We come in here every day for breakfast and have really great service from all of the staff here particularly Marlen. She is very attentive, always gets our order correct and is also very funny. She has a smile that lights up the entire restaurant. Her upbeat attitude makes our stressful mornings a lot easier. There's so many good menu items and a really great variety. Fit chicken is awesome so is the taco salad and if you're looking for an amazing mimosa, I highly recommend the blueberry mimosa. I thoroughly enjoyed over easy this morning in house with my family. What a treat that was. My favorite meal is breakfast, so I am a tough critic. Everything was perfect. The food, the service, we were treated exceptionally well. Every food item was so savory and delicious. If you're looking for comfort food, this is the place for you. The blueberry cornbread is to die for. Next time I'll be trying the mimosa flight for sure, saw someone else get it, and it looked amazing. Every family member was satisfied and in love! She was literally so kind and gave us great recommendations for what to order since it was our first time. Really bright, sunny decor and comfy booths that can seat lots of people. The wait is worth it! The food is absolutely delicious with huge portions. You can also order half portions too even though it's only on the online menu. The banana nut French toast is my daughter's favorite!! The staff is so friendly as well! Nice open area and the patio is beautiful! It took 5 minutes to come greet us and take our orders. Then at the end with our plate at the end of the table and our drinks empty, he asks if we want the check. The Lemon Ricotta pancakes definitely taste as good or taste better than than the First Watch ones. Their crispy bacon also competes with First Watch bacon. The biscuits & gravy are good, but warning the biscuit has spicy green chili bits. The Solo Waffle Dog is great for smaller appetites, not greasy but still hearty flavor. At at Verrado Over Easy and had great meal and the bartender/server Ramiro was very helpful as place was packed. He worked to get us seated and was helpful, getting food quickly and constantly checking on us. Went there this morning for their soft opening and the food was great. I had corn beef hash and wife had two sunny side eggs. Everything was delicious but the hash browns needed a bit of flavor. Coffee was delicious along with ice chai latte and they had almond milk for our diet restriction. However, we were impressed with the service. Very attentive to our food allergies and everything came out correct.
