I returned my car to them, they kept it 3-4 days while waiting on a part to come in, and told me everything was fixed. I picked up my car and it would barely run. My mother and stepfather were the only owners of this vehicle and it was always garaged and babied. It ran PERFECTLY before taking it to Ridgemont Superlube but they claim it's just a big ole coincidence that it now runs like . The manager that was on duty was trying to explain to me the charges which I then let him know there was no communication to give me the opportunity to pick if I wanted to stay there and have it done with the higher oil filter or go somewhere else, I demanded my money back which they did give me but I would not suggest going to this Walmart for oil changes long waits and they do what they want to do.
