We had the seared Ahi tuna wit mashed potatoes and salad as well as Alice springs chicken and 6 Oz steak With sides of loaded baked potato and broccoli and the bread with butter. I did call ahead seating since we were going to be a table of 5-6. The hostess was not good. You could tell she didn't want to be there and due to that she lacked at her job. As I said before we are a table of 5-6 and she set us at a 4 top table. This was because the individual that was to relieve her was late to work. Same for several other employees and therefore we couldn't be sat at a larger table. That's what we were told by the hostess. The table we were sat at, I can say we got a great waiter. He took care of everything and we didn't have to ask for anything. For that alone this is a three star review. The appetizer was good, the steaks were salty according to everyone. Never been a big fan of the chain. I heard good thing. Nope steak had to be cooked twice to get mid rare. The blooming onion is what it is. A grease bomb but you know that going in. Salad was fine. This was our last visit. We have dined at Outback a few times, mostly for dinner and now for lunch. The meat is never cooked right and is not good. The best items are simply the potatoes and salad. Very disappointed. We got sat down at a dirty table even with plenty other tables available. Bloomin' onion and coconut shrimp were extremely oily. Lots of oil on plate. Salad was awful. Lettuce tasted like it was from a bag, the prepackaged type, and the Ranch dressing was basically flavorless. The baked potato was not what I expected for a loaded baked potato. Hardly any butter and very light on the condiments. Although the server was good, I don't think we will be visiting Outback again any time soon. read more

The food was ok, but the sales tactics turned me off. After telling the waitress what I wanted, she asked me what side dish I wanted and what dressing did I want on my salad. I assumed a salad came with the meal, so I responded appropriately. Turns out the salad was $5 extra. So I was charged for a salad that was nothing special and that I really did not want. The restaurant tacks an automatic 20% tip on the bill, so the waitress made an extra $1 in tips for every salad she pushed on unsuspecting customers. If you go to the Arizona Steakhouse in Simpsonville, SC, beware of this tactic. I will never eat at another Arizona Steakhouse and the food is nothing special. read more

55+ years only! There is absolutely nothing unique or flavorful about the food here anymore. If you're older and don't care too much about flavor in your food and bland is okay because salt and pepper are on the table then you'll be fine. Service is great, ambiance is decent. Place is small. But the meat had to be 70/30 quality on our burger and just nasty grease covering the plate and drowning the sides. For two adults and a child, $75 is way too much for the quality of food. I came here with my family as an event to celebrate whatever. The waiter gets here and we all order our drinks. The drinks get here and the waiter gives all my family regular sized cups, but not me he gave me one of the kid cups. But I ignored that and ordered a burger, I asked for "No lettuce and no onions" when the food gets here I get my burger and they gave me onions. It's hard to believe a store this new would be ran so poorly. This place is over staffed by under trained people. If you find that you want to wait for over an hour to eat food that is thrown at you as if you are animals in a zoo, then this is the place for you! We placed our order for 2 appetizers and 4 steaks and 2 bar drinks. The appetizers came out almost immediately but we had to wait almost 20 minutes to get our drinks. We could not have even been half way through our appetizers when the runner brought our salads out. Unfortunately, she didn't know what dressing was what and stood at our table turning the salads all over the place with her face buried in them to try and figure out what was what. When someone finally figured out what the dressings were, our steaks were delivered over seasoned and not hot. It was surprising that they brought our meals so quick but kept our young one waiting for his food for an additional 15 minutes. None of us felt right eating without him so we asked for takeaway boxes and packed everything up once his food arrived. We voiced our experience and concerns with a manager but she clearly needs a refresh in customer service. She had every excuse for why our meal was botched yet offered no apology. We all felt that the staff there is working yet none of them cared to be there. I wish them luck as they try to work out the issues. Maybe we will give it another shot in a couple months, but for now it's a hard pass. read more

This Outback feels different than other Outback's I've visited. This one feels more like a nice steakhouse. Service has been excellent each time I've visited. Drinks have been quite good. The Blackberry Martini is excellent as well as the Huckleberry Moonshine. Appetizers are pretty good. Definitely recommend the fried mushrooms! The Mac and Cheese bites were a bit dry but ok. And can't go wrong with the grilled shrimp! Entrees have been hit or miss. First visit was the "Queensland Chicken".... Miss... It was a chicken breast with some cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. The best part was the dipping sauce.. Not Recommended.. Second visit was the Kingsland Pasta. Definitely worth it! Grilled shrimp were excellent, the steak was cooked as asked and seasoned nicely. Pasta was very good (maybe just a touch more sauce, but otherwise very nice). Dessert was the Salted Caramel Cookie Skillet.. Oh yeah!! A warm soft cookie topped with ice cream and drizzled with caramel... Oh yeah.. save room for this one.. Overall, definitely will be making more visits and trying new items on the menu! Tonight however my steak was inedible..it was loaded with way too much salt to the point of being disgusting..I pointed this out to my server and was told, "yeah the food here can be inconsistent depending on who is doing the cooking." Two visits so far and 100% satisfied! The prime rib is fantastic the Tasmanian Chile is fabulous and the service wonderful. We will be back.

You can't order any takeout from this place. 2nd time in a row they forget something. I understand the low rating now.

We decided to stop in on a Friday evening, a couple of weeks after their opening. Still super busy, we had to drive around the parking lot a couple of times waiting for a space to open. I believe that you can't expect perfection when a restaurant first opens. There is a learning curve, and kindness and patience with servers and the kitchen is called for, so our expectations weren't high. We were met at the door by a hostess that informed us there was two-hour wait. We had decided beforehand to try for a seat at the bar, and luckily two were available. We sat right down and were served immediately. Outback offers $7 cocktails every day, and the blackberry martini sounded good. Served up nicely with a dried blood orange slice, it was delicious, but small (or maybe I was just thirsty). Our kind bartenders took great care of us with both food and drink, and the kitchen did a great job with the perfectly cooked filet and the ribeye. And the baked sweet potato was perfect! I've always been a bigger fan of Longhorn, but Outback knocked it out of the park this time. read more

It's a new place and already gross. There's just zero pride. Glasses are dirty, had something floating in drink. Skated on greasy floor as we came in and out. Counter tops hardly wiped. Food over fried. News flash. Customers can tell when food has been sitting there and then you just drop it in the fryer again when ordered. It's far from fresh. I thought we were walking into a topless joint the way the hostess had her entire breast out. There were staff members hacking which was gross. Likely because you can see most of them smoking in back of the restaurant when you pull up. It won't be long before they go out like Red Lobster. Standards gone. read more

First, we used the website to join the waitlist, and when we arrived the hostess said "That isn't working, it'll be 30 minutes" Then went to the bar to order a beer. Only 2 beers on draft, Bud Light and cider. No craft or others. Next, at the table, ordered baked potato and they said, "we are out", so we ordered mashed. Then manager came out, "we're out of mashed would you take a baked potato?"!!. Then, my steak that was ordered very rare came out well done. They said they would replace it but it took so long that the others at our table had finished before it came out. They said, "sorry, ee entered the rebook wrong".
