I've been here multiple times and every single time is an incredible experience. They are highly knowledgeable in all food allergies and especially gluten free foods. I met a friend here for lunch and we really enjoyed being able to get half a salad and a sandwich. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was huge. My friend ordered a burger with a half salad and she enjoyed it too. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable. We got there at opening and were the only ones there but the place is big and nice. The chairs were a little uncomfortable. It was too low or something. I would definitely come here again but probably ask for a table. read more

Raspberry lemonade was pretty refreshing and not overly sweet or tasting like straight syrup. BBQ chicken nachos, definitely not enough chicken, but what was there was very good and love grill char on it. The white queso sauce was great, but there should been more of it, since I had more BBQ on the chips over actual cheese. Chips were fresh and lightly salted. Now for baked cod with potato chip crust, very good, it was light, not rich and heavy with a sight lemon butter flavor though out. onion straws was great, never had them not burnt to a crisp, plus could still taste onion flavor. This place is honestly a celiacs dream come true. The whole menu can be made to be gluten free, literally the whole menu! They have a dedicated fryer to only gluten free products and the manger has to bring out any dish personally that is for someone who has a gluten allergy. I thought the food was great I got the calamari, chicken sandwich, and sorbet for dessert. I still couldn't believe everything was GF. I will say though my friends who were not GF and ordered off the regular menu, didn't rave about the food as I did they felt it was mediocre not bad but not the best. I couldn't try it obviously with me trying to stay away from gluten so I can only go off of what I tried. I really appreciated the service while we were there the waitress was patient and kind and just great! The atmosphere is fire! It's wild to think that a lot of these locations are attached to malls because it feels like you are transported into a somewhat upscale restaurant. They literally had fire pit with chairs around it so you can eat outside. All in all I would definitely come here again and it will be on my must list for anyone who is avoiding gluten. read more

It's really hard to find gluten free options that aren't salad in this area. I finally gave 110 Grill a chance. Based on the experience, this is easily going to be one of our go-to places. They have an extensive menu of gluten free options, prepare and handled separately so as not to risk cross-contamination. The service was really good! I made a reservation only to be told that they were trying to get to all the reservations, but they were busy. We sat at the bar and ordered pretty quickly with the bartender. I'm not sure if they lost our order but it took almost and hour to get the nachos we had ordered as our appetizer...and they we not good. Then, we had to wait almost another 45 minutes for our meals. At this point I was ready to just leave, but was told our food was coming out. We got 3 of our meals and waiting another 10 minutes for the 4th. The fish tacos were not good...my daughter would not eat them. My fries were cold and my husband's burger looked very unappealing. We ended up taking 3 of our meals home without touching them. We had reservations for 715, sat at the bar around 7 and ended up leaving at 9 and never got to eat a meal!!! Definitely will not be going back. It was Valentines Day and that's why we made reservations, but the place was so badly managed and food was not good. read more

