I arrive a 8:30am to check in. After a 2 hour wait I go outside for some air. I see my vehicle with a window number still on the outside not in a bay. I speak with the service writer JD if you can call him that. Very disrespectful young man. The task I ask them to do is at most a 45 minute job. It was after 11am before they got it in a bay. I finally talked to the service manager he did his best to get things moving. I've been having vehicles serviced for over fifty years this is the worst service I've ever received. I worn people of getting caught up in their floating window of appointments. And a disrespectful service writer that has no apologies are remorse. Just a smart mouth. I think people over time will feel this and it will have an effect.

My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied.
