Best place in town to get your car inspected and your oil changed. I drove in after 5 o'clock, needing an inspection and not only did they take time to do it. They also changed a bulb that was not easy to get to so that I could complete my inspection. Great sense of humor and a fun place to be around. I have always done my own oil changes but had no place to do it this time when it was due. I figured id give them a try. They were making a lot of noise under the car and then a POP. The oil filter is in a place where you MUST remove the plastic shield and they just forced it and ripped out one corner of the plastic. I didnt realize that happened till a few days latter. Next oil change i went back to the same place again. Just to give them a chance. I told the manager what happened while they were doing the oil change and asked him to please take out the bolts. I was told by him, "those things are designed to break. Theres nothing we can do about it". I wish i could post a pic of what they did this time. They bent the thin metal brace for the plastic shield strait down. AND LEFT IT THERE! There is NO WAY im going back there and suggest if they treated my car that way they will do it to yours. If I were you I would also stay away. They just care about doing a HALF A$$ job as fast as they can. read more

A lot of oil change centers live by a motto you can count on. Upsale everything under pressure whether the customer needs it or not. Have you been there? I have! We take a LOT of work vehicles here for state inspection. As I sit in the comfy waiting room with my free coffee or soda, I watch how they treat other customers. If you actually need something, they will point it out, but not under pressure. Their friendly, professional, and get the job done as quickly as possible. I have never talked to an unhappy customer. Sadly they couldn't get my oil filter off and so I waited for a long time with no oil change.

Pull up to get an oil change, asked to stay in my vehicle (it had been a while since I been here, didn't know it changed from Avis Lube and into a drive through, so I had gotten out, no big deal here, got back into my pickup). Overheard one of the techs say something about not sure if they had the oil for my pickup. The attending tech that was "helping" me, said he'd guide me in and check out the vehicle and I asked if they had the oil or not because I am not staying if you don't. He stated they were not sure if they had the oil and still proceeded to try to guide me into the bay. I then stated, again, that I was not staying here if they did not have the oil. The tech then stated, "I am just backing away at this point" while putting his hands up in the air like I was pointing a gun at him and walked away. The tech I overheard about the oil then proceeds over to my vehicle and asked me what the problem was and I just simply asked if they had the oil or not because I was not going to stay here if they didn't. The response was that they were waiting on a shipment to come in and I replied thank you, that is what I needed to know, I'm leaving. She said have a nice day. I responded, you too and I left. The fact that the attending tech would act in such a manner when all I wanted to know if they had what I came for (AN OIL CHANGE) and he would not answer my question directly (while continuing to get me into the bay AFTER I stated I was not staying if they didn't have what I need) and proceeded to treat me as though I was being hostile (which up to this point, I was polite). This is where I go to get an oil change/state inspection on my 1999 F-150. They do a good job and it is always done in a timely manner. They will come inside and talk to you about what they are doing, what the levels/condition of the liquids are, if your air filter need changing. They will also tell you if any other things need to done to your car. The free soda and magazines to read are a plus. read more

Wife and I came in to do a safety inspection and oil change on both of our vehicles. The technician went out of his way to show me my air filter, and actually has samples of each of my fluids for me to verify everything has been checked including rear and front differential, oil, radiator fluid, and transmission fluid. I like everyone else has had seemingly over a hundred oil changes, but I have never had this quality of service. Also did I mention free soft drinks while you wait?
