Delicious cheesecake started eating b4 I realized I forgot my pic.

Wow, didn't realize I hadn't been here in 4years, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Our server Josh was very professional and informative and very efficient. My 8 ounce loin was delicious with a side of loaded baked potato. The French onion soup was fantastic. For Sunday afternoon it was fairly quiet, however as we left at 5:30 it did start to get a little crowded. I will be making the trip back here and it won't be four years. The cocktail wallaby Darned was a good cocktail and only $7.00 bucks. Also the Boozy cherry limeade was tasty. I went with the Aussie 3 course meal which was very reasonable. Soup or salad , entree and dessert. Again can't go wrong at this particular locale.

We ordered food tonight but was very expensive for the size. everything was like half of what they used to be in size. A 6oz steak was just below 4oz (see picture). The food was also stale. Bery disappointed of what used to be one of my favorite places to visit. not sure if will go back or order form there for now.

My strip steak was cooked to order but with bits of gristle. The broccoli looked good but was overcooked for my taste.

The last time I had been here was almost a year earlier, for an event. That event did what it was supposed to do, showcase what was new and improved on the menu, and give me incentive to come back. Dinner here was, overall, enjoyable, though it felt like the "A game" they gave us previously has dropped down to maybe a "B-plus game" at this point. Of the items we had for dinner, the one thing which has remained just as good is the shrimp. If you like shrimp, you might want to order a lot of it. I only learned, after reading the small print on the drink menu, that there was a happy hour going on, and I'm surprised the staff didn't mention it. Usually that's something you want to tout to get folks to buy those drinks. I was again surprised by my drink, the "old and new fashioned" for the extra, unexpected, ingredient in it, seltzer. It's not that I was short-changed at all for the drink, but it felt like they unnecessarily added seltzer to get the drink to fit into an 8oz. tumbler. Our other drink, the blackberry sangria, was good but unexpectedly sweet. Our steaks came out cooked to order. My strip steak had about 4 bites of inedible material, a combination of gristle and fat. The sirloin steak was much better. While the vegetables looked like they were cooked to perfection, my broccoli was overcooked (for me) and the florets were trending toward mushy. If you like your broccoli crisp, pass here and opt for the green beans or mixed vegetables. Service was casual but generally good. But their idea of cleaning a table after customers leave appears to be wiping it once with a towel. Don't let a lot of cars in the parking lot turn you away. The staff have to park back here as well, and there's plenty of room inside!

Hands down the most consistently lovely experience. I've had one of every pie and all of them are top notch. The crust is crazy good, flakey and buttery and perfect. If I tried to speak at all that is rude??? This was after her daughter hung up on me without even letting me complete a sentence. So I called back and the owner answered. I bought two $5 scones that turned out to be baked yesterday and were cold and hard from being kept in the refrigerator. According to the owner **I** was supposed to ask if they were fresh, or cold, or needed to be warmed up. It was all on me to find out. Really??? I wasn't supposed to assume they were fresh. Seriously?? It's a bakery. The **common and accepted practice** for a bakery is to sell "day old" baked goods as just that.....day old, and for a slightly lower price than same day freshly baked. Customers are supposed to know that they are buying a day old product and not same day fresh. The fact that they are selling a product and not selling it as day old is dishonest. Why would a customer be *expected* to ask if the scones are fresh? And one wonders how many days they would continue to sell those same refrigerated and old scones? I have purchased from their stand at the Beacon Farmer's Market many times and loved it. The young man who I buy from is great, always friendly and nice. The woman, who I assume is the owner is a horrible, rude woman. She went on a tirade about how I was supposed to find out if the scones were fresh, just on and on and on, and about how rude I was and my "tone". In her opinion the customer is always wrong. Awful person, obviously on the defensive. What a horrible way to run a business and a horrible and unprofessional way to interact with a customer. Just an awful woman. Here's a little tip....if you let the customer speak, finish a sentence and listen to them rather than not allowing them to speak they might not have that "tone". As soon as I tried to speak I was "rude", simply because I was speaking and not listening to her tirade. This woman is the rudest and most hostile business owner I have encountered. Oh.....I also bought a pie....that I just looked at. I specified apple and strawberry. The box is labeled apple and strawberry but the pie inside is blueberry. And the bottom crust is not done.