Came here Easter Sunday. Made a reservation 2 days prior. Arrived at 2:10pm (they weren't closing until 4) and the restaurant was pretty died down from any rush they may have had for their special "Easter Brunch" menu. The food was ok, it's never been "amazing" but i go here because our family has some food allergies and they take it more seriously here than most other places around. They had a special corn bread spread on the brunch menu. We thought it would be traditional type cornbread for everyone to share. We asked what it had and the waitress said it had cornbread with different types of butters and spreads. The menu nor the waitress mentioned anything about the entire cornbread spread being a blueberry party and it wasn't all cornbread. It was like a blueberry cornbread and then blueberry streusels/ strudel. The jams were odd pairings-- there was an apple butter type thing, then some raspberry type jam, and another that looked and tasted like caramel. Only one of us at the table even liked blueberries and we picked around it, but it wasn't good. We just ate it cuz we were waiting for so long. It took forever for them to send a waitress over and they weren't even super busy. Waitress acted like we should've known it was a blueberry cornbread platter when we brought up how we didn't like it and weren't expecting it to be all blueberry. Who buys/ makes blueberry cornbread? I've never seen it in my life, nor would I expect that would be an option for Easter Sunday brunch at this restaurant. It was already several hours old and definitely reheated. The meal food was ok. My fish and chips was good and so was my uncles...but the Cuban and the steak and cheese left a lot to be desired. Dirty cup that drink was sent out in, had to send back and have them bring a new one. Not planning on going back again. The last few meals here have been underwhelming, overpriced and left waiting around too long by servers. The time before last, also in April 2025, i ordered only the gluten free nachos, asking for extra beans, extra corn and extra chicken as I'm protein deficient ...and was appalled at how little there was on the plate. Tons of corn nacho chips and cheese sauce but barely any chicken...strands of it here and there...no sizable pieces anywhere..and maybe a tablespoon more r two of black beans and corn. I can't believe they served that to me...the server seemed upset and went back and got me a tiny one table spoon serving cup more of beans but there was literally nothing scoopable on my plate except cheese sauce and a bean or strand of chicken that stayed on the chip only cuz of the creaminess of the cheese. I was trying to literally put 2-3 beans here and there on my chip and I couldn't find anymore chicken after like 6 chips with strands on them. It was all chips and cheese. And they're charging nearly $20 for that nonsense. They have audacity. I didn't complain bc the lady manager got tired of us complaining last year...and she became less polite and more attitude-y. The server did her job and was trying to be attentive but seemed like she had a lot of tables and the kitchen was messing up not just our food but other tables she had too. She's always a very good server, but the restaurant managers needs to be looking at the quality of what's going out of the kitchen and make sure there's good ratios and good quality food coming out. After those nachos I also had the worst stomach cramps and reflux. Idk if I got food poisoning but I did see several people complain about getting food poisoning here. I did order a iced Irish cream coffee which they brought me out a hot tottie basically and it had waaasy too much alcohol in it, it was insufferable but they charge over $13 for it so I watered it down a bit and drank it up. I repeated twice that I wanted iced as they had two Irish cream drinks on the menu, one that was hot and one that was iced. I'm not sure if it was the waitress or whoever made the drink that didn't pay attention. I like the hot one in the fall winter but now that it was spring I was ready for an iced one. Way too heavy of a pour and way overpriced for how small the drink actually is. And no whip cream on top like I usually see these get at other places I've ordered at fancier restaurants like Savonna's Italian in PK. I just won't be back, and it's sad cuz I loved coming here until the food quality got worse and worse, and service slower and slower. There's the Pancake Factory at the other end of the mall near Best Buy that has pretty fast service and can make a lot of items on their menu gluten free, as they have family who has celiac disease and they are friendly about accommodating and making sure you're happy there! Finally! A restaurant close to home that makes me feel NORMAL! Having to eat gluten free can be difficult but I don't worry at all when I eat here. I can't believe I hadn't found this gem sooner. I was able to eat fried calamari for the first time since 2016 when I found another gf spot out of state. Since our initial dining, we also ordered takeout and they even send the food to you in different bags. The friend chicken tastes like real fried chicken. Everything tastes so elevated and doesn't taste gluten free at all. I can't wait to try almost everything on the menu. Finally returned here for the second visit with my friend. A year later, things looked pretty much the same with some additional upgrades, such as happy hour and appetizers specials 2 for $10 from Sunday - Thursday 3pm-close (that will be for next time). I'm still very impressed with 110 Grill's policy of asking customers for a gluten-free menu and also having food allergies. I wish other restaurants would also do that. The waitress was great from start to finish. I ordered the Mushroom Swish Cheeseburger median rare which had a cheesy taste. The juicy patty wasn't sticking out as I expected, but was good overall. I've been here before and it's been great. Sadly, tonight was horrible. Being in the restaurant business myself (server and bartender) I could tell they were in the weeds/short staffed when we came in around 8:00 pm on a Friday. There were at least 5 tables that had not even been cleared and servers hurriedly rushing around with tunnel vision. My son and I were starving and ordered quickly. Our second server took our drink and food orders and that was it. I never ever return drinks but he was kind enough to take this one back. It was way too sweet for me. That was probably my own error for not asking more about the drink. I got a large wedge salad and had only a butter knife. We only had one set of silverware. I was trying to find someone to ask for a knife but ended up using what I had. The expediter/manager at the front line had her back to us the entire time, chatting and On her phone, otherwise she may have noticed that we needed some help. I ended up flagging down another server to get a knife. After I asked for the check, it seemed our server went out of his way to not walk by us again. As a result I ended up grabbing my own to go box for the rest of my salad from the front line. I'll say that one of the chefs noticed my displeasure but he seemed like the only one who was actually looking around. The other servers were rushing hurriedly around looking stressed out. The manager at the front took her phone out and was on that while I was looking for a to go box. During the entire time 5 tables (all booths against the windows to the mall) had not even been bussed. They were full of dirty dishes and glasses the entire time we ate. Felt ignored for sure . Definitely won't come back here anytime soon. read more

