We used Pace Pool and Spa Service for over two years. For the first year and a half the service was…read moregreat. Staring in January 2026, the service went down hill. The person cleaning our pool stopped coming as scheduled weekly. When we called to inquire why no one was showing up for the pool service, we were told the guy who was scheduled to take care of our pool was sick, and the next time he was on vacation. Pace Pool failed to send out replacement personnel to keep their weekly commitment. Finally a new person was assigned to service the pool but he was rarely seen and the service to our pool was not performed. However, the monthly billing failed to show any adjustment for the lack of service. In March 2026, we informed Pace Pool to terminate our service. After relocating to Texas, we keep getting billing statements emailed to us. Every month we have called Pace Pool to discuss and try and determine why we keep getting billed for Pace Pool for services that were never rendered. Each time we have contacted the billing department, we have been assured the billing would be corrected. Four months later the billing has still not been corrected. Very disappointing that Pace Pool would not follow through on its promises and has failed to acknowledge we are being billed for services not rendered.
