Everything I've tried so far has been fresh as well. The one important thing to note though is that the flan cheesecake is amazing (who even came up with that haha) & I do think the textures do mix well BUT only when eaten fresh. I passed it off as maybe their unique twist on a matcha latte. When I went back for a second try, I asked them to not put ginger in the drink, to which I was told ginger should have never been in the drink and the whisk they used was likely not fully cleaned from a drink that contains ginger. Uhh, gross! And not a good practice for a restaurant serving the public. I forgave the first mistake and ordered another iced matcha latte with lavender. I get back to my family's house, take a sip, and notice they omitted the lavender. Had to walk back to get it corrected. The young lady taking orders was very apologetic and swift in correcting it. However, her colleague wearing a bandana on her hair was not as kind and seemed to be irritated at my kind request it be fixed. Both of my experiences have been off putting and I simply will not be back! Thank goodness the neighborhood has alternatives like Over The Moon and Qahwah Valley.