Really glad we tried Loco Garibaldi, as opposed to some of the other restaurants on Main St. it's a small place, maybe 6 tables and one on the sidewalk. The menu is on a tablet, there's a QR menu as well. I couldn't help but overhear a conversation the owner was having with another customer; he started as a dishwasher in another restaurant and worked his way up to where he could open his own place. The food was well prepared and not overly spicy. The rice was fresh and the beans complimented the rest of the meal. Tried the chicken enchiladas in green sauce. Inside the tortillas it was filled with shredded white meat chicken. The entree was excellent. Instead of a beer I tried the Jamaica water. I've had it in Mexico, where it's a refreshing change. Update: We went back almost immediately because we couldn't stop talking about the first meal, and…read moresomehow it was every bit as amazing. The lamb shank was absurdly tender, the baba ganoush was smoky and rich, and yes, the ezme, beets, and pita remain mandatory ordering. But what really sets this place apart is the heart behind it. On a hard night for our family, a simple unexpected dessert brought genuine comfort and a smile when we needed it most. They don't just feed your stomach here. They feed your soul. I would go to war for this restaurant. An absolute gem, genuinely some of the best food I've had in the area!! I don't write glowing reviews lightly, but this place absolutely earned one. From the moment the food hit the table, it was obvious this was something special. Every single thing we ordered, from the mezze sampler to the drinks to dessert, felt like the best version of itself it could possibly be. Not one weak note. Even the pita bread was memorable. Warm, soft, fresh, lightly charred, and worthy of praise in a meal FULL of standout dishes. The mezze sampler was EXTRAORDINARY. The beet and goat cheese was one of those bites that makes you stop mid-conversation. The goat cheese was fresh, creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced by roasted beets that were unbelievably sweet and luscious. Honestly, they were almost candy-like. I don't know what they did to prepare them, but they were incredible. The spicy vegetable dip, Esme, was bright, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. Fresh, zippy, and balanced with just enough heat. The eggplant dip was equally impressive, with a silky texture, subtle tartness, mellow tomato notes, and that gentle pleasant bitterness that makes eggplant so satisfying when it's done well. The hummus was ridiculously creamy and rich with tahini, giving it a deep nutty flavor that made it one of the best hummus dishes I've personally had. We also ordered the Turkish manti, and they were fantastic. Little handmade parcels topped with cool yogurt and warm spiced oil that brought everything together beautifully. We didn't even manage to take a picture because by that point we were so completely absorbed in the meal that all manners disappeared and we just devoured them immediately. No photo. No pause. Just instinct. That might be the strongest endorsement I can give. The mint lemonade was perfect for a warm day. Bright, refreshing, tart, cooling, and mint-forward without being overly sweet. It tasted clean, balanced, and incredibly refreshing. Dessert completely sealed the deal. The Turkish revani was unbelievably soft, soaked through with milk, and had that luscious almost tres leches quality that makes every bite melt away. The fresh berries and raspberry sauce gave it just enough brightness and acidity to balance the sweetness beautifully. I had a cup of black tea with it, and the combination of cake, berries, and tea was one of those simple little moments that feels kind of magical. The restaurant itself is beautiful. Tasteful decor, warm atmosphere, and thoughtful design that feels welcoming without trying too hard. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuine. More than anything, the whole place feels like a labor of love. What blows my mind most is that this restaurant has apparently been here for over two years, and we somehow only just discovered it. We were legitimately mad at ourselves thinking about how many meals we could have had here already. Now we're just trying to make up for lost time!! For roughly $80 for two before tip, the value was outstanding. At first glance, the menu might look a little upscale, but once the food arrives, it makes perfect sense. The quality more than justifies the price. I've had good Mediterranean food before. This is operating on a completely different level. Without question, this is some of the best Mediterranean food I've had anywhere in the area, and I can't wait to go back.

We didn't have any reservations, and I thought - Why would we? We started with the appetizers, babaganoush and calamari. Both were good. My wife and I had the mixed platter for two. All the meats were tasty, seasoned well and weren't dry. For dessert, I tried the affogato, espresso over ice cream and that hit the spot. Overall, we were impressed. People did start coming in after 6 so it's best to reserve a table especially if you have more than 4 in your party. The don't serve liquor so it's BYOB!!
