I returned my car to them, they kept it 3-4 days while waiting on a part to come in, and told me everything was fixed. I picked up my car and it would barely run. Takes a long time to accelerate more than 30 or 40 mph, shrill beeping notices are almost constant, ive had nothing but problems. My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . I am single and no longer have a reliable vehicle because I trusted them, and paid them $150 to destroy my car. Use a business with integrity--this business has NONE.

First of all let me start out by saying the crew at SB were very nice…read more But.... I had my oil change 3/03/2026, then my wife took her truck the same day and had her oil changed. The next morning my truck and my wife's truck both had an oil leak. We took our trucks back and the oil mechanic, he was nice and put a new plug in both of our trucks. This did not stop the oil leak. We took our trucks bag a couple of days later, same thing, changed the plug. Again next morning oil was still leaking. The mechanic said it must be something like the oil pans and told us to take it to our Ford dealer to have our trucks checked out. So we took my wife's truck to the Ford dealership in Anson where we bought the truck, they checked it out and guess what... IT WAS the OIL PLUG!! So, we paid for another oil change. For my truck I purchased a plug from the dealership. .... guess what... NO MORE OIL LEAK! Very disappointed in Strickland Brothers. We had taken both our vehicles there for several oil changes with no issues. But no more. Oh!.. and the mechanic told us that they bought their oil plugs from Amazon... they were cheap and plastic.

To make matters worse, your team had to move another vehicle out of a stall just to accommodate mine. You then informed me that the service would require an additional 1.5 hours of work, on top of all the time I had already wasted waiting since 12:30 pm, with even more waiting required afterward. This level of disorganization, poor time management, and lack of respect for customers' schedules is completely unacceptable. I made a commitment to your appointment time, yet your shop showed zero urgency or professionalism in honoring it. I expect this issue to be addressed immediately, including a full explanation and appropriate compensation for my wasted time. The oil filter is in a place where you MUST remove the plastic shield and they just forced it and ripped out one corner of the plastic. I didnt realize that happened till a few days latter. Next oil change i went back to the same place again. Just to give them a chance. I told the manager what happened while they were doing the oil change and asked him to please take out the bolts. I was told by him, "those things are designed to break. Theres nothing we can do about it". I wish i could post a pic of what they did this time. They bent the thin metal brace for the plastic shield strait down. AND LEFT IT THERE! There is NO WAY im going back there and suggest if they treated my car that way they will do it to yours. If I were you I would also stay away. They just care about doing a HALF A$$ job as fast as they can.
