They now have roped off sidewalk seating and overflow parking across the street. They are seriously pricey now, especially considering how blue collar Rainier is. But the food is quite good and the portions are generous so that is just an observation, not a complaint. More or less the same "low brow" clientele although you don't see motorcycles parked out front any more so I don't know if they are still Biker friendly or not. I tend to mind my own business so the venue is still fine as far as I am concerned. There are "divier" dive bars in Rainier and at least one more upscale restaurant in town. Actually, Rainier is one of my favorite stopping points when coming back from Astoria because there are so many good places to eat here. You certainly won't regret checking this place out.
