spicy chicken and gave it to the other table.
