    Pistachio croissant

I came back to give this place another try and the only thing I regretted was not requesting to have my pastries warmed. I opted for the pistachio croissant and requested it to be warmed. You taste the quality of the pistachio sweet and nutty. I also ordered the empanadas, the chicken empanada was delicious with a good amount of chicken. The cafe's cute to dine in & I truly appreciated the hospitality of the staff. My recommendation is to request to warm your items so you don't miss out on the delicious quality of your meal. I can tell they use fresh ingredients!

Over The Moon has to be one of my favorite cafes in JH/tbh in general. Their baked empanadas are absolutely fantastic & the green sauce that comes with it is fantastic (I'm going to safely assume it's homemade but if it's not I need to know what it is)! My favorites are the chicken & the beef. The staff, ambiance, & coffee/juices here are great too- what's not to love? I hope this gem stays in the area for years to come.

Very good prices, tucked into a beautiful stretch of Jackson Heights. Services was excellent. The coffee had that nice bite to it. I'd go back.

Ate here today for lunch while walking around my neighborhood. I had ordered and ate the acai bowls and it tasted amazing and super sweet. The service there was also great, friendly and worth waiting for awhile to be wait to be served. The ambiance has great relaxing music playing to help me and other customers to stay calm. I couldn't agree more about it. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time! :)

I've walked past this little cafe so many times and decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did! It's a small cafe where you order at the counter and can stay or take it to go. The service was so friendly. I tried their matcha latte which was great. I was also craving something savory so I decided to try their chicken empanada as well as the beef. They were both delicious and green sauce is SO gosh darn good. Literally could drench the whole empanada in it and devour it all.

Cute little cafe serving good beverages and some amazing pastries. I am definitely a fan of their Guava Croissant. It looks beautiful and tastes just as good. Stopped by a few times when in the neighborhood and have never been disappointed.

The BEST coffee shop in Queens! And they have expanded. The new space is so cute and the extended area is spacious and comfortable. And the coffee? So good. The friendly service is a highlight as well. I'm so glad to have Over the Moon in Jackson Heights.

A BEC worth waiting for! This place is the best! Amazing food, amazing presence in the neighborhood!

Bacon egg and cheese sandwich on brioche with a cappuccino. Comes with side salad.

Over the Moon has the best coffee, pastries, and breakfast in Jackson Heights. The coffee is great. They have the pastries you expect - croissants, pain au raisin, cinnamon rolls - along with delicious pan de bono and empanadas (try the short rib!). Their egg sandwiches, waffles, granola, and other dishes from the kitchen are delicious as well. The service is attentive, the prices are more than fair and the owner is local and super friendly. This is the best coffee shop and breakfast / brunch spot in the neighborhood.

Loved checking this spot out with some friends! It was described as a local favorite so I was super excited to try it out. I ended up ordering an iced chai latte, the guava croissant, and an açaí bowl. The açaí bowl was incredible and the guava croissant was fun to try but not necessarily something I would get again. I loveddd my drink as well and after trying some sips of my friend's drinks it seems like everything on the menu is a solid pick! Be mindful of when you go as it does get busy and there is limited seating. Otherwise, go and enjoy a beautiful coffee experience!

Cute cafe with trendy decor. I liked the guava dessert. But the person at the counter was unfriendly and I got food poisoning.

The sauce that was served was absolutely delicious with the signature tanginess and sweetness of Thai food. The hot pot that I ordered was also enjoyed to the fullest! The food here was super good but also I love liver so I was glad they had a hot pot option that included that! After a delicious meal, we finished off with the mango bingsu which also was a huge hit! The bingsu was super fluffy and light! This meal was definitely worth it and didn't leave me feeling super heavy. The service was also great even though they were always full house with some parties waiting and only one person serving. I will be back next time to try their Thai barbecue which I saw people having and I could stop looking at! On top of all this, the server or manager even gave me a free Melona ice cream which I paired with the bingsoo after he saw that I was pregnant which I thought was super sweet. I don't live too far from here so I also want to add that even though I have not added a review, I always go to this restaurant to grab a coconut Thai milk tea to go (I am not even a huge Thai tea fan)! For some reason, I love the coconut thai tea from here and always find myself craving it.

The atmosphere is indeed cozy with quaint outdoor seating as well. Unfortunately, I gave their iced matcha latte two tries, on two separate days. Sadly, their version of an iced matcha latte is watery and lacks the matcha flavor, despite being green. It just tastes like milk. It takes a lot of flavored syrup to make this drink taste better, and syrupy drinks aren't good. The first time I had it, I was surprised to be chewing on ginger pieces that were floating in the bottom of my drink. Luckily, I like ginger and, more importantly, I'm not allergic. I passed it off as maybe their unique twist on a matcha latte. When I went back for a second try, I asked them to not put ginger in the drink, to which I was told ginger should have never been in the drink and the whisk they used was likely not fully cleaned from a drink that contains ginger. Uhh, gross! And not a good practice for a restaurant serving the public. I forgave the first mistake and ordered another iced matcha latte with lavender. I get back to my family's house, take a sip, and notice they omitted the lavender. Had to walk back to get it corrected. The young lady taking orders was very apologetic and swift in correcting it. However, her colleague wearing a bandana on her hair was not as kind and seemed to be irritated at my kind request it be fixed. Both of my experiences have been off putting and I simply will not be back! Thank goodness the neighborhood has alternatives like Over The Moon and Qahwah Valley. Espresso 77 would benefit from improved quality of their products, cleanliness, and customer service.
