I haven't been to Outback in ages and came here for a birthday dinner. We were a large party. Placing our order was efficient. I ordered the 6oz sirloin medium with baked potato and broccoli. Came here to celebrate my son's birthday on the day after Thanksgiving. We ordered the Ribeye Steak, Top Sirloin Steak from the lunch special, Alfredo Chicken/Shrimp Pasta and their famous deep fried onion for our apetizer. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing dining experience overall. From the beginning, the food was served far too closely together, which made the meal feel rushed and disorganized instead of relaxed and enjoyable. We ordered the sampler appetizer, and it was absolutely not worth the money. The fries were cold, the cheese wasn't melted, and it honestly felt like the plate had been sitting out for a while before being served. Definitely not what you expect from an appetizer meant to showcase the kitchen. For the entrées, my wife ordered the ribeye, which was surprisingly good and ended up being the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, my prime rib was the complete opposite. Despite ordering it medium rare, it came out extremely chewy and tough, making it very disappointing. What made the experience even more frustrating was the hefty bill--nearly $170 for food that was, at best, mediocre. At that price point, you expect quality and consistency, not cold appetizers and poorly prepared entrées. While I do want to acknowledge that the staff was great--friendly, attentive, and clearly trying their best--the quality of the food ultimately ruined the experience. Good service alone can't make up for disappointing food. Overall, this dinner was a letdown, and I would not come back, even though the staff was great. But I do like the roasted garlic topping that costs a little extra to add. Similar to my observation with the steaks, the alcoholic drinks aren't consistently made the same, which impacts the flavor. But the unique blends are fun to try. Chain restaurant that is straightforward with what to expect. For the most part, you will be instantly greeted by the host, unless it's a slow period and they're assisting elsewhere. I suggest bringing wipes or napkins. You're provided a cloth napkin to eat with, but I seem to always be sat somewhere that wasn't properly cleaned. This time, there was chocolate that had been spread on the top of my seat and leftover crumbs still on the table. Made a trip to the bathroom so that I could wipe it myself, rather than standing awkwardly til a server came by. Glad I developed a habit of looking rather than just sitting. Our server was friendly and regularly checked on us throughout the meal. The lighting is pretty dim , and older folks I have gone with, have commented on the difficulty of seeing the print on the menu. There is plenty of parking. Some tight spaces, but its a large lot, if you're willing to the walk. When it's nice outside, the patio sitting is a great spot to sit. The floor managers are welcoming and support the staff where needed. The menu is extensive and the servers can provide wanted options using the digital ordering devices each server carries. Free parking and curbside takeout is provided. The air temperature is comfortable. CON: The piped-in music is obtrusive both in quality and volume - it's to the point of ridiculous TBH. A recent price increase is unjustified. Most of the food is good with notable exceptions. The salad ingredients are subpar. For example the lettuce appears aged. Wilted leaves are common. The kitchen frequently overcooks or undercooks. This issue is very common. A recent change in the general manager is notable because of the absence of visibility of same. read more

Neither were, from casual observation, any other diners while we were there. Surely, better steaks exist but at much higher prices. Wanted to avoid the pi day pizza crowd and went for some Outback Steakhouse instead. I hadn't been here in probably 5 or 6 years so it was time to go me back and I was so happy I did. Our server Katie was wonderful and showed us their regular menu as well as their specials. They have a three course meal for $16.99 right now which includes soup or salad, a choice of a few meals, and a cheesecake desert which you can get raspberry or chocolate sauce. Some of their meals have a small up charge for a premium dish and I got that with the coconut shrimp which was $5 more at $21.99. Totally worth it! They also gave us fresh bread before the meal which was the perfect touch. The ambiance is inviting and cozy. I went for a Veterans Day dinner. As I walked in, I noticed a poster for their "Dragonfruit Margarita". It sounded and looked delicious. Since I was solo, I decided to sit at the bar. The bartender, Gabe, was my server. His service was excellent and, as I thought, the drinks were very tasty. If I were to change anything, I'd probably go with a sugar rim rather than traditional salt. The meal was very good. I opted for the 6 oz. sirloin w/ baked potato. The steak was perfectly cooked as was the potato. The crispy skin with just the right amount of salt complemented the hot & fluffy inside. This potato would have been fine with just butter and/or sour cream. The cheese and bacon just added flavor and texture to it! The hostess is usually always the happiest person yet they were having a bad day, just greeted us with no customer service. The waiter did greet us very positive, I had high hopes then, but tell me why he didn't bring the drinks till like 15 minutes later, the food came out before, I really think he forgot about us. The place was a bit loud I could even hear the conversation without trying. We weren't even on a date night we just wanted an early dinner. Patio seating during a work week usually means someone who's assigned to indoor tables has to remember to come outside for us and depending on the person, sometimes it can be out of sight out of mind. I have always loved both of these items at Outback before. My salad came covered in cheese. It got so bad that I had to start picking off as much cheese as I easily could which I placed on another plate. The amount of cheese you see on the plate is possibly have of what was on my salad. This was so frustrating as with that amount of cheese it no longer felt like anything healthy. My baked potato was not cooked all the way but my Mom's potato was so I mainly ate hers. My wife and I stopped by here tonight to grab dinner. It been awhile since I last came here, it was probably 2019 before the pandemic and when I just started dating my now wife. We come to this plaza a often so we were already familiar with the area. I was lucky to find parking near the front but the parking lot can get pack quick. When she did, we put in our drinks order and then our entrée order. She was very friendly and give suggestions when needed. I got the NY Steak at medium rare with aussie fries and asparagus. My wife got the salmon with Mac & chesse and broccoli. We both loved our dish, my steak was cooked to perfection and my wife enjoy how her salmon taste. The Mac & chesse was not our favorite and I thought the aussie fries were the one with bacon so when I asked the waitress ... she came back with more fries for free. My biggest complaint here was the slow service by our waitress. It took a while to get a refill on my drink, then a while to get the check and paying the check. Also in the men's bathroom, there no motion sensor paper towel dispenser so you have to press down the knob to get the paper. read more

Review Way Overdue... I've been to this location many times. I must say each time my food has been consistently good. The service is usually good; usually... My last visit though was disappointing! My meat was over cooked, the soup was on the watery side and lacked its usual flavor and the desert was horrible; almost stale tasting. The appetizers, bread, potatoes and bar drinks were good. I hope the food is better next time around because it usually is! We got here at 4:00 for an early dinner and it was already too crowded and understaffed so that needs to be addressed as well...
