We are building a new home and shopped numerous places from San Diego to Santa Monica, by numerous I'm thinking 20 different locations at least. I visited this tile center a few weeks ago while we are in preparation to remodel our bathroom. Francisco came and offered his assistance and expertise. He was kind and not pushy at all! I looked around the store for quite some time. Even though I didn't find what I needed, all of the workers at the store were extremely professional and happy to help in any way. I would like to advice to potential buyers about this store to be careful because they don't give you exchange in their merchandise, I'm stuck with the tiles that I purchased, they didn't want to exchange them for another color , so think twice to purchase from this tile outlet, it's better as a buyer to go with homedepot or Lowe's because in case do you need to make an exchange of your merchandise Home Depot will gladly will do it . I won't buy anymore from this tile outlet anymore and I'll tell my friends not to do it either. read more

First time here to check out the tiles and end up buying my whole set here for my shower renovations. Francisco is patient to help us and let me and my dad browse around to brainstorm our ideas. We had a budget and found perfect beautiful tiles on sale for 99cents each! We took about 1.5hrs deciding what to get. Took the 99cents per sq foot tile and bought 100sq foot of it. The decorative tiles were a little more expensive at 12.99 but would've love to have it a tad bit cheaper. Ordered it and they came the next day. They also sell grout if needed. read more

This place is great, they have a good selection and decent pricing. The staff are super helpful and did a great job finding some specific tiles we couldn't find anywhere else. No returns on special orders, but there're good with returns on their stock tiles. Staff are always wearing masks. read more

i went to purchase metal trims for my bathroom. they sell the cheap kind. They where all bend Took them back. They were not happy and try to blame it on me. these guys are thieves. will never go again will never recommend them not onest people. what a shame. read more

I love this place. They have a HUGE selection of tiles as well as wood and laminate flooring. We bought our kitchen floor tile here and were happy with our experience so went there for our bathroom floors as well. They gave me a nice discount on the three different tiles we ordered and they arrived at the store in a couple of days. Due to the installer breaking a huge number of our tiles, we ran short and had to get more. The staff went out of their way to get the tiles as quickly as possible.
