Well as usual my buddy and I stopped in for our Friday dinner. We try and make it at least every other week and thus far we might have to go to weekly. The steaks are absolutely delicious as well as the broccoli and baked Potatoe. On three occasions our server was Cory, and he is an outstanding server. Cory alone gets (6) stars. This time around we had Desirae, and we have to give her (6) stars a big (10) and an outstanding. These two servers are extremely polite very professional and just great to be around. The restaurant with the incredibly shrinking portions and absurd menu prices. It has been some time since we were last at an Outback. I ordered the Outback Special steak which used to be 12 ounces at one time and reasonably priced but it has now turned into a 6 oz $17 waste of money. My spouse ordered a $16 chicken breast entree that was laughable...it was smaller than the palm of my hand. $16 for a tiny piece of chicken!!! Oh, I guess I forgot to add that they threw a few pieces of broccoli on our plates; by the way, your food is now placed on smaller plates so it seems like you're getting a plate full of food. We were not fooled by this trickery, lol. Our bloomin onion was over-fried and shrunken as well. Never mind the incredibly slow service.... Let me start with, we were regulars here until Sunday. I ordered what I always order a medium 9oz. sirloin, salad & loaded baked potato. I ate the salad which was whatever and when my steak arrived I cut it in half and almost lost my salad, I have never seen a more disgusting piece of raw meat. I flagged down the waitress and she immediately said she would bring me a new steak which she did. I cut that one in half and it was fine Until I found what looked to me like a 2" white worm, not pasta, not a bean sprout, I flagged down the waitress again and she immediately took my plate away and apologized. The manager came over and was very understanding as to why I lost my appetite and took the meal off our bill. All that being said, I have had more bad meals here than good, the service is good but the quality of food served here is bad I can't say it any other way it's just bad. Best dining experience since coming started. Food was great I had the blooming onion steak and lobster. Cooked perfectly. Waitress was so attentive even though they were really busy. Did not have to wait long for anything. The bread is brought to the table warm with plenty of butter. And all you have to do is ask for more. We'll worth the price. read more

Boy this place has gone downhill! We took my in-laws there on Saturday to celebrate his 89th. I had the Cobb salad which was probably the worst I've ever had. Fast food restaurants have better salads. The lettuce was yellow. There was less than 2 ounces of chicken. There was no blue chess or avocado. The bacon-it was dust and therefore, almost invisible. You couldn't even taste it. I would have sent it back but our waitress disappeared and everyone was eating. My father-in-laws ribs had been boiled to the point of falling off the bone. Always Solid My wife are seniors and I go to one of their locations about three or four times a year. We typically order the 9oz. Outback sirloin with a baked potato and a salad. We haven't eaten here in a long time, but we had a gift card, which was good because I would have been pissed to have spent $100 of my own money on the sub-par meal we had. It started with a $9 cocktail (raspberry lemon drop) that was small, overly sweet, had no garnish or flair, and just tasted like pink kool-aid with vodka poured into a martini glass. The strawberry lemonade was advertised on the menu as having fresh strawberry, which it did not, just a gross syrup instead. Both of us ordered the ribeye med-rare. Mine was rare and his was medium and tasted old and mealy. The sneaky upsell of two scoops of garlic butter that added $5 to our bill was also annoying. Who thought charging $2.50 for a garnish on a $32 steak was a good idea? It's why we'll never be back. Two stars because at least the server was adequate, but you shouldn't be forcing them to be sneaky about upselling. read more

This could have easily been a 5 star experience at this location but the waitress fumbled the good grade. My wife and I ordered our food and everything was great. The drinks were good, the waitress offered more bread and the garlic Parmesan fries were a great deal. However I ordered my steak as Well. It came to back a bite or two in it was clearly medium well. I let my waitress know and she said they would remake it for me. So I had the chicken and baked potato while I waited. The remake never came. The next time I saw my waitress she asked if I wanted a box for my food. I said no I was still waiting on my remake. The remake never came. I stopped another waitress to check on what was taking so long and I guess my waitress went on break without telling the cooks. I asked for the check and we left. My wife liked her food and outside of my steak my food was great too. So 3/5 stars. So when I go I get a steak, baked potato (can't mess that up) and the wedge salad. The wedge salad gets 2 stars by itself. Not what I expected. I ordered crab legs, baked potato, and a wedge salad. The salad was good, the potato was cold (cheese did not melt), and the crab legs were overcooked (meat was hard), and the broccoli was overcooked. Our server MJ was very helpful. She continuously came by our table to make sure we were OK. When I told her about the crab, she quickly informed the manager. The manager was very understanding and apologized for the food. We activated the small kiosk on the table we waited 10 more minutes and still not server. All the time there was a server that was serving to the tables across and 2 tables behind us she didn't look at us and didn't acknowledge us I saw her frequently stepping out from the back to look over the area I was looking at her to see if I could catch her eye so she could help us. Besides the food being great and the servers being absolutely amazing and professional they are also honest and have a high level of dignity. My wife left her purse behind and we went home and didn't realize it was missing until an hour after we left. I went back and they had the purse in their safe. Not only did they recover the purse but nothing was missing because my wife had 1100 dollars in cash inside her purse and it was all there. 20 stars for this fantastic staff!!!! This place is okay. Sometimes a side salad comes with croutons, sometimes it doesn't. Seems like I always have to ask for bread instead of it just being given like it used to. Came here on a busy night one time and chose to eat at the bar. Big mistake. I have stopped at this location a few time on my way out of town. Service: The staff is always friendly and do a better then average job of taking care of the table. My drink was left empty for about 5mins. Food: This is the area that makes me give them a 3 star. The food is ok but it is not up to what I get at the Rancho Cucamonga location. Had such a good dinner last night!! I ordered the steak and lobster tail. Say what you want about Outback.. my friends said it was the McDonalds of steakhouses. The bread is amazing, the blooming onion was nice and crispy. They have Stella and 805 on draft. We had a party of four in a booth and we could easily sit 6 theyre so spacious. As soon as we sat we ordered appetizers from the kiosk. Very convenient. Everyone ordered something different, the filet, the ribeye, volcano shrimp plate and salads. Everyone enjoyed their meals. It wasnt very packed so parking was easy. They have a small parking lot in front of the restaurant. If that fills there is a huge mall parking lot with a crosswalk to Outback. read more

For appetizer we had the Lobster Scrimp plate, could not tell which was the lobster or the scrimp! And most of it was just pieces of batter. We ordered the Filet and lobster, and Faith got the Seafood Trio (with Crab Cakes) when we got our meals the crab cakes were tasteless not much crab not a good taste. The lobster on both our dishes were undercooked boarding raw, the Manager did replace the lobster but we received it at the end of our meal, better but still not well cooked. I have had usually good experiences at this location but the most recent time, 7/21, was so-so. Service was slow and my steak was overcooked and that frequently happens at Outback for some strange reasons. Medium-well does not mean well-done. My steak was so dry. I love how they make their ranch in house and it has a kick to it.Their salads are my favorites, way better and more consistent than the steak. The ranch is why they get two stars.
