Great Brisket! So juicy and flavorful. I ordered the brisket loaded nachos and loved everything about it. They are located inside a neighborhood food hall called Block Party 2700. Such a fun concept. There is plenty of seating inside and if you want to eat outside there is seating on a cute plant lined patio. I like the fact that they give you a buzzer so you can go grab a table and then be notified when your food is ready. Great customer service. Very friendly. Great food. Great service, great bbq, reasonable prices. My wife ordered the brisket salad, which was a slam dunk. So good! I ordered the ribs with cole slaw and beans. Ribs were fantastic and their house bbq sauce was A+. I could have drank that sh!t. Beans were awesome as well. I ordered my 2 year old daughter the bbq pork sandwich which made me jealous that I didn't order another one for myself. And that cole slaw! Holy smokes, I have never been so impressed with how well a legit bbq place made their cole slaw. It had all the wonderful greatness of classic cole slaw that I grew up eating at KFC, but with it also tasting super fresh and elevated. I was impressed. I'm pretty critical when it comes to BBQ, but the meats here are very good. The ribs are probably the best I've had at a Utah BBQ joint so far. Just for that it receives high praise from me. I live in Wyoming and saw this place on an Instagram video. My wife and I checked it out and fell in love. I got the brisket loaded nachos and let me tell you they are awesome. My wife and I had the brisket, pork, and loaded nachos and it was all so good. The brisket is smoked to perfection and the it falls apart in your mouth. Each bite is better than the last. Asked for sausage sandwich and employees acted like it was a big deal. Couldn't make it happen. Had to order a one meat plate with a bun on the side. Received a whole uncut sausage and a bun on a plate. I had to ask for a knife. They couldn't cut it up and put it on the bun. Ordered brisket nachos which were decent except almost none of the brisket was cut all the way through. Specifically asked for no beans and they put them on there. Maybe 6 jalapeño slices could have used much more. Meat was decent but overall super weak performance. Would not recommend. read more

Absolutely the best BBQ in the valley. Brisket was done perfectly with just the right amount of bark on it to give it a toothsome texture without being tough. The dry rub mixed into the pulled pork had just the right amount of sweetness to compliment the natural sweetness of the meat. Awesome sausage with a great coarse ground texture. I was really in the mood for BBQ and saw a great deall for this place on GrubHub and it had a lot of good reviews. Well I have to say I am disappointed. I ordered pulled pork, burnt ends, and ribs, All three were dry as a bone, The BBQ sauce was the worst I have ever tasted. I got the 3-meat plate and ordered to go. The meal was prepped pretty quickly but wasn't prepared to go. After I politely reminded them, they quickly put everything in a container but I noticed afterwards that there was a side of corn bread that I didn't even order. It tasted rancid too so I don't know what happened there but not cool. Actually when I said that the meal should be "to go" the kid in the front was scolded for not telling the back staff to prep it "to go". Kind of confusing and shouldn't have happened in front of a customer. It would have been better to resolve the situation with the customer first and review the error later. As for the meat, it was tender but very bland and not juicy at all. I could hardly believe that I had ordered BBQ with no flavor since that's literally the whole point of BBQ. You literally need to bury it in sauce to even get an adequate flavor which shouldn't be necessary. For a $20 meal it was very underwhelming and I probably won't be back, but I really hope this can all improve. Another thing, I heard one of the staff say they don't call multiple people up to pick up there order to prevent crowding, but like that means my food is going to get cold while I wait. So that wasn't the best advice. Also, the kid in front did an amazing job explaining the meat and sides without even looking at the tablet. Pretty impressive since this place is new. The baked beans were the only tasteful item I ordered and I am glad he gave me the quick run down before I ordered. Had really high hopes for this place based on the reviews and pictures online. I grew up around really great BBQ and was craving something that hit the spot. Was really disappointed in everything. The ribs completely fell apart when I grabbed them and had no flavor at all. The pulled chicken was drenched in seasoning and still had no flavor, it also had an unpleasant texture to it. Same could be said about the pulled pork. The chopped brisket was overcooked and again... did not have much flavor. The sides were also disappointing. The Mac and cheese tasted straight out of the box, the coleslaw's flavor was flat and bland. Beans were cold when we got them and had some undercooked crunchy beans.. yuck! The cornbread muffins were also not good. They lacked structure and fell apart, seemed like they had maybe been sitting in a heater for too long, the flavor of the muffin tasted a bit like chemicals. The bbq sauce was ok, but I prefer not to have to drench my meats to have it be edible. We ended up only sampling everything and left hungry. read more

Welp, I just found my new fav bbq spot! I'd been looking for a new spot that didn't keep me waiting over 30 min either in line and/or for my food (sorry R&R but it happened too many times) and I found it. They're coleslaw, brisket, jalapeño sausage and mac'n cheese were SO good! Moist (I said it) and flavorful and just delicious. They even have honey butter for the cornbread! Please go check them out. I had the meat platter and it was delicious. Brisket was really flavorful and juicy with a great looking smoke ring. They threw in a rib for me to try as well and it was awesome. It had a nice bite to it. So good I didn't even need sauce for it. I got a some sauce on the side and preferred the meats without the sauce. Sauce is really good but I loved the flavor of the meat that I didn't really need the sauce. I highly recommend if you're looking for BBQ. I will be back. read more

The new kid in town for great BBQ! I went for Burnt-ends Wednesdays, but unfortunately they no longer do that due to the cost, but I was not disappointed. I had the 2 meat plate with brisket and ribs. Both done to perfection. The brisket had the right amount of smoke and was very tasty and the ribs were great texture and taste. Not fall of the bone, so not over done. But didn't have to work hard either. Lots of meat with both servings. You end up with essentially 3 sides by the time you order your 1side, they include coleslaw and a biscuit. I'll definitely be back and will be bringing friends. read more

They were kind and helpful and gave the best recommendations. I thought it was so much better then the usual bbq chains in Utah. NOT worth the hype. -1 star--not providing the meal as described. Ordered the black and blue salad. Menu says comes with romaine and spring mix lettuce. No romaine and no spring mix. Iceberg was served. -1 star--ordered the large salad. Probably not even an ounce of brisket on a huge salad. +1 star--when I made a comment to the girl that took my order about the small amount of brisket, she found me in the food court and brought me a couple of extra pieces in a side bowl. Great customer service. -1 star--overpriced for what you get -1 star--Was directed by staff to place my order on the little Ipad on the counter. Completed the transaction and waited for my food. About 5-min later she (staff) approached me and said that the order Didn't go thru or show up, so we had to do the order again. This time she manually entered my order. Just as I expected got charged twice for my one salad. So i payed $35 for a mediocre at best salad. -1 star--for making me have to follow up with the credit card company to credit the order i never received. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. Ordered the brisket sandwich. for $12.99 it's tiny and poor quality. Generic low quality bun, undercooked and cold brisket, small cup of very low grade and generic cole slaw w/ a tiny bag of plain lays chips. For $12.99 i'd expect at very least, healthy portion of good quality brisket or amazing bread and good quality sides. Unfortunately had none of those things. Pretty cool that it's a family owned and operated place. The owner's two young sons were workin and doin great. The food was pretty meh though. Got the Tri tip and sausage, wife got pulled pork and Tri tip. All of it was just ok. Tri tip wasn't very juicy or tender. Sausage was pretty boring. Sauces were also nothing great.