It took me a while to stop in and actually eat. The place is just beautiful and I always admired it the fire pit as you approach the mall is breathtaking. So I finally went in and everything on the menu looked DELICIOUS so since it was my first time I decided on a steak sandwich and as a side I had brussels sprouts(weird combo I know, don't knock it until you try it). The staff there is so friendly! The manager came around to the tables and made sure everything was good and personally apologized for not having jalapeños, no worries it was not even on the menu I just asked if they could add it on. It's such a welcome addition to the galleria to have an upscale sit down restaurant I just wish the it was a little more polished! The outside fire pit and booths are so cute. They tweak the menu every so often and their tweak about a year ago removed some of my favorite dishes. Now everything on their menu is very standard and plain. Nothing too exciting. The prices are a touch on the high side but that's to be expected since we're at the mall and rent is outrageous. Their selection of gluten free dishes is top notch however. Plus the allergy accommodations are unparalleled in the area. Definitely the place to stop if you have a serious allergy to consider. The service is also great. Managers will serve your food if you have an allergy which I appreciate as it feels like they really care. Plus I've never had a bad service experience. It's all just a little plain here. There's nothing on the menu I can't get anywhere else. I wish I could give half stars because 3.5 seems more appropriate for this place. read more

Very clean restrooms, usually a sign that management cares and the kitchen is clean as well. They ask if you have any food allergies at the hostess station and the waitstaff asks again at the table. You can see into the open kitchen. The cooks wear gloves and masks, as does everyone else on the staff. They have their version of onion rings, they call them onion strings. Terrible experience. Dirty bar top, inattentive server, food came out wrong, no napkins or silverware offered or given (I asked for a napkin and was handed a tiny cocktail napkin- wife was never even given that), drinks sat empty. I could go into better detail but I would have to dedicate at least a 1/2 to it and this place def isnt worth my time. Long stort short, manager removed drinks, but was not sympathetic. 4th time here - 2nd time having to request manager intervention. Last time Ill be spending $ here. *To the business manager: there is nothing you could do to make me want to go back there the service was that terrible. And the amount of steps you direct me to take for resolution is ridiculous. You want my business back? YOU email YOU do the footwork. Left starving and had to buy chicken and pita at the food court to turn the bag of leaves into something edible at home. I wouldn't mind so much except the "steak salad" was like 30 bucks. Don't you dare blame it on inflation. Bf got the honey chicken sandwich and it was very small. Didn't taste like hot honey. Service was so bad we didn't bother asking for it in the side. The Brussell sprouts were very tasty, but the hot honey friend chicken sandwich did not have enough hot honey sauce to give me the good contrast between heat and spice that I needed. I was in the Galleria with my daughter and we decided to stop for lunch. We were greeted by a friendly server who asked if we had any food allergies and showed us to our table which looked out to the mall which was perfect for people watching. We didn't wait long until a woman leaned against our table and asked, "what do you want?" I took her rushed and rude service for the restaurant being reasonably busy and only seeing three servers. I started with the chorizo totchos. My daughter and I were fighting over these delicious crispy tots covered in nacho cheese sauce, pico de gallo, avocados, sour cream, and chorizo. I wish I could say the same about my 110 Cuban. It had a weird smell and aftertaste. I only ate two bites. My sweet potato fries were as cold as the ice in my empty iced tea which was never refilled. At $3.95, it would have been nice to get a refill, but I never saw my server again until she dropped the bill at my table. I will not be returning to 110 Grill. read more

Got back to 110 Grill 3 months after our last visit. My martini was perfect & SO had some yummy draft beers to select from. My OS ordered the steak salad (my previous order) & it was spot on - MR. Looked a picture too. SO declared it 'great'! I decided to order the beyond burger (trying to cut down some calories). Liked the fact that I was asked if I wanted it 'vegan' or just 'vegetarian' (there's also a gluten-free menu if you need it). Unfortunately I was disappointed. The burger was not even slightly browned & resembled a pinkish-grey sponge. It was far too thick & had almost no flavor. The rest of the meal was fine - just the burger was unappetizing. Service at the bar was great - we were happy with the speed & friendliness, but unfortunately, we had not checked the COVID hours & the restaurant closed at 7Pm!!!!! What? That was ridiculous. Staff let us know they agreed with us, & hours were shortly to be extended, but 7PM? How is that even possible.? I got awful food poisoning after eating the pulled pork sandwich. I would never eat there again. The pork was cold and the onion straws were flimsy.
